Kyiv
Kyiv urgently sent 150 attack drones for the Ukrainian military to Avdiivka. The unmanned aerial vehicle party will be divided equally between three brigades. Another batch of drones is being assembled to quickly deliver to the front.
Ukrainian criminologists received technical assistance from American partners to document russian war crimes. These are 66 cars, 250 drones, 9 3D scanners and a mobile DNA laboratory. The equipment will help to collect evidence of the atrocities of the russian army for international courts.
Another rally in support of the Ukrainian army took place in Kyiv. The capital authorities are required to direct more funds to the needs of the military, to strengthen opportunities for the rehabilitation of defenders and for the comfortable living of people with disabilities in the city.

As of 5:00 p.m., three people are known to be injured, a 69-year-old woman was pulled from the rubble of the house. Two people remain under the rubble.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
The russian army shelled the Kurakhove community 13 times yesterday, conducted an air strike on Orlivka and destroyed a private house, and blew up a garage in Siversk.
The commander of the “Tavria” operational and strategic grouping of troops, Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, said that Ukrainian troops have already withdrawn from Avdiivka to their previously prepared positions. The encirclement has been prevented.

Mykolaiv Oblast

An explosion was heard in the temporarily occupied Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Border guards neutralized nine russian FPV drones in the Zaporizhzhia sector. The soldiers jammed the drones’ signal and changed their course.
Odessa Oblast
In the Black Sea, the russian army has increased the number of missile carriers. Two submarines are on combat duty. The total amount of Calibers can reach eight.
Kherson Oblast
The russian army shelled the Kherson Oblast 15 times in the past day. 46 shells were fired on its territory from artillery, mortars, anti-aircraft guns, tanks and anti-aircraft guns. I was beaten in residential quarters. Two people are injured.

In the evening of February 16, the anti-aircraft missile system shot down a missile over the Kryvyi Rih Raion of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
Kirovohrad Oblast
Yesterday, February 16, russian troops struck with ballistic missiles of an unknown type in the Kirovohrad Oblast in the Kropyvnytskyi Raion. There were no damages or injuries.
Western oblasts
Rivne Oblast
In the Rivne Oblast, the military is engaged in art therapy, and their paintings are sold in Australia at charity auctions. With the money raised, the volunteers bought emergency vehicles and drones for training Ukrainian fighters for the front.
Ternopil Oblast
Down jackets for the military are sewn in one of the Ternopil studios. During the month of production, 60 jackets were produced. The equipment was purchased with grant money for 250 thousand hryvnias. Military personnel participating in hostilities are provided with clothing free of charge.
