Northern oblasts
Kyiv Oblast
On the morning of November 11, the russian army launched an Iskander ballistic missile toward Kyiv. Air defense forces shot it down on the approach to the capital. As a result, 18 private residential buildings were damaged. A tigress was also injured at the Wildlife Rescue Center in Boryspil Raion of the Kyiv Oblast. The animal was provided with anti-inflammatory and pain relief therapy. Veterinarians are monitoring its condition. Other animals there were not injured, but experienced stress.
In the Kyiv Oblast, 8 power transmission lines were de-energized due to bad weather. About 8,000 customers in the Bucha, Boryspil, Vyshhorod, Brovary, and Bila Tserkva raions were left without electricity.
Zhytomyr Oblast
For the second time in Zhytomyr, relatives of military personnel came to a rally to draw attention to the terms of military service. They demanded that the petition for demobilization after 18 months of service be taken into consideration.
As part of the Safe City program, more than 600 video cameras were installed on the territory of the Zhytomyr community.
During 10 days of November, 9 religious communities in the Zhytomyr Oblast withdrew from the Moscow Patriarchate.
Chernihiv Oblast
The russian army shelled seven border villages of the Chernihiv Oblast with mortars and automatic mounted grenade launchers. The Novhorod-Siversk, Semenivka, and Snovsk communities came under fire.
Sumy Oblast
At night, russian soldiers fired mortars at the Myropillia and Velyka Pysarivka communities in the Sumy Oblast.
As a result of the shelling of Seredyna-Buda, a fire broke out in the police department.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Over the past day, the russian federation shelled the Lyman-Kupiansk sector 486 times.
Russian troops carried out airstrikes on the villages of Kyslivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Kopanky, and Petropavlivka.
The russian army shelled the settlements in the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, and Kupiansk raions. No one was injured as a result of these attacks.
On November 11, a 200-square-meter empty building, as well as the roof and the second floor of a 500-square-meter residential building were set on fire in Kupiansk as a result of shelling attacks by the russian federation. No one was injured.
249 children were taken away from the communities of the Kupiansk Raion as part of the forced evacuation. Another 43 children remain to be evacuated.
Donetsk Oblast
Two residents of Toretsk and one person in Minkivka were killed in the Donetsk Oblast by russian shelling over the past day.
Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,769 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 4,294. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Ukrainian defense forces repelled 10 russian attacks in the Bakhmut sector, 18 in the Avdiivka sector, 11 in the Shakhtarsk sector, and 22 in the Maryinka sector on November 11.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
In the Lysychansk sector, a house was damaged in Siversk, and eight shelling attacks on the Lyman community were recorded.
As part of the eRecovery program, 562 residents of Kramatorsk have already been approved for compensation in the amount of over UAH 61 million. Owners of both damaged and completely destroyed housing can receive this financial assistance from the state.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
In the Donetsk sector, in the Maryinka community, 2 houses were damaged in Krasnohorivka, and Novomykhailivka came under fire. In the morning, russians shelled the center of Avdiivka with Grad multiple rocket launchers. In the Ocheretyne community, the settlements of Ocheretyne, Stepove, Berdychi, Novokalynove, Tonenke, and Orlivka came under hostile fire.
The russian army has reduced the number of ground attacks in the Avdiivka sector. The russian military is currently regrouping, while at the same time using aviation.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
The russian army shelled the Bakhmut direction 565 times per day.
In the Horlivka direction, two people died in Toretsk. 30 houses, an infrastructure object and an administrative building were damaged in the community. In the Soledar community, one person died in Minkivka, Nykyforivka and Rozdolivka are under fire. Three houses and an industrial building were damaged in the Chasiv Yar community.
Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi visited Ukrainian soldiers in the Bakhmut and Lyman directions. The commander of the Ground Forces also noted that the russian military was active in the direction of Bakhmut.
Southern oblasts
Mykolaiv Oblast
On the night of November 12, russian troops launched an airstrike in the Mykolaiv Oblast with guided missiles of the X-59 type, simultaneously using ballistics, presumably “Iskander-M”. Air defense forces destroyed one of the guided missiles. Another missile and a ballistic one hit the open territory of the Oblast. There are no injured or dead.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Yesterday, the enemy made 87 strikes on 18 settlements. As a result of shelling by russian military personnel of peaceful communities, houses and commercial buildings were damaged. Local residents were not injured.
On November 11, an explosion rang out in the headquarters of the occupiers in the temporarily occupied Melitopol in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The Main Directorate of Intelligence reported the liquidation of at least three officers of the russian federation. Information on other losses is being clarified
Odesa Oblast

Around 05:00, the russian army launched a rocket attack on Kherson. They hit the regional library named after Honchar, and a fire broke out there. Previously, there were no casualties. During the extinguishing of the fire in the library, the russian military struck again. The rescuers had to return to liquidation several times.
