In Chernihiv, 8-year-old Sofia sells compote on the market to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine and thank them for their protection. On the first day, the girl collected more than one and a half thousand hryvnias, bought raincoats with them and gave them to the military.
Sumy Oblast

Kharkiv Oblast
During the past day, the enemy randomly shelled the civilian population of Kharkiv, Bogodukhiv, Chuguyiv and Izyum districts of Kharkiv Oblast. Destroyed private houses, commercial buildings, cars. In the Izyum Raion , critical infrastructure was damaged by russian shelling, and the roof of the electricity distribution point of one of the medical institutions was on fire. During the day, 2 civilians of Chuguyiv Raion were injured and hospitalized as a result of russian aggression.
Active fighting continued on the contact line during the past day. In the Izyum Raion , the russian occupiers opened fire near Barvinkovy, Dibrivny, Kurulka, Podolivka, and Chepil.
The enemy tried to go on the offensive in the direction of Kurulka, but again failed and suffered losses.
At night, the occupiers attacked the subway depot in Kharkiv. A private enterprise, a destroyed 3-story building and cars were also damaged. Firefighters extinguished the fire.
In total, the occupiers destroyed and damaged more than 4,800 infrastructure objects in the region.
Throughout the Kharkiv Oblast, 4,232 residential buildings have been destroyed or damaged. This figure includes high-rise buildings – more than 2,700 of them. More than 500 educational institutions, 100 medical institutions, 97 cultural institutions, and 12 industrial enterprises were also affected by russian aggression. All these crimes are carefully documented by the regional law enforcement officers.
Donetsk Oblast

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy shelled the Hryhorivka, Siversk, Kramatorsk, Verkhnokamyansk, Zakitny, Serebryanka, and Spirny Raion with barrel and jet artillery. Zeus Ceramica Slovyansk plant is another target of the russian occupiers in Donetsk Oblasy.
Yesterday evening, the premises of the factory came under fire – fortunately, there were no casualties, but there is a lot of damaged property. Zeus Ceramica is a leading manufacturer in its field. Their products are used by the largest trading countries, they are bought in the European Union, the USA and Canada. The destruction of such a plant is a serious blow to the economy of the region.
Rescuers have completed the demolition of the rubble of a high-rise building in Chasovoy Yar. 48 people, including a 9-year-old boy, died in the rocket attack in the building. Another 9 people were rescued.
Since the beginning of the russian invasion of Ukraine, as a result of shelling and bombing in Donetsk Oblast, 609 civilians have died, and another 1,565 have been injured.
On July 13, the russians killed 3 civilians of Donetsk Oblast: 2 in Chasovoy Yar and 1 in Mykolaivka. 5 more people were injured.
Kramatorsk
Kramatorsk is again under the attack of russian missiles. Anti-aircraft missiles were fired at the Kramatorsk industrial zone. There is no electricity supply in some parts of the city.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
In the Avdiyiv and Kurakhiv directions, the enemy continued shelling from barrel and rocket artillery along the contact line, albeit with less intensity.
The russians shelled the cities of Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, the village of Ocheretyne, the villages of Kamianka, Grodivka, Ivanivka, the occupier hit the houses and civilian infrastructure with NURS missiles, Kh59mk, S-300 air defense systems, “Grad”,”Smerch” rocket launchers “, “Urahan”, artillery. There are dead and wounded civilians.
The past day in Pokrovsk was relatively calm. No facts regarding victims and destruction caused by shelling in the past 24 hours have been recorded on the territory of the community.
In Pokrovsk, employees of the State Service for Emergency Situations met with the elders of the city’s buildings to once again remind the algorithm of the procedure for emergency situations. During the exercises, the participants considered the mechanism of response to the “air alarm” signal, as well as the procedure for actions during artillery shelling.
On July 13, the Novogrodiv community of Pokrovsk Raion was shelled: one person was killed.

Bakhmut
In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy fired tanks, barrel and jet artillery in the areas of settlements of Novoluhanske, New York, Pokrovske, Vesela Dolyna, Soledar, Berestove, Vesele, Vyimka, Semihirya, Vershyna and near the Vuhlehirsk TPP. The russians carried out airstrikes near New York, Ivano-Daryivka and Semihirya. Ukrainian soldiers repelled assaults in the direction of Kodema and Vershyna.
One person died and five were injured as a result of the morning shelling of Bakhmut. The russians hit the private sector again — shells from the multiple rocket launcher “Uragan” damaged about 8 houses.

