Northern Oblasts

Kyiv Oblast

Expedition of humaritarian project “On a shield” is searching through part of the Kyiv Oblast where war crimes took place. The Irpin river is being searched specificall with water drone. The search for missing militarians is still going. Because of russians bombarding Trypilska TPP at 11 of April there was a leak of transformer oil. Experts are working on defining ecological consequences and count damages that soils will take from this, as well as defining consequences of air pollution.

Chernihiv Oblast

Unguided aircraft missiles, multiple launch rocket systems, drones and mortars – all of this was used by russians for attacking near-border villages of the Chernihiv Oblast in last 24 hours. 

Sumy Oblast 

In 23 of April russians attacked the Sumy Oblast for 51 times, which resulted in injuring four people, 242 explosions and damaging 11 communities in total. 

In yesterday’s evening russians attacked Bilopillia and damaged district in the center of city. MLRS “Grad” was used in the attack, making six shots in total. Fourty five years old man was injured, at least 20 private buildings are damaged as well as a gas pipeline. 

Fourty six years old woman was badly injured in russian mortar fire on Seredyna-Buda. Doctors are currently fighting for her life.

Three communities of the Sumy Oblast were under attack at night and in the morning of 24, April. Enemy used mortars and artillery, causing 49 explosions.

Eastern Oblasts 

Kharkiv Oblast 

During last 24 hours village Vilcha was under attack, private buildings and transmission were damaged. In Kozacha Lopan’ russian attacks led to damaging community building. In Senkove power line and private household are damaged. 

In Kruhlyiakivka boarding house for the elderly was attacked with ACS “Peony”.

Late evening russians attacked Kupyansk with guided bombs, in Vovchansk FPV-drone ruined private building and damaged a car.

24 year old man was injured in fields of Yurchenkove, he was driving and his car hit a mine. It happened 23 of April.

In the Kuiansk direction army of russia attacked Ukranian positions five times near Berestove in the Kharkiv Oblast. Kupiansk and Hlushkivka were under attack. 

At night russian military attacked Shevchenkiv district with anti-aircraft missile systems S-300. Three men had light injuries and three women had bad psychological reaction to stress. At least 33 cars were damaged, as well as offices, cafes, stores, three apartment complexes and gas pipeline. 

Central part of Zolochevo was hit with anti-aircraft missile systems S-300, which led to partly distracting former local administration building and 10 houses, two of which are apartment complexes. 

15 families with children were evacuated from near-border city Ivashkiv, they are going to be placed in the Kharkiv Oblast.

Donetsk Oblast

Over the past day, the russian military conducted air strikes on 17 settlements in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. 

In the Donetsk Oblast, seven people were wounded in Kostiantynivka, New York, and Krasnohorivka as a result of hostile shelling on April 23.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

In the Lyman sector, the russian troops have been storming the village of Terny for several weeks. They are using old soviet equipment.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

On the night of April 24, the russian military attacked Pokrovsk with four missiles and damaged a social infrastructure facility – no information on fatalities or injuries has been reported.

As of April 24, hostilities continue in the area of Ocheretyne near Avdiivka. About two hundred residents who refused to leave still remain there.

Mariupol

On the night of April 24, at least 12 explosions thundered in Mariupol and the surrounding area, and were heard in all districts of the city and the seaside area. The consequences are being established.

Luhansk Oblast

Yesterday, russians stormed the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Bilohorivka, near Hrekivka, and Nevske. Bilohorivka and Serebrianka forestry came under aerial attacks.

Southern oblasts

Mykolaiv Oblast

Over the past day, the russian army attacked the Mykolaiv Oblast with artillery and drones. The hits damaged houses, industrial machinery, cars and a motor boat.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

The russian army conducted 428 shelling attacks on 11 towns and villages in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast over the course of the day of April 23.

Today, the first three phases of power limitation schedules for legal entities – electric power consumers are being introduced in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. This does not apply to households. However, citizens are requested to use electricity sparingly.

Odesa Oblast

Today, the occupiers launched a missile attack on Odesa. It is known about one victim. About 30 houses were damaged by the shock wave: windows and glass were broken, and ceilings fell in some houses.

Enemies hit the place where disabled automobile equipment is kept. In this way, the russians are trying to find objects of military infrastructure in the rear. However, there were no casualties, the military was not at the scene of the attack.

Kherson Oblast

As a result of russian shelling in the Kherson Oblast yesterday, one person died and five were injured. Critical infrastructure objects, administrative buildings, gas stations, cars and gas stations were hit. A high-rise building and 14 private houses were damaged. The army of the russian federation shelled 24 settlements in the Kherson Oblast in 24 hours.

At night, the russian military massively shelled Stanislav in the Kherson Oblast. Almost forty residential buildings were damaged. A 57-year-old man was injured. He was hospitalized.

Central oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

On the night of April 24, russian troops attacked the Nikopol Raion. Kamikaze drones of various types and heavy artillery were used. Two women were injured. An enterprise, an agricultural firm, and a private house were damaged. And also some power lines. Part of the subscribers remained without electricity.

The beach season in Dnipro will not start this year. Such a decision was made at the city commission on technogenic and ecological safety and emergency situations.

Poltava Oblast

Yesterday afternoon, the enemy attacked the Poltava Oblast. The sound of the explosion was heard within the Poltava community. It passed without victims or victims.

Western oblasts

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

In Netishyn, preparatory work for the placement of a modular town for workers of the Zaporizhzhia NPP is underway. It will have four houses for workers who will participate in the construction of new units and the completion of units #3 and 4 at the Khmelnytskyi NPP.

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

Yesterday, surgeons from the USA, Canada and Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk as part of the “Face the Future” mission began to perform reconstructive operations on military personnel with severe mine and explosive wounds to the face and neck. The plans include 34 operative interventions.
