Northern Oblasts
Kyiv Oblast
Almost 4,000 windows have already been installed in the Kyiv Oblast with the assistance of international partners. To date, more than $750,000 worth of windows have already been installed. Work is ongoing. Windows are being replaced in Gostomel, Borodyanka, Bucha. The project is being implemented on a large scale in Irpin: installation of 1,300 window structures and more than 1,700 panels in 300 private houses and 141 multi-story buildings.
Zhytomyr Oblast
Almost 7 million hryvnias, allocated from the Oblast budget, were distributed among several communities of Zhytomyr Oblast to eliminate the consequences of the shelling on May 28. The money is directed only to the repair of social sphere objects.
In Zhytomyr, centers are planned to be created on the basis of vocational training, where demobilized military personnel will receive new specialties. Finland will help change the vocational education system.
916 unemployed people have already participated in the «Recovery Army» in Zhytomyr Oblast. This project was supported by 50 out of 66 communities of the Oblast. One of the types of paid work of the project is the weaving of nets for the Armed Forces.
Chernihiv Oblast
On September 7, the russians shelled the border of the Chernihiv Oblast nine times. Border guards recorded 91 explosions in the territories of Novgorod-Siversk, Semenivka and Snovsk communities.
On September 7, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) announced the launch of the «Latvia for Chernihiv: Restoration of Social Infrastructure» project. In total, the Oblast will receive two million euros. These data include more than 300 objects of social infrastructure: hospitals, schools, objects of social protection, culture and sports.
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited the village of Yagidne in Chernihiv Oblast on September 7. He went down to the basement of a local school, where in March 2022, russian troops forcibly kept 366 people in the basement of the school as a human shield for 28 days. Then 11 people died of suffocation, mostly elderly people.

Over the past 24 hours, the russian army has carried out 18 strikes on Donetsk Oblast, shelling 11 towns and villages in the Oblast. The russian army hit the civilian population with S-300 air defense systems, Uragan, Grad rocket launchers, artillery, and tanks. 21 civilian objects were damaged.
On September 7, two people were wounded in Avdiyivka and Ivanivka from shelling by the russian army in Donetsk Oblast. There were no casualties.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
The russian army has been shelling and storming Avdiyivka for the yesterday. The battle north of the city lasted for more than a day, and the center of Avdiyivka was under massive shelling, including tanks. The occupiers launched almost 30 massive shellings in the city. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported. Only one civilian was injured.
More than 10 settlements, including Novokalynove, Keramik, Stepove, Avdiyivka, Severne, and Pervomaiske of the Donetsk Oblast, were hit by artillery and mortar fire in the Avdiyivka direction.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
The russian army fired 93 times at the towns and villages of Zaporizhzhia Oblast yesterday, September 7. In particular, Orikhove and Robotyne were shelled six times by aircraft. Shyroke and Trudove came under rocket fire. This morning, the russian army fired several missiles (preliminary, ballistic missiles) at civilian infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia, shattering windows in apartments and entrances in 30 high-rise buildings. Windows were also smashed in three educational institutions. One person was reported injured. Two fires broke out: in a two-story administrative building and a gas module nearby. City council tents were set up at the site. Representatives of the regional administration and social workers are inspecting the buildings, and philanthropists are also helping.
Odesa Oblast
At night, the russian army attacked Odesa Oblast with groups of Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs. In total, 20 Shaheds were launched in the direction of Odesa Oblast. Air defense forces destroyed 14 drones over Odesa Oblast. The wreckage of a downed drone caused damage to a non-residential building and a dry grass fire. The fire was extinguished, and no one was injured.
In Odesa, russian shelling destroyed five residential buildings with about 20 families. The city council has set up a commission to consider compensation for the destroyed homes, which people will be able to receive after the commission starts its work.

Kherson Oblast
On September 7, the russian army fired 62 times on the territory of Kherson Oblast using various types of weapons. They shelled residential areas. One person was killed and two were wounded.
In Odradokamianka, a russian aerial bomb killed three civilians – two women and a man. Four local residents were wounded. A man was also wounded in a mortar attack on Vesele and hospitalized.
In the Kherson Oblast, three sappers of “The HALO Trust” organization, who were engaged in humanitarian demining of the region, were injured by a russian mine. One of them suffered severe head and neck injuries. He is currently undergoing surgery. Two others sustained shrapnel wounds.
Explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Skadovsk, according to local residents.
In the temporarily occupied village of Dnipryany in Kherson Oblast, russian soldiers seized an agricultural enterprise and started a drunken argument. As a result of the shootout, five russian occupants were killed.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
A damaged transport company as a result of an attack by russian troops on the Pokrovsk community in Nikopol raion on the night of September 8. They hit with heavy artillery. There are no casualties or injuries.
This morning, the russian military launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih. As a result of the attack, the police administration building, a service vehicle and nearby residential buildings were damaged. Search and rescue operations have been completed. As of 4:00 p.m., 60 victims are known: 1 dead and the rest wounded. Among the injured are 9 police officers.

Kirovohrad Oblast
Watermelons were collected in Velyka Severinivka community of Kirovohrad Oblast and given to wounded soldiers in the hospital. The volunteer help center in the community prepares transfers to the hospital for the wounded once a week.
Poltava Oblast
During the session of the Myrhorod City Council, the deputies voted unanimously to rename four streets in honor of the fallen heroes.
“Point of Invincibility” resumed work near Poltava OMA. The other day, a specially equipped tent started working and is already accepting people. There are places for recharging, internet, water and places to rest. In case of a possible power outage, the tent was equipped with a generator and medicine.
Poltava Oblast is in the top three oblasts in the implementation of the state initiative “Recovery Army”. More than 7,000 referrals have already been issued to residents of our region who have joined socially useful works. The expected payment for this work is 6,700 hryvnias per month. A fixed-term employment contract is concluded for the period of performance of works. Over 42 million hryvnias have already been allocated to wages.
