Kharkiv Oblasts

Power engineers of the region continue to work on the restoration of the power system, which was damaged due to massive russian shelling. 100% of Kharkiv subscribers were restored tonight. Work is underway to restore the movement of city electric transport.

In the region, 15,000 subscribers remain without electricity in Vovchansk, Stary Salivka and Slatyno. But in the near future, energy companies will also restore electricity there.

Yesterday, the enemy continued massive shelling of the border settlements of the Kharkiv, Kupyansk and Chuguyiv raions of the region. At least 20 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast were under fire.

As a result of shelling of the village of Vilkhuvatka, Kupyansk raion, the center for social and psychological rehabilitation of children and a school were damaged. About 10 private residential buildings were destroyed. A 54-year-old civilian was injured. Hospitalized in moderate condition.

In Kupyansk, at least 2 private residential buildings were damaged by enemy shelling and there were fires.

Mine danger remains high in the region. Yesterday, near the village of Dibrova, Izyum raion, a 32-year-old local resident detonated a “Pelyustka” mine in the forest. Hospitalized with an injury.

Donetsk Oblast

On March 10, two people were killed and 14 others were injured in Donetsk Oblast as a result of shelling by the russian army.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russia into Ukraine, 1,405 people have died in Donetsk Oblast, and 3,158 people have been injured. It is impossible to establish the exact number of dead and wounded in Volnovakha and Mariupol.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion

On March 10, the russian occupying forces shelled Kostyantynivka seven times. They hit the city with MLRS and rockets. As a result of shelling, 11 people were injured, houses and infrastructure objects were destroyed.

On the morning of March 11, the russian occupying forces shelled Kostiantynivka with “Uragan” surface-to-air rocket launchers. As a result of the shelling, one person died, two people were injured.

The shelling of the Torske and Zarichne Lyman communities continues — without casualties.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion

The enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the directions of Avdiyivka, Tonenke, Severne, Vodyane, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka in Donetsk Oblast. In particular, the areas of Krasnohorivka, Kamianka, Avdiyivka, Tonenke, Severne, Vodyane, Pervomaiske, Maryinka settlements were subjected to enemy shelling.

The russians fired the most intense fire — in the Kurakhove community of the Pokrovsk raion. During the day, the enemy carried out five massive attacks on the city of Kurakhove. The russians used artillery and cluster munitions. The city center, the suburbs, and the industrial zone came under fire — 14 high-rise buildings and 7 private households, private cars, and garages were damaged. More than 1,000 subscribers in the city of Kurakhove remain without electricity. There are no injuries or dead.

On Avdiyivka, the enemy fired from «Grads» – hitting residential quarters. Maryinka, Katerynivka and Georgiivka were shelled at night. Most of the shells were fired at the residential sector, and there are dead and wounded.

The russian army shelled the cities of Avdiyivka, Kurakhove, the village of Ocheretyne, the villages of Karlivka, Lastochkine, Kalynivka, Maksimilianivka, and Krasnohorivka. The enemy struck from aviation, S-300 air defense systems, Grad, Uragan, artillery, mortars.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion

In the Horlivka direction, as a result of night shelling, 1 person was killed and 1 person was wounded in Bakhmut. During the night there was a lot of noise in the Chasiv Yar community – the russians targeted the industrial zone. In the Soledar community, Orihovo-Vasylivka, Fedorivka and Rozdolivka are affected.

1 house was damaged in Siversk, Dronivka, Platonivka and Serebryanka were damaged in the territory of the community.

Volnovakha and Volnovakha raion

In the Volnovakha direction, Vugledar, Novoukrainka and Bogoyavlenka came under fire. No victims.

Mykolaiv Oblast

Yesterday, the enemy struck the water area of ​​the Ochakiv community. There are no casualties.

Also yesterday, the settlement of the Kutsurub community came under enemy fire. The administrative building, residential buildings, and farm buildings were damaged. There are no casualties.

In Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanka raions, the day and night passed relatively calmly.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

During the past day, March 10, the russian military shelled 21 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. 19 reports were received about the destruction of citizens’ houses and infrastructure facilities as a result of shelling.

Today, the russian military once again fired missiles at the critical infrastructure of Zaporizhzhia. Previously, the russians used S-300 missiles.

In Berdyansk, hospitals are full of russian soldiers. Thus, all female patients were discharged from the gynecological department and 30 wounded soldiers of the russian federation were placed, and 80 seriously wounded russians were hospitalized in the surgical and ENT departments.

Odesa Oblast

Brothers of the fallen National Guardsman Maksym Hrabchak from Odesa Oblast presented the defenseman’s wife with the Order «For Courage» of the 3rd degree posthumously. The man died on July 22, 2022 in Donetsk Oblast from wounds, he distracted the russian military, took fire on himself, thereby giving the opportunity to other fighters to take positions for the battle.

