Kyiv

Chernihiv Oblast

An air alarm sounded during the day.

The russian soldier, Anvar Iriskhanov, has been informed of suspicions of ill-treatment and robbery of civilians during the occupation of the village of Novy Bykiv in the Chernihiv Oblast.

In Chernihiv, according to the decree of the President of Ukraine, the families of the five dead policemen were presented state awards – the Order “For Courage” of the third degree (posthumously). This Orden is an award for personal courage and heroism.

The first batch of modular buildings was brought to Chernihiv and began to be installed. Temporary housing is intended for people who have lost their own as a result of hostilities.

Volodymyr Chernov, the head of the Pryluky raion military administration, warned that cafes, shops and other businesses would be closed if they continued to operate during the air raid.

Sumy Oblast

Yesterday the russians continued to shell Sumy Oblast.

The Znob-Novgorod community came under mortar fire at night. 11 explosions were heard. It is previously known that one object of civil infrastructure was damaged.

Eastern Oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Last day, the russian occupiers continued shelling Kharkiv city, Kharkiv, Izyum, Bohodukhiv and Chuhuiv raions of the oblast. A civilian was wounded in the shelling in the village of Zhukovsky.

In the oblast, private houses, outbuildings and warehouses were damaged, the forest fires broke out. In the village of Malynivka, two children were injured due to the shelling of the occupiers: an 11-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl. A 3-month-old child was injured in the town of Pechenehi, and her 35-year-old mother died. In total, 1 person was killed and 5 were injured in the oblast, including 3 children.

A fire broke out in a warehouse in Kharkiv Raion due to the impact of four russian missiles. Trucks were on fire. The ignition area was 2,000 square meters.

Fighting continues in the oblast. In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy is still focused on defense. In the Izyum area, the russians are trying to establish control over Bohorodychne and are preparing an offensive on Slavyansk.

The Ukrainian military opposes the enemy, inflicting significant losses. Another russian helicopter “Ka-52” was destroyed by Ukrainian defenders in the Izyum area.

Donetsk Oblast

On June 13, the russians killed three civilians in the Donetsk Oblast: 1 in Avdiivka, 1 in Novoselivka Persha, and 1 in Kurakhivka. Another 5 people were injured.

In the Donetsk Oblast two civilians who were wounded in the Luhansk Oblast died.

Since the beginning of the russian invasion of Ukraine, 499 civilians have been killed and 1,282 wounded in shelling and bombing in the Donetsk Oblast.

Volnovakha

Volnovakha continues to be occupied by the russians.

The russians are spreading information about the recruitment of Novotroitsk locals aged 14 to 35 to the local headquarters of the “Young Z Republic”. It is reported that the work is not paid, but young people are required to have a “passport and beautiful appearance.”

Kramatorsk

No enemy action has been recorded in the city.

According to the head of the Donetsk military-civil administration Pavel Kyrylenko, power supply at pumping stations in the oblast has been restored. Filling of tanks has already begun. Water supply will be restored in the near future.

The mayor of Kramatorsk in comments on the removal of trolleybuses from the city said that indeed part of the rolling stock is being evacuated, but this will not be reflected in the existing timetable.

People constantly ask the coordinator of the AUI “Active Community”: “Is it possible to return home?”. Recently, the number of such issues has increased. In addition, people who have returned are seeking humanitarian aid. Despite the silence in the city, the situation remains alarming.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

Today Avdiivka, Netaylove, and Kurakhivka were under enemy fire. In all cases, enemy troops attacked the housing sector and civilian infrastructure.

They fired with multiple rocket launch systems “Grad” with magnesium incendiary elements three times.

Еру Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) soldiers repulsed the enemy. The local Territorial Defense Forces units defended the Pokrovsk community.

Yesterday the situation in the Pokrovsk community was relatively calm. However, powerful explosions were heard at midnight. The Dobropillia community was under fire, and then the enemy fired a long-range supersonic anti-ship missile X-22 “Burja”. The neighbouring cities, including Pokrovsk, felt the explosive wave.

The Pokrovsk community did not report any casualties or damage as a result of the shelling. Municipal utilities work in a regular mode.

