Kyiv Oblast and Washington State signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. This is the first document in the history of cooperation between the Ukrainian Oblast and the American state. On March 18, russian troops shelled Sumy Oblast 24 times. There were 144 explosions in 10 communities. As a result of shelling, 86 settlements in the Sumy Oblast remain without electricity, that’s more than 8 thousand consumers.
Eastern Oblast
Kharkiv Oblast
Vovchansk, Hoptivka and Basove were hit by airstrikes last day.
A 62-year-old resident of the village of Novoosynove Kurilivka community was injured as a result of shelling by russian. The temple in the village was damaged.
The fire station and four rescue vehicles in the White Well of the Vovchanske community were damaged as a result of the KAB strike, and the 29-year-old driver was slightly injured.
The enemy stormed the positions in the Kupyansk raion twice in the past day.
On March 17, three men and two women were evacuated from Kupyansk, and two women were taken from the village of Kindrasivky.
Donetsk Oblast
On March 17, the russian army carried out 1,609 strikes on Donetsk Oblast, 15 of them on residential areas of the region. 58 civilian objects were damaged and destroyed by shelling.
Two people were injured in Myrnograd last night as a result of shelling by the russian army in Donetsk Oblast. Ukrainian troops repelled 60 attacks by russian occupation forces on the frontlines of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts. In the Novopavlivka sector, 36 battles took place, where russian troops are storming with air support.

In the occupied Mariupol, during the so-called russian presidential election, people could vote several times using two passports. The actual number of people who “voted” cannot be calculated due to the lack of a voter list.
Southern Oblasts
Mykolaiv Oblast
On March 17, the russian army attacked Mykolaiv and the waters of the Ochakiv community. As a result of the attack, the city’s infrastructure was damaged, and the number of injured increased to 9, including two children. There was also one death.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
The russian army conducted 458 strikes in 10 towns and villages of Zaporizhzhia Oblast over a day, March 17.
In the Orikhiv sector, the Defense Forces repelled seven attacks by the russian army in the areas of Robotyne and northwest of Verbove in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. More than ten drones were neutralized by border guards in Zaporizhzhia sector. In particular, one of the drones was landed.
Kherson Oblast
Over the past day, the russian military shelled 18 settlements in Kherson Oblast. Three multi-storey buildings, nine private houses, port infrastructure, a gas station, a car service station and a car were damaged.
Yesterday, the russian military used a tank to attack Ivanivka in Kherson Oblast. Three police officers were injured in the attack.

A private house was destroyed as a result of shelling in Nikopol on the night of March 18. The russian army used artillery to target Marhanets, Myrivka and Chervonohryhorivka communities.
Two outbuildings, cars, garages, and greenhouses were damaged. A power line and a gas pipeline were damaged.
Kirovohrad Oblast
As a result of a night attack by russian drones on the territory of Svitlovodsk community in Oleksandriya raion, industrial facilities were hit. Preliminary, 11 residential buildings were damaged. No people were injured.
Cherkasy Oblast
Last night, air defense was successfully practiced in the Cherkasy Oblast. It was without consequences.
In 5 months, the Cherkasy school of drone operators has trained about 150 qualified UAV operators. This is a joint project of the Cherkasy Oblast Military Administration, the 118th Brigade, and volunteers. We have already started training civilians. The queue for training is scheduled for 2 months in advance.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Air defense forces shot down one Shahed UAV in Khmelnytsky Oblast. As a result of the shelling, a woman born in 1976 was injured. She was hospitalized with an injury to her right shoulder and face. A private house was damaged.
