NORTHERN OBLASTS  

Kyiv 

Russian troops attacked Kyiv with cruise missiles. Air defense forces destroyed all targets. Due to falling debris, a fire broke out in a non-residential building in Holosiivskyi district, a car wash and 6 cars were damaged. In advance, there are no victims. Missile debris damaged power grids and completely destroyed a transformer substation in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv. About 10 private houses and one commercial premises remained without electricity. Electricity is planned to be restored by the end of the day.

Ukraine returned 75 Ukrainians from russian captivity: they are military personnel and four civilians.

As a result of the repatriation measures, 212 fallen defenders from the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, and Kharkiv Oblasts, as well as from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, were returned to Ukraine.

Kyiv Oblast

Tonight, russian troops attacked the Kyiv Oblast with drones. Air defense forces eliminated a kamikaze drone outside one of the settlements. No hits to residential or critical infrastructure objects were recorded, and there were no casualties.

Chernihiv Oblast

On May 30, russian troops shelled five villages in three border communities of Chernihiv Oblast. Fire was conducted from mortars and drones. One drop of explosives from a drone was with toxic gas. In total, border guards recorded 27 explosions.

Sumy Oblast

Strikes by drones, artillery and mortars: the russian military shelled 7 communities of the Sumy Oblast.

On the night of May 31, the russian army dropped one grenade from a drone on the Yunakive community. The consequences are not reported.

288 subscribers were left without electricity due to russian artillery shelling in Sumy Oblast. In total, 4,109 subscribers in the region are without electricity.

EASTERN OBLASTS

Kharkiv Oblast

On the night of 31 May, russian troops attacked Kharkiv with five S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft guided missiles from the belgorod region of russia. The first missile destroyed a shop, the second destroyed almost the entire staircase of a five-storey residential building, and then the russians hit a sewing shop, killing a security guard. The last two missiles landed near the shop, directly on the street and in a nearby forest. Six people were reported dead in the residential building. 26 people were injured. A 12-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy are in moderate condition.

In the afternoon, the russian army shelled Kozacha Lopan, a fire broke out in the village, and private houses were damaged. Information on whether there are any casualties is being established.

As of 13:30, two firefights were registered in the Kharkiv direction. The russian military struck Starytsia with two guided missiles and Vovchansk with six.

In the Kupyansk direction, four attacks were repelled near Synkivka, Berestove and Makiyivka. Two more attacks continued as of 13:30.

An underground school was opened in Lyubotyn, Kharkiv Oblast: it has been operating in test mode since 30 May. The school cost almost 73 millions hryvnias to build. The funds were raised from the fund for the elimination of the consequences of armed aggression and the Oblast budget.

Donetsk Oblast

Russian troops shelled five settlements in Donetsk Oblast on 30 May. In particular, they shelled Krasnohorivka with artillery and dropped a guided aerial bomb on Pivnichne.

Two residents in Krasnohorivka and one person in Pivnichne were injured as a result of shelling by the russian army on 30 May. No one was killed in action yesterday.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion

In the Lyman direction, russian troops are trying to attack near Dibrova, the situation is tense.

The village of Drobysheve in the Lyman community came under russian shelling, injuring three people.

Luhansk Oblast

On 30 May, four people were evacuated from the de-occupied settlements of Luhansk Oblast. More than 50 people remain in the settlements, persuaded to leave due to the intensification of shelling.

 

SOUTHERN OBLASTS

Mykolayiv Oblast

On the night of 31 May, the russian army shelled the town of Ochakiv with artillery. There were no casualties.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

The russian army conducted 372 attacks on eight towns and villages in Zaporizhzhia Oblast over a day on May 30.

Three attacks by the russian army near Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne and Novoandriivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast were repelled by the defense forces in the Orikhivsk sector.

Odesa Oblast

In the Yuzhne community of Odesa Oblast, beaches were banned during the swimming season. This decision was made because of the mine danger.

Kherson Oblast

Russian military attacked 22 settlements in Kherson Oblast yesterday. An educational institution, a correctional facility, a gas pipeline and nine houses were damaged. One person was killed.

In the morning, the russian military attacked the center of Kherson. Power lines, a public transport stop, and a car were damaged. A woman who was on the street during the attack was wounded.

In Myroliubivka, Kherson Oblast, a 27-year-old man was injured by a russian mine. He was hospitalized in moderate condition.

Explosions were heard in Kherson during the day. The consequences are being investigated.

CENTRAL OBLASTS

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

At night on May 31, russian troops fired artillery at Nikopol and the Marhanets community. They opened fire in the morning. Air defense in the sky over Dnipropetrovsk Oblast shot down a “Shahed”. 

Kirovohrad Oblast

Thirty-eight puppies and one adult dog were evacuated to Kirovohrad Oblast from Kharkiv Oblast. Volunteers brought the hungry, sick and frightened animals from the front line to Znamenka. Now the evacuees are looking for loving families.

Vinnytsia Oblast

Almost UAH 20 thousand was raised for the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the charity children’s fair “Read! Create! Help!” in Vinnytsia. It was organized by the Ivan Bevz City Central Library on the occasion of its 50th anniversary.

WESTERN OBLASTS

 Ternopil Oblast

A dormitory with smart apartments was opened for IDPs in Chortkiv. The keys to the apartments were given to 40 families. Funding for the construction of the dormitory was obtained through a grant of more than two million euros.