The Pokrovsk Society for the Blind sewed 100 sets of bed linen for socially vulnerable groups with the help of an EU grant.

shells have repeatedly hit, and both of them find it difficult to move even around the apartment. The area is being brutally shelled. The police found out that the pensioners needed help, so they volunteered to deliver food and necessities. Law enforcement officers also bought them bread and medicine. In response, they received warm hugs from their grandmother.

Bakhmut

In the Bakhmut direction, the aggressor fired artillery at the positions of Ukrainian troops in the areas of the settlements of the Vidrodzhennya, Novoluhansk and Bakhmut. They had a partial success and fortified their positions in the settlement of the Vidrodzhennya. The russian occupation troops continue to attack in the direction of Vidrodzhennya — Vershyna.

The russian occupiers are not going to rebuild the city’s critical infrastructure at least until early next year. But they are announcing the opening of the Drama Theater in September, which they themselves bombed with aircraft.

There are no checkpoints inside Mariupol anymore, but the occupiers are controlling the departure of Ukrainian citizens to Zaporizhzhia Oblast. They block entry and exit passes without explanation. Therefore, Ukrainians can go only to the temporarily occupied Donetsk or to the territory of russia.

Luhansk Oblast

For several days in a row, the russian military has been attacking Severodonetsk. Two more battalion tactical groups approached to reinforce the enemy. The russians are trying to surround units of Ukrainian troops near the settlements of Lysychansk, Pryvillya, Severodonetsk, and Borivske.

The Ukrainian military continues to defend Severodonetsk, moving forward if possible. The russian army destroyed all three bridges, but other routes to the city still function.

The russians are destroying the surrounding villages in the south of Severodonetsk, and the Ukrainian army periodically repels the enemy. More than 500 civilians, who cannot be evacuated at the moment, continue to hide in the shelters of the Azot plant. However, the authorities are preparing for a safe evacuation. The russians are constantly shelling the plant. The humanitarian situation in Severodonetsk is extremely difficult.

Over the past day, 35 houses were destroyed due to russian shelling in Ukrainian-controlled settlements.

Another 100 residents of Pryvillya and Lysychansk were evacuated from Luhansk Oblast. Also, 4 tons of humanitarian aid for civilians were delivered to Oblast.

Southern Oblasts

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Last night, the russians shelled the positions of Ukrainian military units along the entire line of collision with different armaments 34 times.

The russians fired upon the settlements of Malynivka, Temyrivka and Uspenivka from multiple rocket launch systems “Grad”.

Su-25 and two Mi-8 helicopters fired upon Kamyanske and Mali Shcherbaky, and a Ka-52 helicopter attacked in the village of Zelene Pole.

For two days in a row, the russian occupiers have been shelling a gymnasium in Kamyanske, Vasylivka Raion.

Last night, Ukrainian defenders in the Zaporizhzhia direction destroyed one armored combat vehicle, three units of cars, one russian ammunition depot and two enemy observation posts.

As of today, the russian occupiers have stolen almost 2,000 tons of grains in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Criminal proceedings have been instituted due to the fact of theft.

The bodies of the dead servicemen were exchanged in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. According to the Ministry of Reintegration, Ukraine has returned 64 Azovstal defenders to be buried.

The State Bureau of Investigation reported in absentia about the suspicion of treason to eight Zaporizhzhia law enforcement officers who decided to cooperate with the russian military in the temporarily occupied territories.

Kherson Oblast

Skadovsk 

The situation in the occupied territories is only getting worse and more complicated.

Occupying troops are preparing provocative shelling in crowded places to accuse the Armed Forces of Ukraine of that. In addition, collaborators are spreading fake information that in Kherson Oblast there are more than 4,500 people waiting for russian passports. In fact, only about 20 people received them.

Almost the entire Beryslav Raion is under fire. The russian occupiers have repeatedly looted and mocked locals. They are trying to intimidate people and turn against the Ukrainian authorities, spreading the fake that an abandoned buried anthrax has been found in Skadovsk.

The russian military is forcing farmers to hand over 70% of the harvest to Crimean buyers and is banning the export of products to Ukrainian-controlled territory. Oblast is blocked on all sides.

Ukrainian defenders continue to counterattack in the Kherson direction.

The new “military power” dictates its rules. All schools are preparing for the russian program starting from September 1st.

