Northern Oblasts
Kyiv
During the meeting between Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister of Great Britain Rishi Sunak, the officials discussed the possibilities of protecting Ukrainian and European energy security. They also talked about the protection of Ukrainian sky and defense cooperation. They also reviewed in detail the diplomatic situation and international efforts for peace.
Hungarians handed over the aid to engineers of Kyiv. The aid was collected and delivered to Kyiv by non-governmental organizations, religious leaders and concerned Hungarians united in the charity organization “Oltalom Charity Egyesület”. In case of absence of electricity, the equipment from the Hungarians will allow to ensure the operation of the dispatch service and communication between the units. The technical assistance is a public initiative and was collected by the benefactors themselves with the support of the Budapest Municipality. The 30 kW generator will be used as an alternative source of power for the dispatch service and will provide communication.

Kyiv Oblast
Demining of territories continues in Kyiv oblast. During the last day, measures were taken to detect explosive devices in the inhabited localties of Bucha, Brovary and Vyshgorod raions.
In Kyiv oblast, 141 schools and lyceums were damaged due to russian aggression. Now the school in Irpin is being repaired, where the windows were blown out, the kitchen and dining room burned down, the facade and roof were destroyed.
Irpin was visited by a delegation of Members of the European Parliament – representatives of the European Green Party.
They visited some infrastructure facilities that were destroyed by the russian invaders. Mayor of Irpin Oleksandr Markushyn drew the attention of the guests to the special need of the community for alternative energy sources and discussed with MEPs the possibility of supplying Irpin with solar panels.
Associate Professor of the Department of Computer and Information Technologies and Systems of the State Tax University in Irpin, Advisor to the Rector of the University Yevhen Kotukh delivered from abroad an ambulance intended for the military who are fighting on the front line. The car, which has already gone to the city of Izium, Kharkiv oblast, was purchased for funds raised by students of Caledonian University of Glasgow (Scotland).
Zhytomyr Oblast
A Hero from Malyn raion, Oleksandr Davydenko, born in 1974, was killed in Donetsk oblast. He died during evacuation to a medical facility as a result of severe wounds received during enemy shelling near the village of Mykolaivka Druha of Donetsk oblast. Eternal and bright memory to the Hero.

France, in particular the Ile-de-France region, continues to support Chernihiv oblast. Today, a consignment of valuable cargo arrived to the oblast: three generators and a compressor (to be used for the needs of critical infrastructure of the oblast); a thousand tablets (for the education sector); things necessary for construction reconstruction works. One more truck is expected to arrive soon. The previous three were intended directly for the oblast center.
Sumy Oblast
Yesterday in the afternoon, the border villages of Svarkove and Zarutske in Sumy oblast were shelled from the territory of russia with cannon artillery. People were not injured.
Also, yesterday after 21:30, the russian military opened artillery fire on the border of the Znob-Novgorod community. There were 13 hits on the outskirts of one of the villages.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Yesterday, the russian military fired with mortars, tanks and artillery at the inhabited localties of Kupiansk, Chuhuiv and Kharkiv raions located near the contact line and the border with russia.
In Kupiansk, russian troop’s shelling damaged the roofs of houses and the roadway. The residential and outbuildings in Vovchansk were partially destroyed. Preliminary, there were no casualties.
Demining continues in Kharkiv oblast. Over the day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service neutralized 228 units of the russian mines, explosives and ammunition.
Donetsk Oblast
Stabilizing power outages are in effect in Donetsk Oblast. Estimated time of power outage during stabilization shutdowns is 4 hours.
On November 18, the russians killed one civilian in Donetsk Oblast — in Torske.
In addition, law enforcement officers discovered the body of one civilian who died during the occupation — in Krymky.
3 more people in Oblast were injured.
Since February 24, the russians have killed 1,216 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, wounded another 2,611. It is currently impossible to establish the exact number of dead and wounded in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Last day, late in the evening, the enemy shelled Zaporizhzhia: 5 S-300 missile strikes against an infrastructure facility were recorded.