In the morning, russian troops struck the Dnipro District of Kherson. The man died, the woman was hospitalized in a moderate condition. Doctors are providing her with medical assistance.
In the Kherson Oblast, near the temporarily occupied Skadovsk, the russians opened a camp for former fighters of the Wagner Private Military Company.
Bad weather has been raging in Kherson for the second day. Traffic is limited in the central part of the city due to fallen trees.
Central oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On the night of November 12, russian troops struck the Nikopol Raion of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast twice. More than half a dozen shells were directed at the Marganets community. There are no casualties or injuries. The consequences are being investigated.
About 30 wives of military personnel gathered at the picket under the Dnipro city council. Women demand the establishment of terms of service and the demobilization of military personnel who have been in the war since the first days. They chant “Children need a father!”.
Human rights activist and journalist from Dnipro Olga Volynska presented her book “How war changes us” at the International Book Forum in Vienna. One of the copies of the publication was presented to Austrian President Alexander van der Bellen at the forum.
A sensory room for children was opened in Nikopol of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. It is equipped with special devices that help work with patients and improve their mental health. Therapists also work with children.
Kirovohrad Oblast
In Kropyvnytskyi, families of military personnel staged an action for the right to demobilization. These are relatives of fighters who have been defending Ukraine since the first days and months of the full-scale invasion of russia. The action took place on Heroiv Maidan square.
A charity fund in the Kirovohrad Oblast repairs housing for migrants from the Donetsk Oblast. Residents of the Donetsk Oblast live in a former outpatient clinic. 14 rooms are provided for 35 people.
Poltava Oblast
Relatives and friends of servicemen gathered near the city council in Poltava. They went to a peaceful protest demanding the demobilization of the military, which has been at war for more than 18 months.
27 settlements of the Poltava Oblast were left without electricity due to worsening weather conditions. Emergency power outages occurred due to gusts of wind and heavy rain. 8,661 customers in several communities of the oblast are without electricity.
Vinnytsia Oblast
The defender from Vinnytsia Anatolii Motyshen was awarded the medal “Indomitable heroes of the russian-Ukrainian war”. The man has been protecting Ukraine since March 2022.
“Dry meals” for servicemen are prepared by volunteers in Koziatyn. The women put dried beets, potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage and spices in the bags. The mixture for borscht must include meat to make the dish rich. A serving contains a total of 200 grams of dried ingredients.
Western Oblasts
Lviv Oblast
In the Superhumans rehabilitation and prosthetics center, various types of moral and physical rehabilitation are carried out. Thus, a pool was designed for hydrotherapy at the stage of construction of the center. The wounded are currently being treated there with hydrotherapists. They can also go horseback riding in a special complex near Lviv.
Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Townspeople of Khmelnytskyi gathered for the action on Maidan Nezalezhnosti. They demand the demobilization of military personnel and the replacement of front-line fighters with recruits.
Since the beginning of the year, employers in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast have been paid UAH 300,000 in compensation for the employment of internally displaced persons.
Kamianets-Podilskyi
Thanks to the support of “HelpAge”, the charitable foundation implements the unique project “SOS-Turbota 60+” aimed at supporting the elderly. Elderly people of the Kamianets-Podilskyi Raion receive psychological help, medical support, classes on gadget literacy and psychosocial support.
The children of Melitopol joined the “Children of the War” project. It is not an easy task to find children who have scattered all over Ukraine, unite them into groups and deliver them to Kamianets-Podilskyi. But children are already adapting to a new place.
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
A picket was held in Ivano-Frankivsk in support of the demobilization of servicemen after 18 months of service at the front.
The exhibition “Kherson Chapel” was opened in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast Museum of Local Lore for Kherson’s Liberation Day. This is a video interview and photos from the de-occupied city, constructed into a coherent composition by designer and artist from Ivano-Frankivsk Yarema Stetsyk.
Ternopil Oblast
For the fifth time, people gathered at the Ternopil City Council for the “Army First” rally. The participants agreed to hold such an action every Sunday in order to get the city council to allocate more money to help the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Zakarpattia Oblast
Under the National Anthem of Ukraine, a memorial plaque was opened to the fallen defender Viktor Synko on the facade of Uzhhorod Lyceum No. 12, of which he was a graduate. 32-year-old staff sergeant, border guard Viktor Synko heroically died in battle near the village of Hryhorivka, the Donetsk Oblast, in May 2023.
An apartment was presented to the family of the deceased defender from Uzhhorod Serhii Chernikov. Documents for ownership of an apartment in a new building in Uzhhorod were handed over to the Hero’s wife.
The weaving of nets for the military continued in the Chop City Council. During the day, another 10-meter net was woven. In general, there are already 4 nets on the account of Chop craftsmen. The city council is also asking residents to get more actively involved in the work.
