Northern Oblasts

Kyiv

A flash mob “Minute of Gratitude” took place in Kyiv. Soldiers with wounds undergoing prosthetics came to the center of the capital at 9 in the morning with portraits of their fallen comrades. Flags with the names of defenders were also erected on Independence Square. The action was organized to unite Ukrainians during the national moment of silence.

In Kyiv, the monument to Pushkin on Shuliavka was dismantled.

In Kyiv, they mask decorative elements depicting communist symbols at the Vokzalna metro station. They are covered with white wooden shields until the metro received official permission to dismantle the decoration.

Kyiv Oblast

An anti-radiation shelter with an area of ​​over 1,000 square meters was opened at the Novosilka Lyceum in the Kyiv Oblast. The opening was attended by Oleksandr Kamyshin, Minister of Strategic Industries, Timur Tkachenko, Deputy Minister and Ruslan Kravchenko, Chief of the Kyiv Oblast Military Administration. 590 people can stay in this anti-radiation shelter at the same time. The ventilation system allows people to stay there for at least 48 hours in a row.

Psychological support groups are organized in Gostomel. Residents who lost loved ones as a result of the full-scale invasion of russian troops are invited. Meetings will be held live, once every two weeks.

In Irpin, children collected 150 kg of plastic caps to buy a drone for the military.

They are sent for processing, and the funds received will be transferred to the purchase of Ukrainian-made UAVs. Since the start of the campaign, about 300 kg have already been shipped.

Bohuslav

Employees of the social and humanitarian department of the executive committee of Bohuslav city council transferred their one-day earnings to purchase a drone for the soldiers of the military unit A-4046, who defend Ukraine in the Lyman-Kupyansk direction.

A modern school bus, which was provided to the Bohuslav community by the Polish Foundation of International Solidarity, was handed over to the Vilkhovets gymnasium today. Children from Moskalenky, Polovetske and other surrounding villages study there.

The coordinator of “Active Community” in the city of Bohuslav, Anastasia Rashchenko, twice participated in the organization of tactical exercises for civilians in Bohuslav, which were organized by the military. During the classes, the participants acquired basic theoretical and practical skills in tactical medicine, learned safe handling of weapons and practiced in an interactive shooting range. Zhytomyr Oblast

20 dog handlers from all over Ukraine passed the exam after a month of training at the Zhytomyr Police Academy. 20 dogs searched for explosive objects and weapons.

12-year-old Ukrainian and ISKA world kickboxing champion Artem Pogrebetsky from Korostyschev sold one of his awards at an auction to raise funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Chernihiv Oblast

On November 14, russian troops shelled the border of Chernihiv Oblast five times from their territory. Border guards recorded 47 explosions. Novgorod-Siversk, Semenivka, Snovsk and Horodnyanka communities came under fire.

Sumy Oblast 

During the day, the russian army carried out 21 shellings of Sumy Oblast. 121 explosions were recorded. Eight communities were under fire from the territory of the russian federation.

A 48-year-old man was wounded in Sumy Oblast due to shelling from the territory of the russian federation. Around 12:00 p.m., the russian army shelled the city of Seredyna-Buda with a mortar. The power line was also damaged and the facades of private houses were cut by debris.

Eastern Oblasts 

Kharkiv Oblast 

During the day, eight settlements came under fire.

On November 14, as a result of a guided aerial bomb attack on Cherneshchyna, Izyum raion, a private house was damaged, structures and household items were on fire. No one was injured.

A 42-year-old man blew himself up in an anti-personnel mine in the village of Sorokivtsi, Vilkhivka community. As a result of the explosion, the man lost his leg.

268 children were removed from the communities of Kupyansk raion as part of the forced evacuation. It remains to evacuate 26 more children.

Russian troops advanced near Kupyansk. It happened south of May Day. It is confirmed by geo-located footage published on November 13 and 14.

