In a forest strip near the village of Maliyki, two teenagers were injured as a result of an unknown explosion. Both of them were hospitalized.
Sumy Oblast
Today, around 7 am, russia shelled Sumy Oblast with mortars. 5 explosions were recorded in the Shalyginsky community and 6 in Esmansk. No damage or injuries were found.
Between the villages of Basivka and Yunakivka, a car exploded on a mine. One man died, another man is in the hospital with injuries, fractures and burns.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
The russian occupiers continue shelling populated areas of the Kharkiv oblast with tanks, mortars, and barrel and rocket artillery. Shelling in the areas of the villages of Petrivka, Rydne, Sosnivka, Slatine, Pryshyb, Ruski Tyshki, Pytomnyk, and Verkhniy Saltiv.
At night, a residential building in Chuguyiv district was shelled. A 69-year-old woman received shrapnel wounds as a result of this shelling.
At night, two rockets hit near an educational institution in the Kholodnohirskyi Raion, and another missile also hit a yard near the school in the Industrialny Raion. There are no dead or injured.
Donetsk Oblast
The russians continue to strike along the entire front and in the cities in the relative rear.
Another civilian target of the russians is a five-story building in Kostyantynivka. The Cherkasy community was shelled three times in a day: the administration building was damaged in Novomykolaivka, and the russians used cluster munitions in Maidan. Almost the entire community is without power, there is no mobile connection and no Internet.
In the Marin community, the private sector of Krasnohorivka came under fire – it is known about 1 dead and 1 wounded person.
In the Svitlodar community, the russians fired at night on the outskirts of Novoluhanskyi, Kodema and Semihirya. 1 person died in Novoluhanskyi, 1 person was injured in Kodem.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy is trying to improve the tactical position and conduct offensive actions in the direction of Sloviansk. The areas of Dibrovny, Podolivka, Mazanivka, Adamivka, Chepilya, Krasnopillya, Kurulka and others were shelled with artillery.
In the Donetsk direction, the enemy continues to fire on units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine from artillery and tanks along the contact line. Conducts reconnaissance, trying to find weak points in the defence of Ukrainian troops. It concentrates its main efforts on the Bakhmut and Novopavliv directions, and tries to advance in the direction of Soledar and Bakhmut.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy is regrouping in order to resume the offensive in the Siversk direction. The Kramatorsk, Zakitny, Hryhorivka, and other districts were shelled by barrel and rocket artillery. Airstrikes near Verkhnokamyansk.

Since the beginning of the russian invasion of Ukraine, 612 civilians have been killed and another 1,572 injured as a result of shelling and bombing in the Donetsk oblast.
Kramatorsk
The city was again hit by a rocket attack. Several buildings in the city centre were damaged. No casualties have yet been reported.
Local officials once again call on residents to evacuate.
The situation in the community remains alarming.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsky Raion
During the day, the occupiers struck with prohibited weapons. There are wounded and dead among the civilian population. Settlements came under enemy fire: the village of Opytne, the towns of Avdiivka, Hirnyk, and Krasnohorivka.
The private sector of Krasnohorivka came under fire in the Marinsk community. It is known about 1 dead and 1 injured person. Shells hit the private sector. As a result of the shelling, three houses of local residents and agricultural machinery were damaged.
Racists shelled the village of Zhuravka, Pokrovsky district. Last day, around 10:00 p.m., the occupying forces used the “Hurricane” rocket salvo fire system against the civilian population of the Pokrovsky Raion.
Racists shelled the village of Grodivka and the village of Ivanivka of the Grodiv community of the Pokrovsky district. The wheat crop was destroyed by fire. Zaporizhzhia Oblast
In the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and special forces of the “A” center of the Security Service of Ukraine shot down two enemy planes in the area of Orichov and Stepovoy. According to the information of the Security Service of Ukraine, one Su-25 was destroyed, the second was damaged. In general, recently, special forces of the Security Service of Ukraine destroyed four BMPs, one armored personnel carrier and a warehouse of ammunition.
Yesterday, July 14, russian troops shelled the villages of Novoyakovlivka, Kamianske, Stepove, Novoandriivka, Preobrazhenka, as well as the cities of Orihiv and Gulyaipole. 21 reports were received about the destruction of civil infrastructure objects as a result of shelling. During the entire time of the russian invasion in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, 2,730 houses were damaged as a result of hostilities. Damages from the destruction amount to about 10 billion hryvnias.
It became known that 260 people now remain in the village of Kamianske, Vasyliv district. For the fifth month, they live without basic conditions. In the village, 80% of houses were damaged and destroyed, communal facilities were broken. The team of AUI”Active Community” gave the Ukrainian defenders a set of results and a table of contents. Kherson Oblast

