Kyiv Oblast

In the evening of July 10, a grenade exploded in a garage on Tychyny Street in Chernihiv. Among the injured are a woman and her son. The woman has shrapnel wounds to her chest, arms and legs. Her son suffered a shrapnel wound in his legs, and both were taken to the hospital. Near the village of Shestovitsa, rescuers continue to detonate ammunition by detonation.

Sumy Oblast

At approximately 07:30 in the morning, the russian army struck the Shalyginsk community with rocket artillery. There are 20 hits, but no victims or destruction.

Two power lines were damaged due to mortar fire by the russian occupiers. The shelling of the villages of Katerynivka, Starykove and Bachivsk of the Shostky district continues, with a total of 50 hits.

Eastern Oblast

Kharkiv Oblast

That night, Kharkiv came under rocket fire three times. One rocket hit a six-story residential building in Osnovyansk Raion . As a result of the explosion, the entrance to the building was completely destroyed. Rescuers found an 86-year-old woman from under the rubble. There were no victims or injured.

Two more rockets hit a yard near a warehouse in the Osnovyansky Raion, as well as a school building in the city’s Slobidsky Raion.

In the morning, the russians again bombarded the city with multiple rocket launchers. Only civilian structures – a shopping center and houses of peaceful Kharkiv residents – came under the fire of the russians. Several shells hit the yards of private houses. Garages and cars were also destroyed, several fires broke out. 31 people were hospitalized with injuries of various degrees of severity, among them 2 children – 4 and 16 years old. Victims mostly have shrapnel injuries. 3 people died.

During the past day, the occupiers massively shelled the civilian population of the Chuguyiv, Izyum, Bogoduhiv and Kharkiv Raions of the Oblast. Residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged. There were several fires, forest strips and grass and reeds were burning.

The Ukrainian military continues to wage fierce battles with the russian occupiers on the front lines. In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy is concentrated on the defense of previously captured territories.

In the Izyum area, the occupiers tried to launch an offensive in the direction of Krasnopill, but failed and retreated with losses.

Donetsk Oblast

The hottest place is in the Bakhmut Raion. Bakhmutsk, Toretsk, Soledarsk and Siversk communities are under fire.

In New York, a rocket attack damaged a shop and a private house – no one was injured.

Soledar was shelled twice today: at night and in the evening. As a result of the night shelling, the cultural center and the administrative building burned down, and the five-story building was damaged as a result of the evening shelling. During the day, three people were injured in the city.

In Siversk, the private sector came under fire – one house was destroyed, many were damaged. One high-rise building was also damaged. It is known for certain that two people died in the city during the day.

The russians shelled Ugledar with artillery, wounding one person. One more person was injured in Lastochkino of the Ocheretyn community.

The Cherkasy community was shelled with hail – no casualties. In the Illinivska community, a fire started in a wheat field due to artillery shelling.

Another enemy offensive attempt in the direction of Maryinka completely failed. Under the fire of Ukrainian soldiers, the occupiers shamefully retreated back.

In the Slavyansk direction, the outskirts of Dibrovny, Mazanivka, Bogorodychny, Adamivka, and Kurulka were shelled with barrel and jet artillery. The enemy also carried out an airstrike near Bogorodychny. Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled the enemy assault in the direction of Krasnopill.

In Donetsk Oblast, there are signs of enemy units preparing to intensify combat operations in the Kramatorsk and Bakhmut directions.

In the Novopavlovsk direction, the enemy is conducting assaults to improve the tactical position. Along the contact line, the occupiers carry out a systematic fire attack on the positions of the units of the Defense Forces in order to constrain their actions. Assault and army aviation became active. The enemy did not conduct active operations in the Kramatorsk direction. The enemy shelled the areas of the settlements of Siversk, Zakitne, Serebryanka, Hryhorivka, Belogorivka, Verkhnokamianske and Spirne with barrel artillery. On the Avdiyivka, Kurakhivka, Novopavlivka, and Zaporizhia areas, shelling was recorded in the areas of Avdiivka, Karlivka, Maryinka, Sribne, Novomykhailivka, Vugledar, Vremivka, Biloghirya, Poltavka, Gulyaipole, Gulyaipilske, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, Orihiv, and Kam’ Yanskoe The russians carried out a missile-air strike near Orikhov and air strikes in the areas of Volodymyrivka, Pavlivka and Novoandriivka.