Mariupol
A fire broke out at the main solid waste landfill in Livoberezhny district. The russians are not even trying to localize the fire. On the contrary, they continue to dump construction debris, which actually preserves the fire and makes localization impossible. A fire also broke out at the “Satellite” agricultural plant during another attempt to steal sunflower seeds. Remains of products are burning for the second day.
There was another strengthening of internal control, which is connected with the growth of migration of people from the occupied territory to safe regions. Now entry into the city from the Zaporizhzhia side is allowed only with a pass issued on the territory of the Donetsk Oblast. The queue to obtain a permit to leave for Zaporizhzhia (issued by the regional police departments of the occupiers) reaches several weeks, which artificially slows down the evacuation process.
Luhansk Oblast
Ukrainian artillerymen continue to successfully destroy enemy warehouses with ammunition in the deep rear of the occupiers. This slowed down russian offensives, and the number of shelling also decreased.
This morning, the fighting started again on the outskirts of the oblast. Belohorivka and Verkhnyokamyanka are on the defensive.
Enemies launched 12 missile and air strikes on populated areas on the border of Luhansk Oblast and Donetsk Oblast. Massive artillery and mortar attacks continue, and volley fire systems are used. Through small settlements, the russians are trying to break through to Siversk and open the way to Bakhmut.
In the temporarily occupied Severodonetsk, pensioners are involved in the liquidation of rubble.
The population of the occupied territories is already in premonition of deoccupation.
Southern Oblasts
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
The number of people injured yesterday as a result of a rocket attack on an enterprise in Zaporizhzhia has increased to 16 people. Seven of them are in a moderate condition in hospitals. Another nine received outpatient care. A criminal case has been opened and a pre-trial investigation has been started in connection with the shelling.
Law enforcement officers detained two young men, 20 and 19 years old, who are suspected of adjusting the fire of the occupiers.
Russian soldiers in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast continue to threaten farmers and demand the payment of “taxes”.
Kherson Oblast
Most of the territory of the Kherson Oblast is under occupation. But the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already liberated 44 settlements.
Local residents do not cooperate with the occupiers, so they involve the russians themselves in the leadership. Locals intensify their resistance.
Currently, the task of the local government is to provide residents of the oblast with salaries, humanitarian aid, etc. Humanitarian aid is delivered by volunteers, as there are no official “green corridors”. However, volunteers manage to evacuate civilians through Vasylivka (Zaporizhzhia Oblast).
Due to the successful strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against russian troops, the russians are increasing control and inspections, so it is becoming more dangerous for civilians to be in the territory of the Kherson Oblast.
The russians destroyed and looted part of the agricultural enterprises, and the fields were burned as a result of shelling. The so-called “authority” kidnaps the heads of enterprises, trying to force them to pay taxes to the russian federation.
Fighting continues in the Kherson Oblast. Residents of communities bordering the Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolaiv Oblasts note an increase in equipment and the number of russian troops.
The occupiers set up an ammunition depot in the drama theater of temporarily occupied Kherson.
Mykolaiv Oblast
Yesterday, in the early hours of the day in Mykolaiv Oblast, the russians shelled Novoselivka (Pervomaisk community). As a result of the shelling, four people were killed and two people were injured.
On the night of July 14, russian troops fired five rockets at Bashtanka. As a result of the shelling, one person was killed and another was injured.
In the morning, the occupiers fired nine rockets at Mykolaiv. Currently, it is known about damage to two educational institutions, a transport infrastructure facility and a hotel. It is known about one injured person.
Odesa Oblast
After the storm, the sea continues to bring dangerous surprises. A sea mine drifting a few meters from the shore was found in the coastal waters of the beach in Odesa Oblast. The demolition team of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is organizing the controlled neutralization and destruction of the sea “traveler”. This was reported by the operational command “South”.
The city authorities of Odesa report that the situation is currently under control, but the threat of rocket attacks remains.
Since the beginning of the war, the “Donor Odesa” project has been working in Odesa with the support of the city’s Department of Health to quickly find blood donors. In order to popularize donation in public consciousness and corporate culture, well-known Odesa residents, leaders of public opinion and organized groups join blood donation. The first participant of the corporate donation support program within the project was the IT company “AB Soft” (the employees organized a group blood donation). During this time, more than 1,100 people donated blood in the city department of transfusiology. The project also helps with the search for donors for the military hospital.
People are united and active, engage in volunteering, and participate in charity events.

