Northern Oblasts
Kyiv Oblast
Explosive objects were liquidated in Vyshgorod raion today.
The All-Ukrainian Complex Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities, which was damaged during hostilities in 2022, resumed work in Lutezh. The institution of the Ministry of Social Policy was rebuilt thanks to the help of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine and the Red Cross of Luxembourg. The opening of the institution was attended by Minister of Social Policy Oksana Zholnovych, head of KOMA Ruslan Kravchenko and representatives of Red Cross organizations. The repair lasted almost 10 months. The main building was restored, windows were replaced in a number of buildings, and internal repairs were carried out. 136 people can undergo high-quality free rehabilitation at the same time. These are locomotor therapy, verticalization, therapeutic massages, physiotherapy, physical therapy, rehabilitation in water.
The first phase of the National Military Memorial Cemetery, which will be created in the Kyiv Oblast, is scheduled to be put into operation by the end of 2023. This year, the burials of soldiers who gave their lives for Ukraine will begin there. Currently, the development of the sketch project of the National Military Cemetery, which will be located on the territory of the Gatne community of the Kyiv Oblast, is underway. Construction will take place in several stages, so that by the end of 2023, the first phase of the complex will be put into operation and the burial of Ukrainian Heroes will begin immediately.
Zhytomyr Oblast

Donetsk Oblast
Yesterday, the russian occupiers shelled 9 towns and villages of the Donetsk Oblast.
On September 18, the russians killed 2 residents of Donetsk Oblast. Another 4 people in Oblast were injured during the day.
In total, since February 24, 2022, the russian military has killed 1,711 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, injured another 4,141 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
In the Lysychansk sector, 1 person was wounded in Torske of the Lyman community. Two streets in Siversk came under fire.
After midnight, the russian army fired four rockets at Sloviansk. There were no casualties. During the night shelling of Sloviansk, russian occupants damaged a dormitory building.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
In the Donetsk sector, 1 person died in Avdiivka, 1 person was wounded in Kurakhove. Two houses were damaged in Novoselivka of the First Ocheretyn community. Krasnohorivka, Kostyantynivka and Katerynivka in the Maryinka community came under fire. Avdiivka suffered 4 air raids.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

On September 18, three people died and 11 were wounded in Kherson Oblast as a result of shelling by russian troops. During the day, the russian army fired 95 times at the de-occupied territory. The shells hit houses, a garage cooperative, an enterprise in Kherson, and a house of culture in Beryslav Raion.
The russian military shelled Kherson. They hit a trolleybus moving through the city. Two passengers were injured. A senior police sergeant who was near the trolleybus was killed. Later, a 57-year-old man who had been wounded in the shelling of public transport in Kherson died in hospital.
The russian army shelled Stepanivka near Kherson at around 4 am. There was a direct hit to a residential building. The building of a medical institution was also damaged – doors and windows were smashed, and electricity was cut off. A fire broke out as a result of the shelling. Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On the night of September 19, a 71-year-old man was wounded by shelling in the Nikopol raion of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Six houses, farm buildings, a power line and a gas pipeline were damaged.
In Kryvyi Rih, a multi-story building was on fire due to the impact, and the facades of three buildings were damaged. Air defense forces shot down a drone of the russian army over the region.