Kramatorsk

Enemy activity in the city was not recorded.

The situation is alarming. There is an increase in the number of people wishing to evacuate. Residents also continue to live in broken houses. The broken glass is gradually removed, the floor is washed. Many household appliances were damaged, broken by glass fragments from the recent impact. Due to damage to the ceiling, several apartments have already been flooded by rain. Some of the victims after the latest explosion remain in the hospital.

The regional coordinator delivered humanitarian aid to the residents of buildings that were damaged by shelling on July 7 in the central part of the city.

Pokrovsk

Artillery shelling of Avdiivka, Kurakhove, Mariinka and Ocheretine communities did not stop. There were damaged houses and infrastructure facilities.

Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine resisted the enemy. Representatives of the local Territorial Defense unit patrolled the Pokrovsk community.

The last day in the Pokrovsk community was restless. The Situation Center of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Donetsk Oblast informed that on 07/10/2022 at 5:45 a.m. an enemy projectile hit near one of the villages of the community damaged about 30 houses. Windows and doors were broken, ceilings were damaged, and there were no casualties among the civilian population.

The mayor talked about the upcoming heating season and water supply at a meeting in the Myrnograd community (Pokrovsk Raion) with the heads and representatives of community condominiums. The issue of the normal course of the heating season is complicated by the lack of natural gas in the oblast. Therefore, everyone who has the opportunity should temporarily leave for a safer place.

Despite the danger, farmers go out into the fields every day. The harvest has begun. What was sown with difficulty has to be harvested also in extreme conditions.

Bakhmut

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy is shelling from mortars, barrel and rocket artillery near Berestove, Pokrovske, Soledar, Zaytseve, Vershyna, Novoluhanske, Klishchiivka and New York. The russian military carried out missile and air strikes near the Berestove, Spirne, Striapivka and Vuhlehirsk TPPs.

Russian troops shelled the private sector of Bakhmut with incendiary ammunition.

According to operational information, at least 7 private residential buildings burned down.

The fire-rescue units of the State Emergency Service eliminate the consequences of shelling.

Volnovakha

The city is occupied. The enemy carried out airstrikes on the village of Volodymyrivka and missile strikes on the city of Vuhledar.

Information about the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is spreading.

The occupying authorities continue to take away people’s phones and laptops under the pretext of not reporting their location. Russians seize cars. The occupiers moved into the houses of the people who were taken out for filtering a month ago.

People’s reactions to the situation are different. For security reasons, some residents do not say how things really are, they simply answer “Vsio chorosho” [“Everything is fine” in rus.].

The situation is tense, but work on the laying of water supply is underway.

Luhansk Oblast

A small part of Luhansk Oblast still holds. Fierce battles are going on. The Ukrainian military is keeping its formation: destroying enemy equipment and the occupiers.

During the night from July 10 to 11, the russians launched five missile strikes and four massive artillery attacks on populated areas on the border of Luhansk Oblast and Donetsk Oblast. The enemy uses aviation, barrel and jet artillery, trying to break through from Lysychansk and other directions to Siversk and Sloviansk. But these attempts have been unsuccessful for more than a week, so the russians are trying to advance from the side of Popasna.

Notifications about the loss of ammunition depots by the occupiers are received every day. The latter is from Luhansk.

The supply of ammunition to their positions has been disrupted, but these losses have not yet reached a critical limit – the russians have too many reserves.

There is a humanitarian catastrophe in the occupied territories. The occupiers will not be able to provide normal life activities to the settlements.

Zaporizhzhia oblast

In the Zaporozhye direction, along the collision line, mutual shelling continues with the use of mortars, tanks, barrel and rocket artillery.

