Kyiv
The death toll from the russian attack on Kyiv on 7 February has risen to 5. An injured woman from a house in Holosiivskyi Raion died in hospital. Doctors had been fighting for her life for a week.
State secretaries of the Ministry of Economy Jochen Flasbart and the German Foreign Ministry Thomas Bagger arrived in Kyiv. They plan to discuss with Ukrainian partners cooperation on recovery and accession to the EU.
Zhytomyr Oblast
In Zhytomyr, soldiers of the 95th Brigade received 18 FPV drones assembled by Zhytomyr residents and other cities on the Zhytomyr Drone platform.
Chernihiv Oblast
Yesterday, russians fired mortars at four border communities in Chernihiv Oblast.
An explosion occurred in a car in Chernihiv. Two people were killed. According to law enforcement, a grenade exploded in the vehicle. The circumstances are being investigated.
Sumy Oblast
On 13 February, the russian military fired 39 times at Sumy Oblast, 331 explosions were recorded in eight communities.
On the night of 14 February, the russian army shelled Sumy Oblast four times. Shalyhyne and Esman communities were hit.

Kharkiv Oblast
More than 20 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling by russia.

Yesterday, russian troops conducted an air strike on the village of Kruhle in Kharkiv Oblast.

Donetsk Oblast
On 13 February, three residents of Donetsk Oblast died in Selydove as a result of shelling by the russian army, and 14 other people were wounded. Two people were also reported dead and one wounded in Avdiivka in the previous days.
Ukrainian troops repelled 63 attacks by russian occupation forces on the frontlines of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts. Most of the fighting took place in the Avdiivka and Maryinka sectors.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
As a result of russian shelling in Mykolaivka of the Donetsk Oblast, two elderly women were killed and another person was injured.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
Four missile strikes were recorded at night in Selidove. A five-story building and a hospital building were destroyed by a direct hit. The main hit was on the maternity ward. Three patients died. They are an 8-year-old boy, his mother and a pregnant 38-year-old woman. Another 12 people were injured, including four children. The oldest is 76 years old, the youngest will be 6 months old on February 15.
Today, on February 14, russian troops launched a massive attack on Novohrodivka. Administrative buildings and residential buildings were damaged by shelling, one person was injured.
Luhansk Oblast
Open campaigning exclusively for Putin continues on the TV channels of the captured Oblast. It was allowed to vote even with a Ukrainian passport. Passport certification has not yet reached many small settlements, despite loud statements by the russians.

Mykolaiv Oblast

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
182 strikes on 17 cities and villages of the Zaporizhzhia region were carried out by the russian army during the day, February 13. In particular, it attacked Mala Tokmachka, Novodarivka, and Robotyne with five aerial missiles, and used anti-aircraft missiles, drones, and artillery in other settlements.
In the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the intensity of hostilities has increased over the past few weeks, as the russians have formed new airborne assault units in the Oblast.
Kherson Oblast
During the day, russian troops shelled the Kherson Oblast 37 times, firing 164 shells. Shells hit residential quarters of settlements in the region, medical institutions and an educational institution in Kherson. One person died, six were injured.
The russian military dropped explosives from a drone on the village of Havrylivka, wounding two people. The village of Mykhailivka was also shelled. As a result, two people were injured.
The russian military destroyed the Beryslav Professional Agrarian Lyceum in the Kherson Oblast. The institution trained drivers, tractor drivers, agricultural machinery repair men and cooks.
The enemy shelled the center of Kherson at night. The heating lines at two boiler houses of Khersonteploenerho were damaged. Employees of the utility company have already restored the operation of one of the boiler houses. On the second, emergency repairs are in progress.
Russian troops attacked the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson in the morning. The injured woman was given medical assistance.
It was possible to return the spouses from the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson Oblast to the controlled territory of Ukraine. Russian soldiers beat a woman for speaking Ukrainian.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Russian troops attacked the Nikopol Raion on the night of February 14. Almost one and a half dozen shells from heavy artillery were fired at the Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities. A 33-year-old resident of Nikopol was injured. His condition is serious. As a result of the attack, private houses, farm buildings, and a gas pipeline were damaged in the city.
Vinnytsia Oblast
12 soldiers are being treated at the “Prometheus” pain and rehabilitation center, which was opened by three local residents in Vinnytsia. Treatment of phantom pain occurs thanks to the latest technologies borrowed from the USA and Israel.

Rivne Oblast
Rivne volunteers of the “Responsible Ukrainians” charitable foundation handed over 250 drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine on February 13, more than two-thirds of which are personal. In general, more than UAH 5 million in donations were collected in a month and a half, and more than twenty communities joined the action.