The names of the so-called “new directors” of educational institutions were announced this week. Teachers and technical staff are forced to write applications for dismissal and transfer to new educational institutions. The mayor explained that, according to his information, no director of the institution of the Skadovsk community agreed to cooperate with the occupation authorities. For all employees who do not follow the instructions of the “new directors”, including cleaning, repairs and other work, Ukrainian wages are kept, which will be transferred in full. Those who agree to work in the so-called “new schools” with “new management” will automatically have their labor relations suspended, they will stop receiving Ukrainian wages. This situation will remain at least until the beginning of the new school year. In the future, the institution will continue to function remotely, according to Ukrainian laws and with appropriate payment.
The situation is stable and critical. Prices are exorbitantly high, people spend thousands of hryvnias to buy food and medicine for the family. There are no banks, ATMs, or pharmacies in the city. So far, the medicine exchanger is working. Sirens are blaring, but the city has been quiet for the past 2 days. There is still no Ukrainian connection, sometimes the Internet disappears.
People help each other, try to continue working as much as possible, very tired of the occupation.
The regional coordinator joined the volunteer work, together with the volunteers collected medicines for people who need them and handed them to other activists at home.
Mykolayiv Oblast
In the morning, russian troops launched rocket attacks on the two largest universities in Mykolaiv. The head of the Mykolaiv Oblast Military administration, Vitaly Kim, confirmed the information: “Today, terrorist russia attacked the two largest universities in Mykolaiv. At least 10 rockets. Now they are attacking our education. I ask the universities of all democratic countries to assert that russia is what it really is – a terrorist.” As of 12:30, it is known about four wounded.

Odesa Oblast

In an interview with the Italian publication La Repubblica, Gennadiy Trukhanov expressed the opinion that Russians should understand that they themselves have created such self-hatred not only in Ukrainian, but also in the world society. “The rocket attacks that are carried out on our cities – even children know that the russians are doing it. And they know from a young age that russia is an enemy,” the mayor added.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
During the last night, the occupiers struck three districts: Sinelnykivskyi, Nikopolskyi and Kryvorizkyi. The enemies fought in Nikopol, Chervonogrigoriska and Myrivska communities. A fuel warehouse was on fire in the Nikopol district, firefighters extinguished it for several hours. Remnants of phosphorus bombs were found. Dnipro hands over 70 reconnaissance drones to the military. Their value is about 10 million hryvnias. The drones were jointly purchased by the Dnipro Defense Headquarters and the TAPS charity fund.

Poltava
In the Poltava community, 11 out of 49 schools do not have shelters. Schoolchildren will be allowed to study only in those educational institutions where there are shelter premises, said the first deputy mayor Valery Parkhomenko. If there is no shelter, face-to-face training will not be started. Children will be transferred to other schools or taught online.
In Poltava, shopping and entertainment centers are checked for compliance with safety rules during an air alert. For the administration of shopping centers, instructions are given on the algorithm of actions following an “alarm” signal.

