In the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson Oblast, the organizer of the torture chamber, Serhiy Moskalenko, was liquidated. The man held the position of the so-called “head of the pre-trial detention center” where Ukrainian prisoners were tortured.

Police investigators have announced the suspicion of collaboration with a resident of the Kherson raion. During the occupation, a 36-year-old man assumed the position of “deputy director” of one of the captured enterprises. He forced workers to participate in a pseudo-referendum and publicly called to support the occupiers. The suspect faces up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.

More than seven thousand bottles of drinking water, hygiene kits, candles, and two pumps for raising water from artesian wells were delivered to the Novoaleksandrivka community. The aid came from Odesa from the “Ranok Vidrodzheniya” charitable foundation.

Dnipro Oblast