There is no mobile/Internet connection to this day, sometimes the home Internet works. Prices have risen for everything. There is very little petrol in Oblast. Only russian pharmacies work.

There are almost no young people in the city. The remaining people unite, and some continue to work and volunteer.

Mykolaiv Oblast

Volunteers from other areas of Ukraine and the USA handed over to their Mykolaiv colleagues and employees of medical institutions in the city 20 Level 3 bulletproof vests.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Yesterday the russians shelled the city of Zelenodolsk. 1 person was killed and 5 were injured. In Zelenodolsk, the homes of 120 people were damaged, and the lyceum and 2 kindergartens were severely damaged.

Today the russians fired on the Pokrovsky community. The woman died. Zelenodolsk and the village of Velyka Kostromka were also shelled today.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk military administration, Valentyn Reznichenko, called on citizens to actively donate blood to help the military and civilians.

Due to possible shelling, kindergartens in Novomoskovsk will operate online. After all, there is not a single kindergarten in the city with a bomb shelter.

Voluntary evacuation of the population from the Zelenodolsk community to Kryvyi Rih is taking place. 76 people were evacuated today.

Sports competitions to help the army started in the city. Throughout the summer, the city will host competitions in various sports. The money raised will be used for the needs of the Armed Forces. Last weekend, two events took place, thanks to which it was possible to raise 100 thousand hryvnias for the military.

Kirovohrad Oblast

An air raid alert was issued in the region due to the threat of a missile strike.

The head of the Kirovohrad Oblast Military Administration, Andriy Raikovych, said that the situation in the communities was under control.

Kirovohrad Oblast is involved in the implementation of the social project “I – Mariupol”. The essence of the project is that Mariupol residents help their compatriots in the rear cities on their own. The mission of the host cities is to provide comfortable conditions and help with the resettlement of humanitarian office workers. Such centers already operate in Zaporizhia, Dnipro, Vinnytsia and Kyiv. The center kindly shared the area in the Administrative Service Center. The team from Mariupol has already started preparatory work together with the residents of Kropyvnytskyi. In the office, Mariupol residents will provide humanitarian aid to their compatriots, psychologists, a children’s room, and lawyers will work. The opening will take place soon.

About 19,000 IDPs have already been housed in Kropyvnytskyi, and the city is preparing to receive another 5,500. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Kropyvnytskyi Oleksandr Mosin during a hardware meeting on June 14. It is planned that the Kirovohrad region will receive an additional 40,000 migrants, of whom about 5,500 will stay in Kropyvnytskyi. This means that within a few days, officials must find reserves to accommodate such a large number of people.

Lieutenant Danila Dobpova from the Vilshansk Community was posthumously awarded the Order “For Courage” of the III degree. Border guard from Novomyrhorod, junior sergeant Yaroslav Pavlovich Alyoshin, was posthumously awarded the Order “For Courage of the Third Degree”.

Khmilnyk 

Air alarms have been heard for the past 24 hours.

The past day in the Khmilnytsky community passed quietly. Utilities work in a regular mode.

Vinnytsia continues to send humanitarian goods to different parts of the region. The work was organized through the Interregional Coordination Humanitarian Headquarters. Recently, more than three tons of food were delivered to Kozyatynsk (Khmilnytskyi district) and Kryzhopil communities for IDPs, hospitals, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Sixteen cars, completely packed with food and hygiene products, were sent to the combat zone by the Moskalenko family from Shiroka Hrebla, from the Khmilnytsky community. The couple is raising five children who were taken from the boarding school. Every day, with the help of neighbors, they prepare stews, dumplings, cabbage rolls, pies. The community of Shiroka Dam is helping to raise money for food.

The coordinator of the Active Community of Khmilnyk and Khmilnytskyi Raion, Oleksandr Tanenok, met with IDPs living in the Podillya sanatorium to discuss humanitarian aid that IDPs can receive.

Western Oblasts 

Lviv Oblast

The russians fired missiles at the Lviv region from the southeast. Our air defense forces shot down a russian missile over Zolochev. Its wreckage fell on the brickyard. The number of victims of the falling wreckage has risen to six.

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

There was an air alarm in the Oblast.

The mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk said that this afternoon during an air alert in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, air defense forces shot down a russian missile. There are no casualties or damage to infrastructure.

Rivne Oblast

As of 18:00 there was one air alarm.

Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine patrol the border with belarus. Representatives of the local Territorial Defense units are patrolling and on duty at checkpoints.

The Rivne Oblast’s Military Administration informs daily about the availability of fuel at gas stations in the region.

In the Rivne Oblast, the department of mothers and children, which provide shelter to women in need, is ready to receive internally displaced citizens. It operates at the regional social dormitory. Pregnant women and mothers with babies who find themselves in difficult life circumstances are lodged here free of charge – they are single, have no housing, relatives or sources of income.

Khmelnytsk Oblast

The situation in the region is under control.

The other day the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Khmelnytsky Oblast’s Philharmonic Society returned from a charity tour, during which the artists played 5 concerts in Poland and Switzerland. This trip was made possible by long-standing friendly ties that were once established between the regional philharmonic and art institutions of these countries.

As part of the concerts, the musicians of the symphony orchestra prepared a real musical festival for the audience. In addition to concerts, the Khmelnytsk delegation had the opportunity to talk to local authorities, public figures and ordinary citizens who are not only music lovers, but also seek to support Ukrainians in their fight against the russian aggressor. Thus, thanks to this tour, the Philharmonic Orchestra performed an incredible diplomatic and humanitarian mission, as during the concerts they managed to raise 5,400 zlotys and 7,900 euros, which will be used to help Ukrainians affected by the war.

AUI “Active Community” Coordinators advised IDPs on opportunities to receive assistance from international organizations. In particular, they helped internally displaced persons to register for benefits through EDHelp.

Kamianets-Podilskyi

Air alarms sounded night and day.

The head of the Khmelnytsky regional military administration said that according to preliminary information, an air missile shot down an air defense force during an air alert.

Yesterday, 13 IDPs from Severodonetsk, Bakhmut and Slovyansk arrived in the city. They were immediately resettled in dormitories and kindergartens.

The Department of Education is working on organizing three summer schools for young people from Kamianets-Podilskyi and IDPs.

According to the mayor, 17 cars have already been handed over to the defenders of Ukraine at the expense of foreign friends, partners, volunteers, business, patrons and caring citizens of Kamyanets.

The exhibition of paintings “Buy a painting – help the Armed Forces”, organized by the regional coordinator of AUI “Active Community” Slavko Polyatynchuk, is coming to an end. Many thanks to each of the 68 artists who donated their paintings for sale (or in part) to donate the proceeds to buy a medical car. Today the coordinators of AUI “Active Community” together with the publishing house “Alphabet” developed a sketch of gratitude for all participants of the exhibition.

Chernivtsi

An air alarm sounded twice in the region during the day. Currently, the situation is calm, business and people are working.

The continuous process of field training continues in the units of the 107th separate brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was formed in Bukovyna. Here they learn to overcome water obstacles, conduct reconnaissance and combat operations in forested areas and in the city.

Chernivtsi Regional Hospital for War Veterans received another humanitarian aid. Food, medicine and hygiene products were transferred to the medical institution. Charitable assistance came from the Department of Health of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration, philanthropists and concerned citizens from Italy.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Chernivtsi Regional Society of Political Prisoners and Repressed has been helping the soldiers on the front lines. The organization joins in weaving camouflage nets, kikimor, cooking stews, sending products and funds to the army.

In Hlyboka, Chernivtsi region, bouquets of peonies were sold for 40,000 hryvnias in two days. Money was collected for jeeps for the Ukrainian military.

Zakarpattia

This year, instead of an external examination, graduates will take a national multi-subject test, which will contain three blocks of questions: on the Ukrainian language, history of Ukraine and mathematics. 6,986 entrants registered to participate from oblast.

During the period from February 24, 2022 to June 13, 2022, more than 6,000 people applied to the Zakarpattia Regional Employment Service for employment assistance, including 2,560 residents of other regions of Ukraine where active hostilities are taking place.

The director of the Avangard Stadium in Uzhhorod, Viktor Kachur, said that the fence of the stadium was in a state of emergency, and no major repairs would be carried out due to the war. In turn, the artist Kateryna Tuz proposed to paint a patriotic mural on the wall.