Kirovohrad Oblast
An air alert was announced in the oblast – there was a threat of a missile strike. In general, the situation in the communities is calm and under control.
A social hostel was set up in the Oleksandrivka community (Kropyvnytskyi Raion), which received almost fifty internally displaced people.
On July 14, the residents of Kropyvnytskyi gave a ceremonial burial to the Hero soldier, 36-year-old defender Oleksandr Husak. Relatives, friends, brothers-in-arms and caring locals came to the Alley of Honorable Burials of the Far Eastern Cemetery to pay their respects to the hero for preserving Ukrainian statehood, defeating and restraining the armed aggression of the russian occupiers. Bishop of Kropyvnytskyi and Golovanivskyi of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine Mark served the memorial service for the deceased.
The coordinator of AUI “Active Community” in cooperation with the Kirovohrad Oblast Library for Youth named after Yevhen Malaniuk held an art therapy event called “I have a dream”, in which about 30 children (IDPs and townspeople) took part. During the event, children expressed their most cherished dreams and took part in interactive exercises. In memory of the meeting, the regional coordinator presented commemorative souvenirs to the participants.
Poltavska
First Deputy Mayor Valery Parkhomenko met with representatives of the Charitable Foundation “Right to Protection”. This is a Ukrainian human rights non-governmental organization that, since 2014, has extensive experience in working with the problems of IDPs and people who have suffered as a result of hostilities or lost their homes. Together they discussed the needs and living conditions of the displaced people who are currently registered in the Poltava community. In addition to humanitarian aid, the Foundation aims to provide legal and psychological support to IDPs in community.
The Poltava City Council renews the previous registration of internally displaced persons to receive food packages . IDPs who live in dormitories, apartments, private households on the territory of Poltava and Starosty districts of the community (except for schools and kindergartens) are invited to register.
A summer club for children of IDPs and locals was opened in the Pyryatyn community, on the basis of one of the educational institutions. During the month, 65 boys and girls will combine entertainment, interactive quests and the study of civic education. They will learn about the basic principles of the functioning of society, determine their roles and opportunities in it.
Poltava Oblast Clinical Hospital named after Sklifosovsky received another batch of humanitarian aid worth almost 100,000 dollars from abroad – antibiotics, antidiabetic and cardiological drugs, injections, solutions, various pills, disinfectants and consumables for breathing apparatus.
The team of AUI “Active Community” in Poltava, in the premises of a local coffee shop, held today an art therapy event “Our strength is in unity” for families of internally displaced persons and families raising children with disabilities.
Vinnytsia Oblast
Russian troops struck an office centre in the centre of Vinnytsia with a high-precision Kalibr cruise missile. The deflection amplitude of such a missile is 2-4 m.
As of 19:40, it is known that 23 people died from the impact. Three of them are children. Police report 90 victims, half of whom are in serious condition. A fire broke out at the point of impact and spread to the parking lot. 50 cars burned.
The medical centre was also destroyed.
In the radius of the impact, there is a pedagogical university, a department of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, a military post, a public transport stop, a parking lot and private houses. About a kilometre away is a military unit. Searches for the missing have been organized in the city, there is an aid station for the injured, and people from the destroyed buildings are being transferred to live in other places.
The singer ROXOLANA, whose concert was supposed to take place today at the Officers’ House in Vinnytsia, reported that part of her team was in the city centre at the time of the attack. One person from the team died.
Zhmerynka

The day was relatively calm in the Khmilnyk community.
Pupils of the Kozyatinsky Lyceum of the Khmilnyk District became the first in the “Best TV Report” nomination. They recorded the video “Ukrainian Dream” and won the oblast media competition.
The notification system will be changed in Kozyatyn. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, many residents of Kozyatyn have repeatedly complained that they could not hear the air-raid alarm signal. And in the area of the “settlement of workers’ brigades” the siren has completely burned out and has not been working for almost a month.