At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the areas of Synkivka and Petropavlivka in the Kupyansk direction repelled eight attacks by the russian army.

Donetsk Oblast

During the past day, the russians fired 12 times on the civilians of Donetsk Oblast.

In just one day, the russians injured 3 residents of Donetsk Oblast.

Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,770 civilians of Donetsk Oblast and wounded another 4,304. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

In the east of Ukraine, on November 14, the russian invaders stormed the positions of the Ukrainian military 60 times.

The army of russia is trying to regain the initiative at the front. The russian military is conducting several simultaneous offensive operations in the east of Ukraine.

The military of russia completed the creation of a telegraph communication network in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular, in the Donetsk Oblast.

The Council for Internally Displaced Persons has been established by the Donetsk Regional Government. It was formed from representatives of displaced persons living in the territory of the Donetsk region, public organizations and specialized divisions of the Donetsk Regional Government. At the meeting of the Council, the chairman, his deputy and secretary were elected.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion

Kramatorsk is presenting 8 projects at the forum — rebuilding the community, returning residents to the city after victory, and creating high-quality new schools, kindergartens, residential complexes, and medical facilities.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion 

At night, russian troops hit Selidovo with four S-300 missiles — they hit a residential quarter, including a direct hit on a 4-story building. The entrance of the building collapsed from impact 1. Two people died. Their bodies were unblocked from under the rubble. Five people were rescued, including a child. Three were wounded. In addition to the high-rise building, 20 private and 6 high-rise buildings were destroyed or damaged in Selidovo.

The Kurakhiv community was shelled twice: in Kurakhivka in the industrial zone, 4 houses were damaged in Kurakhivka. In the Marinsk community, three streets of Krasnohorivka were hit, and Katerynivka and Elizavetivka were fired upon. In the Ocheretyn community, an agricultural enterprise in Solovyovo was damaged. The russian army is systematically shelling all shelters and other places where people are in Avdiyivka. The city turns into a destroyed Mariyinka.

On November 14, the Defense Forces shot down a russian Su-25 plane near Avdiyivka. This is already the eighth destroyed attack aircraft of the russian army in the Avdiyivka direction since October 10, 2023, when the russian army became active in Donetsk Oblast.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion

Southern Oblasts

Mykolayiv Oblast

On November 14, the russian army shelled the town of Ochakiv, as well as the outskirts of the village of Dmytrivka in the Kutsurub community. There are no injured or dead.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

114 strikes on 21 settlements were recorded. There were no casualties. 14 reports were received about the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure facilities.

Two people were killed and seven people were injured as a result of today’s rocket attacks by the russian army on the civilian infrastructure of one of the settlements of Zaporizhzhya raion. The type of missiles is currently being specified. Houses, two cars and farm buildings were damaged by the blast wave and debris.

In the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, russians are preparing to hold “elections of the President of russia” – they are starting to form commissions and campaign groups, and bringing in tens of thousands of russian officials, teachers, prosecutors, and policemen.

Odesa Oblast

On November 14, the russian army sent an anti-radar Kh-31P to Odesa. The rocket hit the field. It was released immediately after the air alert related to the flight of the MiG-31K Dagger carrier.

Aid to the military from the Odessa community this year will amount to 1 billion 220 million hryvnias.

Today, at an extraordinary session of the City Council, the budget of the “Safe City” program was once again increased by 149 million hryvnias.

Kherson Oblast

During the day, the russian army shelled Kherson Oblast 81 times, firing more than 570 shells at the region. They hit the penitentiary in Kherson Raion, the point of indestructibility and the building of an educational institution in Beryslav Raion. Seven people were wounded.

Today the russian army shelled the suburbs of Kherson. An educational institution was damaged. There is a fire because of the shelling. There is no information about the victims.

A two-month-old baby who was wounded as a result of russian shelling in Zelenivka, a suburb of Kherson, is in a hospital in moderate condition. Her mother was taken off the ventilator and evacuated to Odesa. There she will undergo further treatment and rehabilitation.

