Kyiv Oblast

916 unemployed people have already participated in the «Recovery Army» in Zhytomyr Oblast. This project was supported by 50 out of 66 communities of the Oblast. One of the types of paid work of the project is the weaving of nets for the Armed Forces. 

Chernihiv Oblast

On September 7, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) announced the launch of the «Latvia for Chernihiv: Restoration of Social Infrastructure» project. In total, the Oblast will receive two million euros. These data include more than 300 objects of social infrastructure: hospitals, schools, objects of social protection, culture and sports.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited the village of Yagidne in Chernihiv Oblast on September 7. He went down to the basement of a local school, where in March 2022, russian troops forcibly kept 366 people in the basement of the school as a human shield for 28 days. This morning, the russian army fired several missiles (preliminary, ballistic missiles) at civilian infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia, shattering windows in apartments and entrances in 30 high-rise buildings. Windows were also smashed in three educational institutions. One person was reported injured. Two fires broke out: in a two-story administrative building and a gas module nearby. City council tents were set up at the site. Representatives of the regional administration and social workers are inspecting the buildings, and philanthropists are also helping.

Odesa Oblast

At night, the russian army attacked Odesa Oblast with groups of Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs. In total, 20 Shaheds were launched in the direction of Odesa Oblast. Air defense forces destroyed 14 drones over Odesa Oblast. The wreckage of a downed drone caused damage to a non-residential building and a dry grass fire. In the Kherson Oblast, three sappers of “The HALO Trust” organization, who were engaged in humanitarian demining of the region, were injured by a russian mine. One of them suffered severe head and neck injuries. He is currently undergoing surgery. Two others sustained shrapnel wounds.

Explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Skadovsk, according to local residents.

In the temporarily occupied village of Dnipryany in Kherson Oblast, russian soldiers seized an agricultural enterprise and started a drunken argument. As a result of the shootout, five russian occupants were killed.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Kirovohrad Oblast
