Northern oblasts

Kyiv Oblast

Today, March 31, marks two years since Bucha was liberated from the russian military. During the 33 days of occupation, the occupiers killed hundreds of civilians.

Chernihiv Oblast

On March 30, russians shelled three border communities in the Chernihiv Oblast: Novhorod-Siversk, Semenivka, and Snovsk. Border guards recorded 69 explosions.

Sumy Oblast

On March 30, the russian military shelled the Sumy Oblast 45 times. A total of 254 explosions were recorded. 12 communities in the region came under fire.

During the night and in the morning, the russian military hit Sumy region 29 times. Four communities were shelled.

Due to Russian shelling, 5600 metering points in 67 settlements in the oblast remain de-energized. Emergency power outages were applied in the oblast yesterday.

Eastern oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Yesterday evening, the russian federation again targeted the civilian infrastructure of Kharkiv with a guided missile. Two people were wounded. An apartment building and a school were damaged.

Four communities also came under the russian bombardment. As a result of air strikes and artillery shelling, houses, outbuildings, and cars were damaged.

In the Chuhuiv, Kupiansk, and Izium raions of the oblast, rescuers were busy extinguishing fires that started after russian shelling.

A 19-year-old man died as a result of a russian strike near a car service station in Borova. A 27-year-old man was hospitalized. In total, russia attacked the village four times during the night with various types of weapons. According to preliminary data, they used cluster munitions.

This afternoon Kharkiv came under shelling. The consequences are being clarified.

Donetsk Oblast

On March 30, the russian troops shelled 14 settlements in the Donetsk Oblast, damaging residential buildings, a dormitory, a business, outbuildings, transport vehicles, and power grids.

Two people were killed and one wounded in Krasnohorivka as a result of the russian army shelling on March 30. Also, yesterday four residents were wounded in Kurakhove and Kostiantynivka.

Ukrainian military repelled 78 attacks by the russian occupation forces on the frontlines of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts on March 30. In the Lyman sector, the russian army conducted attacks with the support of aviation.

In the morning of March 31, stabilization power outages were canceled in the Donetsk Oblast.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

Yesterday, the russian military shelled the villages of Mykolaivka and Selidove with S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems, and Ukrainsk with artillery.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

The russian army wants to go to Chasiv Yar, because it is a commanding height, and at the same time it is storming the settlements located on the left.The attacks have not been successful so far .

Luhansk Oblast

Over the past day, the occupiers have been attacking Novoliubivka from aircraft. There is destruction of houses and farm buildings.

In Lysychansk, the occupiers compiled the first lists of apartments in which there are no owners. Local collaborators are going to “nationalize” this housing. Tourists from russia are the first in line in the city.

Southern oblasts

Mykolaiv Oblast

On March 30, air defense forces destroyed an Kh-59 air missile in the Mykolaiv Oblast. In addition, the russian army attacked the Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities. It also attacked the Voznesensk Raion with tactical aircraft, as a result of which a preserved building was damaged.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

343 strikes were carried out by the russian army on eight cities and villages of the Zaporizhzhia oblasts during the day, March 30.

In the temporarily occupied Berdiansk, an explosion was heard in the whole city. Details are being clarified.

From April 1, the spring draft for military service in the ranks of the russian army will start in the temporarily occupied Berdiansk.

Odessa Oblast

At night, eight russian drones were shot down over Odesa. Falling debris caused a fire at one of the energy facilities. Several settlements remained without electricity. Electric transport temporarily stopped working due to power supply restrictions.

Due to the night attack of the russian federation, emergency power cuts were applied in Odesa and nearby areas.

Kherson Oblast

Yesterday, March 30, the russian army hit the Beryslav Raion with missiles and attacked the Kherson Raion with two drones. Russian shells hit an educational institution, the territories of industrial and agricultural enterprises. Two high-rise buildings and 21 private houses were damaged. 15 settlements in the region were under russian shelling, two people were wounded.

At night in the Kherson Oblast during a drone attack, the russian army used ballistics and a guided air missile, which hit the preserved agricultural enterprise. There were no casualties or injuries.

An explosion was heard today in temporarily occupied Skadovsk.

During the day, the russian army fired a missile at one of the settlements in the Beryslav Raion. As a result of the explosion, two local residents were injured.

During the week in the de-occupied territory of the Kherson Oblast, demining units removed and neutralized 839 explosive objects.

Central Oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

On the night of March 31, russian troops hit the Nikopol Raion with heavy artillery. The Marhanets community was attacked four times. The consequences of the shelling are being investigated.

Fortifications continue to be built in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. More than 42 kilometers of anti-tank ditches were dug and 11,000 tetrahedrons – special concrete pyramids – were installed.

Kirovohrad Oblast

In a roadside cafe in the Kirovohrad Oblast, soldiers are fed borscht and dumplings for free. The premises were empty and the owner allowed to set up a canteen there to feed the servicemen. The initiators of the idea are the “For ZSU[Armed Forces of Ukraine]” community.

Western Oblast

Lviv Oblast

In the Lviv Oblast, russian troops hit with cruise missiles a critical infrastructure object, which was the target on March 24 and 29. The administration building was destroyed, and a man died. There may be people under the rubble, the investigation is ongoing.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Tonight, during an air alert, the air defense forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralized one “Shahed” drone. There were no injuries or infrastructure damage.
