Kharkiv Oblast

Yesterday, the enemy launched a massive missile strike on Kharkiv and the Kharkiv Oblast. There is damage to energy-generating critical infrastructure facilities. As a result of one of the missile strikes, 8 civilians were injured.

At night, electricity supply was restored and 100% of consumers in the city and Oblast were restored. However, due to the consequences of the missile strikes on February 11 and 12, special emergency shutdown schedules will be in effect for 12 shifts.

During the past day, the enemy shelled at least 17 border settlements of Bohodukhiv, Chuguyiv, Kupyansk and Kharkiv raions.

As a result of shelling and airstrikes in Vovchansk, Chuguyiv raions, multi-apartment residential buildings, industrial facilities, the «Oshchadbank» building, a pharmacy, a kindergarten and other civilian objects were damaged. A 69-year-old woman was injured and hospitalized.

In Kupyansk, 7 private houses were damaged by shelling. In the village of Odnorobivka, Bohodukhiv raion, two two-story apartment buildings and infrastructure facilities were damaged.

Demining continues in the de-occupied territories of the Oblast. Over the past day, pyrotechnicians neutralized 43 explosive objects.

Donetsk Oblast

During February 10, the russian army carried out 35 strikes on 16 settlements in Donetsk Oblast. Among the civilians there are wounded, one person died. 39 infrastructure objects were damaged and destroyed by shelling. 

On February 10, one person from Krasnaya Gora was killed and four others were injured in the shelling of the russian army in Donetsk Oblast.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation into Ukraine, 1,357 people have died in Donetsk Oblast, and 3,024 people have been injured. It is impossible to establish the exact number of dead and wounded in Volnovakha and Mariupol.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion

In the east of Pokrovsk raion, Maryinka, Georgiivka and Maksimilianivka came under fire, the house in the latter was destroyed.

The Kurakhove community suffered 5 shellings: in Uspenivka, 3 people were wounded, 17 houses, a school, an administrative building and a shop were damaged.

In the morning, Avdiivka was shelled by the russians from Hrads, fortunately, there were no casualties.

At night, the russians shelled Karlivka, a village relatively far from the front, in the Novogrodivka community – a house was damaged.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion

In the direction of Bakhmut, tank, mortar and artillery shelling occurred in the areas of Mykolayivka, Spirne, Vasyukivka, Vesele, Berestovka, Bilogorivka, Berkhivka, Krasna Gora, Paraskoviivka, Chasiv Yar, Bakhmut, Ivanovske, Bila Gora, Kurdyumivka, Ozaryanivka, Toretsk, Pivdenne and Mayorsk, Donetsk Oblast.

Three houses were damaged in the Kostyantynivka community: 2 in Oleksandro-Shultyne and 1 in Ivanopil. In the Soledar community, 5 houses were damaged in Fedorivka and 2 houses were destroyed in Vasyukivka.

In Bakhmut, the administrative building and the 9th floor were damaged, 1 person was killed in Krasnaya Gora of the Bakhmut community. In the Toretsk community, a house in Toretsk and 3 houses in Petrivka were damaged.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion

Kramatorsk continues to receive humanitarian aid. It is delivered by the joint efforts of the Humanitarian headquarters of the Kramatorsk City Council, Donetsk Oblast and Kramatorsk Raion Military Administration, with the support of numerous international and state partners, public organizations and volunteers. 

Volnovakha and Volnovakha raion

In the Volnovakha direction, the enemy used Grads in Bogoyavlenka, under constant fire from Vugledar — without casualties.

Luhansk Oblast

In order to limit access to information of Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territories, the ISS mobile operator has turned off mobile Internet for users since February 11. In some localities, this service began to disappear a week ago. In addition, the invaders began to check the mobile phones of schoolchildren daily for any content related to Ukraine.

Powerful generators were provided by internationals to the Starobilsk community. The equipment came from the international non-governmental organization Project HOPE, which is currently helping Ukrainian health care facilities and evacuated communities. The Starobilsk community received four generators for use, which will be needed in the absence of heating and electricity supply and in crisis situations, especially during the restoration of life support in the territory of the Starobilsk raion after deoccupation. They will be installed in medical and social institutions, at enterprises of critical infrastructure.

Southern Oblasts

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Yesterday, explosions rang out in the temporarily occupied Melitopol of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. According to preliminary data, the russian occupiers have losses in equipment and personnel, as well as damaged ammunition depots in several locations.

This morning, russian servicemen shelled the village of Stepnohirsk, Zaporizhzhia Oblast. A 70-year-old local resident died from shrapnel wounds.