Rocket explosions also damaged the pipelines of the centralized heating system and stopped the supply of coolant to 123 high-rise buildings, in which more than 17,000 Zaporizhia residents live.
Emergency services and boilers immediately started repair work. Heating was restored to 60 houses in the morning, eventually during the day.
The Security Service of Ukraine identified 11 more organizers of the pseudo-referendum in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The perpetrators were part of the “territorial election commissions” created by the aggressor in Energodar, Melitopol and Kamianka-Dniprovska. The facts of assisting russian propagandists in the preparation of production plots and the spread of russian propaganda have been recorded. Criminals also collected personal data of local residents to compile “voter lists” and send them to the occupation administration.

In the Beryslav raion and on the territory of the Bilozerka community, a landmine was blown up by local residents. The wounded are now in hospital. Also, between the villages of Kiselyvka and Mirne, a russian mine blew up a truck. People were not injured.
In the Kochubeivka branch, the roof of the school was covered, which was partially destroyed as a result of a direct hit. The building was captured by the russian military during the occupation. The school was looted and damaged.
The Ministry of Health purchased eight modern ambulances for Kherson. They have already been sent to the region.
Ukrposhta delivered more than 2,000 parcels to Kherson. These are the shipments that were not received by the addressees due to the full-scale invasion and occupation of the city. The parcels were delivered by a special postal car as part of the Kyiv-Kherson train.
The process of combating the consequences of russification is underway in the territory of the Kherson Oblast liberated from the russian occupiers. Paintings, books, radio and television equipment and a printed edition of the newspaper “Noviy Den” were brought to the city.

Yesterday, the enemy attacked the water area of the Ochakiv community with anti-aircraft missiles. There are no casualties.

Energy workers of Kirovohrad Oblast are helping to restore light to the liberated Kherson Oblast. The emergency recovery team of PrJSC Kirovogradoblenergo, consisting of 13 specialists and 5 pieces of equipment, together with colleagues from Khersonoblenergo, started working in October. Already the second composition of reinforced repair crews is restoring light to the liberated cities and villages of the Kherson Oblast, which have been without electricity for a long time due to the occupation, shelling, destruction and looting of the russian occupiers.
Residents of the Oleksandrivka community of the Kropyvnytskyi raion collected more than 15,000 hryvnias for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at a charity fair. It was organized by the Center for Culture and Leisure and the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Oleksandrivka Settlement Council.
Vinnytsia Oblast
Today, the body of Hero of Ukraine Vladyslav Petrovych, who died for Ukraine’s independence, was brought to Khmilnyk. Hundreds of Khmelnytskyi residents took to the streets of the city to say goodbye to the defender. Hero was seen on his knees.
Four communities of the Khmilnyk raion received humanitarian aid for internally displaced persons. Uniform autumn and winter sets of children’s clothing were also provided by the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, which together with the UNICEF Children’s Fund implements a humanitarian project to provide clothing. The sets consist of a jacket, sweater or sweatshirt, thermal underwear, sweatpants, socks, shoes, a hat and gloves.
Hero of Ukraine, head of the “Promin” service center Ivan Borymskyi made a gift from himself and the “Promin” service center of the village of Cherepashynets, Kalinivka community, Khmilnyk raion , to Ukrainian defenders. He transferred 500,000 hryvnias to the account of the Return Alive Fund. In general, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian occupiers on the territory of Ukraine, he provided the Ukrainian military with material aid worth 1.5 million hryvnias and transferred 2 million hryvnias to support the army.

Kamianets-Podilskyi
At the request of the deputies of the city council, emergency workers conducted training for them on the algorithm of actions in the event of an emergency situation in the community. First, they worked in the session hall, then at the facilities together with the heads of educational institutions.

The “SOS Civil Defense Headquarters” charity fund, in cooperation with the city council, organized a trip to Khotyn for 23 displaced children as part of the “Children of War” project.

The Trofymchuk family from Goshcha manufactures trench candles. They do it together with their 5 children, as well as with pupils of the Christian club. Their 700 candles have already been delivered to Bakhmut, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv Oblast, Chernihiv Oblast and Donetsk Oblast.
Zakarpattia Oblast
The first train from Kyiv since the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine arrived in Kherson.
The presentation of the wartime novel “Oscar” by Lyudmila Okhrimenko took place in Uzhhorod. The Kharkiv writer-volunteer met with readers at the Transcarpathian Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Fedir Potushniak. The novel is based on the story of a Ukrainian spy who was captured in early 2015 and managed to escape from it.