Western Obasts
Lviv Oblast
Yesterday, the siren sounded once about the air alert. There was a threat due to the launch of missiles from the Black Sea. The threat did not come true. Everything is calm in the Lviv oblast.
A modular town was opened in the village of Bortyatyn of the Sudovyshnya community. This modular city consists of 10 containers and is different from those that have been opened before. It is designed in such a way that the kitchen, bathrooms and showers are located directly in the building where the bedrooms are located. Now 40 mothers with children and elderly people from Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts will have housing equipped with everything they need. Before that, their temporary accommodation was schools, kindergartens and other communal institutions.
Another 52 million hryvnias have been allocated from the oblast budget for the creation of an additional 621 places for forced migrants to live. We are talking about increasing the funding of the Program for the Implementation of Priority Infrastructure Projects in the Lviv Oblast, within which dormitories and other buildings that do not require large capital investments are repaired, and allows for the resettlement of forcibly displaced people from schools in order to resume full-time education.
As a result, it is planned to receive within the framework of the Program: 20 renovated establishments, suitable for settlement; 2,129 places for forced migrants to live; 105.9 million hryvnias allocated from the regional budget.
Another 7 cars within the framework of the #1000_freedom_cars initiative will go to the front to help Ukrainian defenders. In addition to the vehicles, servicemen of the 80th separate airborne assault brigade of the airborne assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the 103rd separate brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danylo will also receive copters, shovels, batteries and much other necessary equipment.

Rivne Oblast

Mobile groups that support internally displaced citizens continue to work in the Rivne oblast. They provide socio-psychological, legal, medical consultations and humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons.
A photo session in the basement of the library formed the basis of the photo exhibition “Rewritten History”. It was created by the Kyiv photographer Dmytro Golovchenko, who moved to the Rivne oblast with the beginning of the full-scale aggression of the russian federation. According to him, the series of photographs reflects the desire to preserve its history from the distortions invented by the neighbouring empire.
The coordinators held a meeting with the head of the shelter where internally displaced citizens live, with the aim of holding an event for children and adults currently living in Rivne. We agreed on holding events in the future.
Zdovbytsa
The general situation in the oblast is calm. Today there was one air alarm. More than 300 immigrants live in the community. Representatives of the local security forces continue to guard checkpoints.
The head of the village council together with the deputies went to Germany in order to agree on the next transfer of aid to Ukrainian defenders and internally displaced persons.
Residents of Zdovbych living in Poland donated 1,000 zlotys for the needs of the Defenders.
The students of the lyceum made and handed over charms in the form of hearts with wishes, as well as money, for the Ukrainian military.
In the Zdovbytsky Lyceum, nets are woven for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Khmelnytsky Oblast
Kamianets-Podilskyi
An air raid siren sounded once in the community.
The chairman once again appealed to Kamian residents to pay attention to aircraft over the territory of the community and to report it to the operative service of the city council.
On July 15, an extraordinary session of the city council is called to resolve urgent issues.
The city is working normally. Communal workers are engaged in improvement in the city and villages of the community.
The harvest has begun in Khmelnytsky. Farmers in the oblast began to harvest winter barley and peas.
The other day, residents of the community’s villages – Kolibaivka and Chervonaya Chagarivka – collected funds and purchased a refrigerator for the needs of wounded soldiers who are currently in one of the medical facilities.
The Department of Education and Science, based on the recommendations of the Ministry of Education, is preparing for the new academic year, as well as for the national multi-subject test. Mock testing will begin on Friday.
Teachers work every day with children – both residents of Kamianets and immigrants, to develop interesting sports and patriotic programs, and organize master classes so that they forget at least a little about the war and the horrors that they had to go through.
Today, the city council awards commission considered the issue of awarding the title of “Honorary Citizen of the City of Kamianets-Podilskyi” posthumously to the Heroes of the community who died during these four months of war and are buried on the Alley of Glory.

Bukovyna said goodbye to a brave soldier who repelled the russian offensive at the cost of his own life. The soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine, Mykhailo Yazhuk, was taken to the village of Novooleksiiivka for the last time.
Bukovyna policemen transferred the humanitarian cargo to Mykolaiv Oblast. They sent an SUV for the military and aid to one of the children’s homes. Toys, diapers, strollers, etc. were collected for the little ones.
In the Chernivtsi oblast, forced migrants living in a shelter collect money for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They make candies, and candles and organize auctions and fairs.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Ruslan Zaparaniuk as the head of the Chernivtsi Oblast State Administration instead of Serhiy Osachuk. The head of state signed the relevant decrees No. 485/2022 and No. 486/2022.

Zakarpattia Oblast

The first service centre of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine has been operating in Uzhgorod for almost a month now.