Russia is draining the Kakhovka reservoir. NPR published satellite images of the open airlocks. The reservoir level fell by 2 meters – this is the lowest indicator in 30 years of satellite observations. This threatens agricultural production in the Kherson Oblast and the safety of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. There may also be problems with drinking water in Berdyansk, Melitopol, and Energodar.

Odesa Oblast

At night, the territory of the region was attacked twice by russian aircraft. Trying to create panic among the population of the border areas with Moldova and unrecognized Transnistria, the russhists directed air-launched missiles at the critical infrastructure located there.

With two Su-24Ms, the enemy bombarded Zmiiny Island, dropping 4 aerial bombs.

And from the coastal missile complex from the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea, he used 3 Onyx anti-ship missiles, which hit the coastal zone. There were no casualties or injuries.

Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov spoke at a meeting of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO. The members of the commission talked about the plans that Ukraine will implement with the support of UNESCO. Among them is the inclusion of the historical center of the port city of Odesa in the List of World Heritage under threat. The head of the Commission, Emine Japarova, noted that from now on, Odesa is under the blue protection shield of UNESCO.

Kherson Oblast

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

On the night of February 11, the enemy attacked the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with drones. “Shahedy” struck two energy facilities in the Kryviy Rih raion and one in the Nikopol raion.

Fragments of russian missiles shot down yesterday fell in the Kryvyi Rih and Kamyansk raions. In the Kryviy Rih raion, debris damaged the roof of a private house. There are two farm buildings in Kamyansk. A fire broke out in one of them, which was extinguished by rescuers.

In the Dnipro raion, 3 enemy kamikaze drones were shot down.

Vitaly Malashevskyi, a senior soldier from Kryvyi Rih, died of his wounds. 39-year-old Pavlo Bondarenko from Kamiansk died in the battle. In the Donetsk Oblast, 33-year-old Taras Fandiy from Kamiansk was killed near the village of Neskuchne. He is survived by his wife, daughter, parents and brother. Eternal glory to the Heroes.

The communities of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast received 50 Starlink stations from partners from Poland. The Polish side pays for the use of Starlink stations. They are free for Ukrainians. All advice comes from personal experience working with soldiers and their families. Lviv Oblast

Eight trucks loaded with generators arrived from the Republic of Moldova to Khmelnytskyi oblast.

Kamianets-Podilskyi Children’s Medical Center was ranked second in Khmelnytskyi oblast among all medical facilities in terms of the number of services provided last year (455 thousand).

Chernivtsi Oblast

Olena Fomenko, a practical psychologist from Chernivtsi, joined the Armed Forces on February 24 with her two sons. With no experience, she trained as a rifleman and became a senior soldier. The International Organization for Migration in Ukraine has provided humanitarian aid for the arrangement of “Points of Invincibility” in Chernivtsi oblast. In particular, they provided: 400 solar lamps; 1090 folding chairs; 336 20-liter plastic canisters; 270 mattresses; 1290 blankets; 452 sleeping sets. The donations will be distributed to the communities of Chernivtsi oblast and the Regional Military Administration according to their needs.

The Chernivtsi Regional Center for Social and Psychological Assistance, which currently houses 236 internally displaced persons, is undergoing major repairs. Currently, the center has replaced windows, radiators, and lighting, made cosmetic repairs to 18 rooms, and equipped 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, toilets, etc. New electric water heaters, electric stoves, dishwashers, sinks, toilets, and washing machines have also been installed.

Zakarpattia Oblast

For the second time, Ukrzaliznytsia is launching the Unity Train, which this year will again travel across the country from west to east, connecting 9 oblasts of Ukraine: this time from Uzhhorod to Kramatorsk. And on February 16, a photo exhibition “Unity for the Future” will open at the Uzhhorod railway station. The exhibition will tell about the stages and peculiarities of evacuating children by train.

The students and teachers of a school in Mukachevo used the proceeds from charity events to buy food and hygiene products for wounded soldiers. They managed to buy the necessary goods for the military for more than 10 thousand hryvnias.

During the war, the number of stray animals in Zakarpattia increased. The visitors of Zakarpattia oblast, fleeing abroad, leave their pets while putting the responsibility for the pets’ lives on the residents of Mukachevo. During this period, the number of abandoned animals in Zakarpattia oblast increased by 30%. The Lucky animal shelter in Mukachevo takes care of them. Currently, there are more than 90 dogs on the territory of the municipal enterprise.
