Northern oblasts
Chernihiv Oblast
Over the past day, russians attacked three border communities in the Chernihiv Oblast. They used drones, MLRS, mortars, and artillery.
On the night of March 17, russian troops fired two X-59 guided missiles on the Chernihiv Oblast. The missile hit left a family with a 6-year-old child homeless.
Sumy Oblast
On March 16, the russian military shelled the Sumy Oblast 66 times. A total of 286 explosions were recorded. 14 communities came under shelling. More than eight thousand consumers in 88 settlements in the oblast are currently without electricity.
Today, the russian military severely bombed the center of the village of Velyka Pysarivka. Rescuers helped residents of the border area to evacuate.
The russian army also shelled Vorozhba with Grad MRLS and artillery. They hit an industrial enterprise. Private houses were also damaged.
Today, the enemy attacked the infrastructure of the city of Sumy twice. The consequences of the attack are being clarified.

Kharkiv Oblast
Over the past day, about 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast came under shelling attacks.
During the day of March 16, russia dropped guided aerial bombs on the village of Lyptsi near Kharkiv. The lyceum building and private houses were damaged, and a crater was formed in the kitchen garden. Airstrikes also targeted the village of Starytsia.
Five children and their families were evacuated from two communities in the Kupiansk Raion within a day. A total of 134 children were evacuated.
This morning, a 36-year-old paramedic and a 56-year-old ambulance driver were wounded as a result of a russian attack on a temporary emergency medical center in Buhaivka, Vovchansk community. According to preliminary reports, the attack was carried out with a S-300 missile. This is the second time in a week that russia has attacked ambulance stations: On March 15, they shelled Zolochiv in the Kharkiv region.
A 62-year-old female resident of Kivsharivka in the Kupiansk Raion was wounded in the shelling on the morning of March 17. Residential houses and a school were damaged.
A 72-year-old man was wounded in Vovchansk as a result of attacks by the KAB guided aerial bombs. The bombing set off a fire in a private house.
In Kharkiv, about a hundred people rallied to support the captive Azovstal defenders. The participants held national flags, military standards, and posters.
Donetsk Oblast
Yesterday, the russian occupying forces hit the residential quarters of the Donetsk Oblast ten times. 22 civilian objects were damaged by shelling. They struck 1,518 blows along the front line.
On March 16, shelling by the russian army in the Donetsk Oblast killed a person in Novoselivka Persha, and four more residents of the Oblast were injured.
Yesterday, the Ukrainian military repelled 45 attacks by the russian occupying forces on the fronts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. The russian army stormed 39 times in the Avdiivka and Novopavlivka directions.
On March 17, Ukrainian partisans raised a blue-yellow flag in temporarily occupied Makiivka. It was installed on a mountain near the road in one of the neighborhoods of the occupied city.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
The russian army shelled Selidove and Tsukuryne. A resident of Selidove was injured. Residential buildings, administrative buildings and power lines were damaged by shelling.
On the night of March 17, the russian army shelled Myrnograd. Shells hit the building of an educational institution and a dormitory that was undergoing reconstruction. One woman was injured.
Today, the russian army bombed Selydove. The impact destroyed and damaged eight apartment buildings, an educational institution, two administrative buildings and a power line. The water pumping station was also de-energized, leaving more than 12,000 subscribers without water supply.
Luhansk Oblast
The Severodonetsk Raion is full of russian military and other tourists. It was chosen as the head of the organization for the “elections” of the president of the russian federation. Mykolaiv Oblast

Over the past day, the russian army shelled 14 settlements in the Kherson Oblast. Shells damaged two high-rise buildings, four private houses and port infrastructure. Four people were injured.
Yesterday, the russian military dropped explosives from a drone on a car in Zolota Balka, the Kherson Oblast. In Veletenske, a house and a car parked nearby were damaged by an FPV drone hitting. There were no casualties or injuries.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Air defense forces shot down a russian drone in the sky over the Dnipro Raion on the night of March 17.
Three men were injured as a result of the morning attack on Nikopol by kamikaze drones. Russian troops hit gas stations. Gas station equipment and a truck were damaged.
Poltava Oblast
As part of the “Don’t be silent. Prisonement kills” action, a car rally was held in Kremenchuk in support of prisoners of war. More than 30 cars took part in the campaign. It was organized by the families of prisoners of war of the Mariupol garrison.
Western Oblasts
Volyn Oblast
Vasyl Tsapiuk, a volunteer from Lutsk, together with an engineer, developed a mobile platform that can be used to evacuate the wounded from the battlefield. The mobile platform can carry a weight of 150 to 200 kilograms, the battery should withstand 10-15 trips.
Chernivtsi Oblast
650 FPV drones for the front were bought by the rector of the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, Vasyl Hasynets. With the help of parishioners, money is collected in the church and in bank accounts. Fathers and parishioners from other parishes also help.