Yesterday, on July 10, russian troops shelled the civilian infrastructure of the city of Gulyaipole, the villages of Primorske and Kamianske. There were 9 reports of destruction caused by shelling. Shelling was also recorded in the areas of Poltavka, Gulyaipilske, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka and Orihiv settlements. The occupiers launched a missile-air strike near Orikhov and air strikes in the areas of Volodymyrivka, Pavlivka, and Novoandriivka.

The village of Mali Shcherbaki (Vasylivskyi district), located on the demarcation line, was completely destroyed. On March 3, hostilities began there. There was not a single day without shelling. There is not a single building left in the settlement. A shop, a club, a medical center, and a post office were destroyed. Many houses burned down. Agricultural machinery of farms and individual farmers was also damaged.

As a result of the hostilities, the sewage treatment facilities that receive sewage from the city of Vasylivka and the village of Stepnohirsk (Vasylivskyi district). Sewage without treatment is discharged to the Karachokrak River and then enters the Dnipro River.

At night, there were 2 explosions in Melitopol with a difference of 20 minutes. The information is being clarified. In addition, in Melitopol at night, an attempt was made on the traitor, the so-called “head of the administration of the Melitopol district” andriy sigut. He managed to survive.

The russian occupiers have blocked access and exit to Novy Melitopol (a residential area of ​​Melitopol). Tens of thousands of residents are cut off from the rest of the city. The occupiers justify their actions with found explosives. A partisan movement is active in the city, anti-russian stickers and posters are pasted on the streets.

In the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhia oblast, the russians are trying to resume the export of Ukrainian grain. To steal grain, they created the so-called “SUC” (russian – State Unitary Company). Its activities are controlled by collaborator evgen balytskyi. For this purpose, the collaborators “nationalized” (captured) the port-side elevator of the enterprise “Nova Khortytsia” in Berdyansk, the loading complex of the enterprise “Asket Shipping” in the port of Berdyansk, the elevators of the enterprises “Kernel”, “Optimus” and other grain traders. Meanwhile, in the area of ​​the seaport of occupied Berdyansk, explosions are heard again.

russian propagandists were brought to Zaporizhzhya NPP. The russian military forcibly forced the management of the plant to allow a well-known russian blogger and a representative of rosatom, accompanied by armed soldiers, to the block control panel of one of the power units of the nuclear plant and to other rooms with restricted access.

“Zaporizhiaoblenergo” denied the fake that the company will allegedly cut off the energy supply in the occupied territories. Such disinformation is actively spread in the social networks of the occupied settlements.

Kherson oblast

The Ukrainian Armed Forces freed another settlement in the Kherson Region from the occupiers, namely the village of Ivanivka.

Odesa oblast

In Odesa, a pro-russian Internet agitator was sentenced to 5 years in prison. He was also required to read works about Soviet repression. In particular, books by Ivan Bagryany “Tygrolovy”, “Yellow Prince” by Vasyl Barka and “Maria” by Ulas Samchuk.

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

The Kryvyi Rih district was covered with fire several times by russian troops. They hit two communities – Apostolivska and Zelenodolska – from multiple rocket launchers. They hit directly in the villages – Novosemenivtsi and Maryanskyi. 7 houses were damaged in Maryansky, their windows were broken and their roofs were destroyed, and two cows were also injured. In Novosemenivka, a tractor, windows in residential buildings, and an outbuilding were damaged.

In Dnipro, free classes are organized for immigrant children. Fun lessons are also held in one of the tutoring centers. Among the subjects are Ukrainian and English languages, mathematics, history, and also creative master classes. The young students are from regions affected by hostilities. Most of them are from Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

The Dnipro City Hall together with the TAPS-Ukraine Foundation and the Coordination Headquarters of Volunteers provided the military with a powerful generator worth 50,000 hryvnias for air defense. Since the first days of the war, air defense servicemen defending the Dnipropetrovsk oblast have already destroyed 31 combat aircrafts, 39 cruise missiles, 125 UAVs and 3 enemy helicopters.