The border guards who defended Zmiyinyi were awarded «For Courage» orders. The awards were presented to senior sergeants Andriy Vladichenko and Yevhenii Konovka and junior sergeant Mykyta Zhuryan.

Kherson Oblast

Russian troops shelled Kherson during the day. On the Mykolayiv highway, according to preliminary data, fragments of russian ammunition injured two people. One of the victims died on the spot.

During the day, the russian military shelled the Kherson urban territorial community 13 times. In particular, the suburbs — Antonivka, Zymivnyk, Prydniprovske. One person died.

In addition, summer cottages in the island and coastal part of the community were shelled 9 times.

During the day, the enemy covered with fire the settlements of four communities of the Beryslav raion. Among them are Shlyakhove, Zmiyivka, Tomaryne, Mykhailivka, Zolota Balka, Havrylivka, Chervonyi Mayak, Tyagynka, Mykolaivka, and Odradokamianka.

Russian troops shelled the temporarily occupied Oleshky. In Kherson, a man was killed as a result of shelling by the russian federation, and a teenager was wounded in Veletenske.

Near Ishchenka, two people were killed, two more were injured as a result of a mine blowing up a car.

The defense forces struck ammunition warehouses, air defense forces, a command and observation post, and places of concentration of russian forces and equipment on the left bank.

Kherson hospitals received ambulances and 275 individual first-aid kits for the military. They were provided by benefactors of the French organization «Pompiers Humanitaires Solidaires».

Central Oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Two men were killed in the afternoon of March 10 as a result of artillery shelling of the Chervonogryhorivka community of the Nikopol raion of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. 4 more injured. A transport company, a three-story building and seven private houses were damaged, as well as farm buildings, a garage, cars and power lines.

Cherkasy Oblast

A 61-year-old resident of Cherkasy may be imprisoned for supporting the russian invasion on a social network. She faces up to eight years in prison with confiscation of property.

A 10-year-old student from Uman donated 120 thousand hryvnias for an off-road vehicle for the State Border Guard Service. Mariia from Uman has been raising money to support the Ukrainian Defense Forces for several years.

Poltava Oblast

Drones and monoculars for the military have been purchased through ProZorro in Poltava Oblast. Lokhvytsia City Council is ordering 20 units of equipment. Previously, due to the shortage of such equipment on the market, it was difficult to purchase it through public procurement.

The Poltava Regional Council will auction off a soviet car used by the first russian president Yeltsin in the 1980s. The “Chaika” was used as an interesting entourage for wedding motorcades. For the past 4 years, the car has been parked in a garage without leaving. The regional leadership wants to get at least UAH 1.2 million from the sale and use the proceeds to buy an electric car worth UAH 1.76 million for the needs of Poltava Oblast.

Last year’s electricity shortages and power outages prevented farmers from drying their grain, so nearly 20,000 hectares of corn were left in the field over the winter. Now, farmers in Poltava Oblast will have to cultivate an additional 300,000 hectares of land this spring and harvest the remaining corn.

Deepen knowledge of the Ukrainian language. Teachers at the Academy of Continuing Education in Poltava have organized special courses. IDPs and Poltava residents can join the classes. The classes are planned to be held on a regular basis in an online format.

Western Oblasts

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Kamianets-Podilskyi

A strategic session for community entrepreneurs was held in Kamianets-Podilskyi as part of the EU4Business: Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Competitiveness and Internationalization Facility. Recommendations for small and medium-sized businesses, practical cases, and support programs in times of war were presented. The program is funded by the EU and the German government and implemented by the German federal company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH.

Rivne Oblast

During the full-scale war, Rivne Oblast provided shelter for almost 85 thousand internally displaced persons. More than 55.5 thousand IDPs have chosen Rivne Oblast as their second home. Almost 33.5 thousand of them are women and 16 thousand are children. Most of them are IDPs from Donetsk, Luhansk, Kyiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Kharkiv Oblasts. In total, 64 places of compact residence have been set up in Rivne Oblast across all four districts – in dormitories, educational and healthcare institutions, and social protection facilities. Among the internally displaced persons living in Rivne Oblast, more than 8,000 are elderly people, and more than 2,000 people with disabilities.

Zakarpattia Oblast

Vouchers for UAH 6,600 are issued to IDPs – people with disabilities of I and II groups who were registered in Uzhhorod after February 24, 2022. The vouchers can be used to buy food and basic necessities at Silpo supermarket network. They are issued by the Zakarpattia Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society with the support of the Austrian Red Cross and funding from Austrian Development Cooperation in cooperation with the Uzhhorod City Council.

An exhibition and auction of military artifacts opened in the Tyvodar Lehotskyi Museum of Local Lore under the title “And there will be no enemy on earth…”. This is a joint event of the Zakarpattia Academy of Arts, the NGO “In Your Palms” and the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration. The money will go to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