Today 91 children were evacuated from Kherson Oblast. The authorities managed to convince 38 adults to leave the settlements under constant shelling.

Families with children are going to Yaremche and Korosten. There they will be provided with temporary housing, food and all state benefits.  

In Kherson Oblast, in the settlements along the Dnipro River, the russian military is jamming mobile communications and the Internet. In some areas, there is no electricity.

Central Oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Russian troops shelled Nikopol Raion twice during the night. They fired from heavy artillery at Nikopol and the Marhanets community. In the morning, the regional center was hit by two kamikaze drones. Preliminary, no one was killed or wounded. The consequences of the shelling are being investigated.

Kryvyi Rih was also attacked. The consequences are being clarified.

Kirovohrad Oblast

The missile attack on Kropyvnytskyi on November 14 was related to an attempt by the russian military to detect Ukrainian air defense systems.   

“The Veteran Center in Kropyvnytskyi provides legal and psychological assistance to the military and their families. They receive about two thousand requests every month.

Employers in Kirovohrad Oblast are looking for more than 1,500 workers. Drivers, tractor drivers, and salespeople are most in demand.

Poltava Oblast

A new rehabilitation center is being set up in Poltava. The facility is designed for 50 beds and will provide free rehabilitation to soldiers who were wounded in the war.

On November 15, Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine visited the Holy Dormition Cathedral. He posthumously awarded the Cross of Freedom medals to six soldiers from Poltava Oblast.

Vinnytsia Oblast

The mother of the fallen defender Ihor Honcharuk donated 2 million hryvnias to a gymnasium in the village of Velyka Kyriivka, Vinnytsia Oblast, to equip a sports ground. According to her, this money is the payment the family received after the death of their son.

Western Oblasts

Volyn Oblast

In Lutsk, a company is suspected of cooperating with russia. Almost 200 employees provided technical support for the gambling business in russia, worked with russian software and banned payment systems. The business consisted of more than 30 online casino brands that attracted more than 2 million players from around the world.  

Lviv Oblast

Lviv honored the memory of those killed in the war. The “Minute of Gratitude” event was held on November 15 at 9 am along with a minute of silence. 

The SBU opened criminal proceedings against Iryna Farion for allegedly violating the equality of citizens, insulting the honor and dignity of military personnel, and violating the secrecy of correspondence and privacy. The Security Service of Ukraine also initiated a psycholinguistic examination of Farion’s statements.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

In Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Security Service of Ukraine exposed a woman who was spreading anti-Ukrainian propaganda, calling for the seizure of power and changing the borders of Ukraine.

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

In Verkhovyna, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, local resident Yevdokiya Marchuk purchased and donated an inverter generator to the 201st Battalion of the 102nd Separate Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This is not the first time the pensioner has donated to the Ukrainian army. In addition to money, the woman buys the soldiers necessary items.

In Ivano-Frankivsk, the “Maltese Aid Service” charity organization received about 600 children’s letters to St. Nicholas. They were written by students from 18 special educational institutions.

Zakarpattia Oblast

The leadership of Uzhhorod took part in the German-Ukrainian conference of municipal partnerships in Leipzig. The main topic was partnerships and effective cooperation between cities, strengthening local government, and sharing practical experience. More than 600 mayors and representatives of local governments from Ukraine and Germany joined the meeting.   

Uzhhorod hosted the regional forum “Nutrition Reform: Challenges, Achievements, Prospects”. Leaders of local authorities, mayors of cities, communities, and local education authorities discussed the issue of children’s nutrition in educational institutions.

For the first time, Zakarpattia is hosting a training on providing social support services during inclusive education. It brought together 16 participants from different communities in the region – social workers and parents who will provide this service. For five days, they will have the opportunity to improve their knowledge and learn new methods of working with children with special educational needs.