The regional coordinator of AUI “Active Community” disseminated information about vacancies for residents of the Kyiv oblast, as well as disseminated useful news for the residents of Kyiv.

Kirovohrad Oblast

The situation during the day was calm, no air-raid warnings went off.

The head of the Kirovohrad Oblast Military Administration, Andriy Raikovych, said that the situation in the communities is under control, and there are many things to do, despite the war. Farmers continue their work in the fields as the harvest is not easy and they have to watch both the field and the sky.

Preparations are underway for the 2022-2023 heating season.

People plan to start the academic year offline, but only under the condition that students and teaching staff are safe.

According to Svitlana Solomakha, who is an Acting Director of the Oblast Department of Economic Development and Trade of the Kirovohrad Oblast Military Administration, 27 Ukrainian enterprises moved to Kirovohrad Oblast from the war zones.

On July 11th, the residents paid their last tribute to junior sergeant Dmytro Klippo and senior sergeant Volodymyr Skachko. Mark, bishop, of Kropyvnytskyi and Holovanivsk of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine held the memorial service for the dead.

Two athletes from Kirovohrad Oblast, Yaroslav Tkach and Valeryi Ryabov, went to the XI World Games – 2022 as part of the Ukrainian national team.

The AUI Active Community coordinator provided advice to the displaced people on how to obtain the documents on the status of an internally displaced person, as well as information on the available vacancies in the regional center and surrounding communities.

Poltava Oblast

Today, the Poltava Oblast Military Administration signed a memorandum of cooperation with the international humanitarian organization INTERSOS. European partners have been helping displaced people in Ukraine since the beginning of the war, and more recently in Poltava, in mass accommodation centers and in territorial communities of Oblast. About 5,000 internally displaced persons have already received humanitarian aid from the organization. INTERSOS also plans to create mobile teams for medical and psychological assistance to help displaced persons living in remote areas of Oblast.

A pensioner from Poltava Oblast received a suspended sentence for cursing and spreading russian propaganda in social media called Odnoklasnyki.

Poltava students refused to celebrate their prom in order to buy SUVs for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Students of the Poltava Polytechnic supported the All-Ukrainian charity event “Bachelor 4.5.0”. It was initiated by students of Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko together with Serhiy Prytula’s charitable foundation. The goal is to collect 4 million hryvnias for 10 hell cars.

Poltava Academic Oblast Ukrainian Music and Drama Theater named after Mykola Hohol conducts free recruitment into creative groups for children from Poltava and IDPs living in the Oblast center.

The AUI Active Community team in cooperation with the public organization Interaction held a finger puppet theater with a play called “Adventures of the Bunny” for families of IDPs and families raising children with disabilities.

Vinnytsia Oblast

Khmilnyk and Khmilnyk Raion

Yesterday the situation was calm in Khmilnyk community.

Heads of the Khmilnytskyi Raion Military Administration held outing receptions for citizens in Hlukhivtsi and Samhorodok communities. They visited displaced persons and families whose members are soldiers.

In the Kalynivka community, Khmilnyk Raion, firewood is collected for heating the hospital in winter.

The AUI Active Community coordinators in Khmilnyk and Khmilnyk Raion were preparing for another event.

Western Oblasts

Lviv Oblast

There were no air-raid warnings. The situation in Lviv Oblast is calm.

Benefactors from Spain purchased 23 ambulance cars and off-road vehicles for the border guards of the Western Regional Department of the State Border Service. All cars will be sent to the front line. They were handed over as part of the “1000 Freedom Cars” project. The cars are equipped with equipment for resuscitation of the wounded, as well as medicines and other important cargo.

The day before, at around 5 p.m., two wagons of a freight train derailed in Zolochiv. They were empty. There were no casualties. Three hours later, the movement of trains was resumed on the odd track, and at 11:00 p.m. trains were able to use all tracks.

Another 215 people arrived in Lviv by two evacuation trains. 819 people were sent to Przemyśl by four trains.

12 patients were evacuated from Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts to two medical facilities in Lviv Oblast. Two of them are children. Doctors estimate the condition of people ranging from medium to severe.