Residents of the Kalynivka community, Khmilnyk Raion, sincerely sympathize with Vinnytsia residents, who suffered as a result of the rocket attack, and support their compatriots not only with words, but also with deeds. On July 15, the Kalynivka City Council handed over a cargo of food to Vinnytsia. It includes mineral water for rescuers conducting search and rescue operations, as well as fresh vegetables to feed the victims who are currently in a medical facility.
Assets of a russian company worth over 2 billion hryvnias were seized in Vinnytsia.
In the Kordelivka Starosta District, the Kalynivka territorial community of Khmilnyk Raion, people believe in the victory of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and hope that the students will start the new academic year at school desks. Rivne Oblast

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, 37 enterprises have moved to Rivne Oblast. Among them, there is a construction company relocated from Kharkiv, which installs thermal insulation. The company began its new history in Rivne Oblast as now they want to create modular houses.
In Rivne Oblast, the Dubno city authorities want to sell a tank monument for half a million dollars, and transfer the funds to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The City Council decided to dismantle the tank located at the entrance to the city. After that, they want to sell the combat vehicle, which served as a monument for more than 30 years.
The AUI Active Community regional coordinator helped in conducting the Board Games Club in the Youth Space. The Board Games Club is an integration event where local youth and displaced youth currently living in Rivne spend time together, communicate and share their emotions.
Khmelnytskyi Oblast
The other day, another 8-tonn humanitarian cargo from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship was delivered to the humanitarian hub of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast Military Administration. This time, the sister region handed over necessary medical equipment, firemen’s overalls, and heated mattresses. The head of the Oblast Military Administration, Serhiy Hamalii, sincerely thanked fellow Poles for their support in a difficult time for Ukrainians. In the near future, the humanitarian cargo will be sent to medical institutions in Oblast and to the State Emergency Service units.
In Khmelnytskyi Oblast, law enforcement officers exposed another supporter of the russia’s “special operation” in Ukraine. Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine, together with cyber police officers of Khmelnytskyi and Kyiv Oblasts and case officers of a separate checkpoint “Kyiv” of the State Border Service, exposed a young man who actively supported russkyi mir. According to operational data, a 20-year-old resident of Kharkiv, who moved to Khmelnytskyi at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of russia on the territory of Ukraine, actively supports the policy of the aggressor state and seeks out like-minded people to engage in illegal activities to the detriment of Ukraine’s national security.
The AUI Active Community held a master class for children and parents on creating candle holders. Participants painted glass jars and turned them into eco-friendly candle holders. Children depicted flowers, and a rainbow, and drew many patriotic pictures. One girl drew her father, who is currently defending Ukraine in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
Chernivtsi Oblast
At the moment, the situation in Chernivtsi Oblast is safe. Law enforcement officers are guarding the peace of Bukovyna residents and guests of Oblast all day long.
Chernivtsi Lyceum No. 11 called Prestige helps the army and internally displaced persons. It hosts charity fairs, serves as a place for making canned goods and production of gazebos for a military hospital.
Since the beginning of the year, the budget of the Chernivtsi city community has received 543,000 hryvnias in tourist tax from entrepreneurs involved in the hotel business. This is 352 thousand hryvnias more than last year.
Today, Inna Pashanyuk, the AUI Active Community regional coordinator in Chernivtsi, was preparing for the implementation of art therapies for internally displaced persons. She searched for trainers, determined the venue, etc.
Zakarpattia Oblast
In Zakarpattia Oblast people are setting up places for long-term resettlement. Zakarpattia communicates negotiate with international partners for the reconstruction of buildings where displaced people can be accommodated. The People in Need organization also joined this initiative. Specialists have already started repair work on 6 facilities located in the villages of Kolochava, Synevyr and Synevyrska Polyana, where they will eventually be able to accommodate about 400 people. They also inspect buildings in other settlements of Oblast.
Seven internally displaced children with developmental disabilities are visiting the Oblast Complex Rehabilitation Center for persons with disabilities in Uzhhorod under the UNICEF program.