Employees of the Office of the Security Service of Ukraine in Lviv Oblast initiated the decision to deport the russian citizen. The 40-year-old russian man was in Ukraine without documents that would give him the right to reside there legally, and he could not explain the purpose of his stay in Ukraine. Therefore, in order to special services of the aggressor state not to use him to the detriment of Ukraine’s national security, a decision was made to forcibly deport the foreigner outside the country with a ban on entry.

In Yavoriv, during the final of the charity football tournament, 21,000 hryvnias were collected in support of the defenders of Ukraine. Residents of several settlements took part in the tournament. The collected funds will be used to purchase a thermographic camera for a soldier of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo, who defends Ukraine in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Rivne Oblast

The general situation is relatively calm. As of 17:30 there was one air-raid warning.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine patrol the border with belorussia. Territorial Defense Forces patrol and stand guard at checkpoints.

Volunteers from one of the communities in Rivne Oblast bake thousands of goodies for Ukrainian defenders every day. Residents of the community set up a bun baking workshop in their own yard. Ingredients for pies, buns and cookies are collected by the whole community.

 Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of russian troops on the territory of Ukraine, the hotline of Rivne Oblast Military Administration has received more than 20,000 calls. The main amount of calls come from forcibly displaced people who were interested in settlement, housing assistance and social benefits.

Charitable actions in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to take place in Rivne Oblast. Charity football tournaments and charity fairs are held, and the raised funds are sent to the needs of the military and to buy cars for defenders.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Kamianets-Podilskyi

Over the weekend, aid (water, canned food, medical supplies, napkins, hygiene products, etc.) was delivered to Ukrainian defenders, in particular to the volunteer unit called Karpatska Sich. Territorial Defense Forces received a medical vehicle from the community.

Today, medical supplies for the health care administration were shipped from the city’s humanitarian aid warehouse. A territorial social service center called Turbota also received grocery sets, canned goods, bedding sets etc.

Charitable events were once again held in support of the military in European Square. Red Cross representatives held training on providing first aid, playing patriotic songs on the guitar, children’s entertainment, a master class on assembling/disassembling a model of a machine gun, and a fire show. Volunteers made charitable contributions to the needs of the military.

An entrepreneurship support center is in the process of creation on the premises of a former printing house in the city.

The city archive continues to work on the creation of a fund of personal origin about compatriots, Heroes of the russian-Ukrainian war.

The city council provided a list of vacancies on its official webpage as of July 11. IDPs can seize this opportunity and get a job.

The AUI Active Community regional coordinator attended the presentation of Lilia Ivanevych’s book called “Traditional Clothes of Ukrainians from Podill”.

Chernivtsi Oblast

Currently, there are no active hostilities in the territory of Chernivtsi Oblast.

Bukovyna residents paid last tribute to the brave soldiers who died for the freedom and independence of Ukraine in the battles against the russian occupiers. Captain Mykola Kryvokhukh was taken to the village of Chornyi Potik, senior soldiers Vasyl Herela and Denys Osypovych were taken to the village of Vikno and the city of Chernivtsi.

In Chernivtsi, almost 50,000 hryvnias were collected for the Armed Forces of Ukraine during charity excursions.

In the Chernivtsi Oblast Universal Scientific Library named after Mykhailo Ivasyuk people hold a campaign to collect modern books in Ukrainian for soldiers. Books can be brought to the library at the address: Chernivtsi, Olha Kobylyanska St., 47.

A graduate of Chernivtsi National University collected 1,5 million hryvnias for Ukraine in Oxford.

Zakarpattia Oblast

On Lavender Mountain near Perechyn in Zakarpattia Oblast, a charity run was organized in support of the 68th Separate Battalion of Territorial Defense Forces. The participants of the Lavender Run collected 23,000 hryvnias for the military.

In the “Mama and Baby” shelter that has been operating for four months in Uzhhorod, new rooms were installed. During this time, more than 300 women and children temporarily lived there. Thanks to caring people, it was possible to add another floor to the building where the families are staying.
