Northern Oblasts
Kyiv
On the night of September 6, the enemy tried to attack Kyiv again. The air alert lasted almost 2 hours. All enemy targets moving towards the capital were destroyed by air defense forces and means. There were no victims or destruction in Kyiv. Anthony Blinken began his visit to Ukraine with a visit to the Berkovets cemetery, where he, together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, paid tribute to fallen Ukrainian soldiers. Blinken also said that Washington sees the progress of the Ukrainian counteroffensive, and the US will make sure that Ukraine has the necessary assistance both now and in the long term.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken arrived on an official visit to Kyiv. This is Blinken’s third visit to Ukraine.
Eva Pavlova, the first lady of the Czech Republic, arrived in Kyiv. She came to the meeting of the wives of the presidents, which was organized by Olena Zelenska.
Kyiv Oblast

Five Chernihiv schools will receive grants for arranging school shelters and creating educational hubs on their basis.
Sumy Oblast
On the day of September 5, 192 explosions were recorded in Sumy Oblast as a result of russian shelling. 9 communities of the region were under fire. In the Velikopysarivka community, an economic building, a warehouse of a local store, and a school building were damaged.
On the night and morning of September 6, the russian military carried out 7 attacks on the border of the Sumy Oblast. 50 explosions were recorded.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
During the past 24 hours, the enemy continued to fire artillery, mortars, and aircraft at populated areas of Kharkiv, Chuguyiv, Kupyansk, and Izyum raions.
A house was damaged as a result of a guided aerial bomb attack on the village of Petropavlivka, Kupyansk raion.
In the village of Cherneshchyna of the Izyum raion, grass was burning in an open area due to enemy shelling.
In the village of Vovchanski Khutory, Chuguyiv raion, shelling damaged a private household, and a large-scale forest fire broke out.
No casualties among the civilian population were recorded during the day.
Demining continues. During the past day, pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service inspected more than 5.3 hectares of territory and neutralized 249 explosive objects.
As part of the HOVA pilot project, shelters were equipped with an “intelligent” control system in one of the educational institutions of the village of Pisochyn. The system, developed by Kharkiv IT specialists, allows you to automatically open the doors to the shelter when an air-raid alarm is sounded. In addition, the room is equipped with motion sensors and video surveillance cameras, which allows you to quickly monitor the security situation in the shelter.
Donetsk Oblast
During September 5, russian troops shelled populated areas of Donetsk Oblast 21 times. Shelling damaged 38 civilian objects, including residential buildings and a refractory plant.
On September 5, six people were injured in Kostyantynivka and Shakhtarskyi from shelling by the russian army in Donetsk Oblast.
Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,680 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 4,079 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion
Last day, 4 people were injured in Kostyantynivka as a result of shelling by the russian army. And today, during the day, the enemies shelled the center of Kostyantynivka, aimed at a civilian object, and a fire started on the spot. Previously, 16 people were killed, at least 20 people were injured.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
94 strikes were made by the russian army against the cities and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast yesterday. Nine airstrikes were carried out on Orikhiv, Robotyne, and Novodanylivka, and the military also recorded drone attacks, shelling from rocket launchers, etc.
One man and two women were injured as a result of an airstrike by the russian army on Novodanylivka. Currently, all the wounded have been taken to a medical facility for medical assistance.
Today, the russian army launched an Iskander missile attack on one of the districts of the city of Zaporizhzhia. As a result, the object of civil infrastructure was destroyed. Two injured people received medical help on the spot and refused hospitalization. Currently, two employees of the enterprise are known to have been injured.
Five former law enforcement officers from the Zaporizhzhia Oblast were informed in absentia about the suspicion of treason. According to the investigation, after the start of the full-scale invasion, the suspects joined the ranks of the occupation police of the russian federation in the temporarily occupied village of Pryazovske, in the Melitopol raion.

Kherson Oblast
On September 5, the russian army shelled the Kherson Oblast 65 times. It fired 18 shells over Kherson. A damaged mobile tower in Beryslav raion. Three people were injured.
This afternoon, russian troops attacked Olhivka in the Kherson Oblast with guided aerial bombs. A fire broke out in one of the houses.
Two former officials of the Kherson City Council are suspected of embezzling almost 1.4 million hryvnias. During the occupation of the city, they took advantage of their position and unjustifiably charged themselves higher wages and bonuses. Now they face up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
Of the 4,000 houses that were flooded as a result of russian troops undermining the Kakhovka HPP on the right bank of the Kherson Oblast, 1,300 cannot be restored. It is still impossible to estimate the extent of the destruction on the left bank of the Oblast due to the occupation.
In the temporarily occupied Skadovsk in the Kherson Oblast, the activists of «Zhovta strichka [Yellow ribbon]» held the campaign «Sign for Ukraine».

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Kirovohrad Oblast

For several years, the man has been making mobile field simulators for training grenade launchers and ATGM and MANPADS operators. Participation in the «Worth» program is a chance to launch the production of training weapons for patriotic education circles, training centers and volunteer battalions. For training both in the field and indoors.
The first educational and scientific center for mental health in Ukraine has opened in Poltava Oblast. It was opened on the basis of Poltava State Medical University. The goal is one – to teach how to overcome stress and the consequences of trauma, to prevent the development of mental and behavioral disorders in the population.
Cherkasy Oblast

Vinnytsia Oblast
Soldier Viktor Arnatovsky from Mohyliv-Podilskyi was awarded the honorary award “For Merit to Vinnytsia Region.” The staff sergeant serves as a machine gun platoon commander of the 12th separate infantry battalion.
Rostyslav Horodynskyi, a 14-year-old schoolboy from Vinnytsia Oblast, was honored in the 120th Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ terrorist defense. The boy won the world boxing title at the U15 World Gymnasium in Brazil. He dedicated his victory to his father, who serves in the terrorist defense, and his comrades-in-arms.

Rivne Oblast
A memorial plaque to graduates Kostiantyn Druz and Vitalii Semchuk was unveiled on the facade of Rivne Lyceum No. 12. They were soldiers of the Azov Regiment and died in 2022 in Mariupol. The brothers were posthumously awarded the Order for Courage and depicted on a mural in the center of Rivne.
Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Kamianets-Podilskyi
This year, UAH 113.8 million was allocated from the Kamianets-Podilskyi budget to help the army, social protection and municipal assistance to the military and their families. About UAH 70 million was allocated to support military units and residents of Kamianets-Podilskyi who are defending Ukraine in different parts of the country; UAH 25 thousand each for children of fallen Heroes; UAH 10 thousand for seriously wounded and those who were in captivity; UAH 10 thousand for mothers of the fallen; UAH 10 thousand for children of Heroes who were awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of the city, and annual payments of UAH 3 thousand, etc.
The coordinator of the Active Community in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Slavko Polyatynchuk, took part in a meeting of the Council of Volunteers and IDPs, which discussed the issues of assistance to the Armed Forces and internally displaced persons through volunteer organizations.
Chernivtsi Oblast
Chernivtsi Oblast has received another batch of humanitarian aid from our reliable German partners. The aid was sent to the Chernivtsi Regional Hospital for War Veterans, where defenders are being treated. Earlier, during the visit of Martin Seiler, President of the General Council of Deputies of the District of Swabia, to Chernivtsi Oblast, the parties agreed to strengthen cooperation. As a result, the medicines, food, and personal care products received are needed on a regular basis.
10 Bukovinian children from low-income families, orphans and children of military personnel killed (missing) during their military service went to the “Artek” International Children’s Center. The center has developed new social, psychological, educational, security, tourism, nature study, and art programs and projects to ensure their full rehabilitation. The center also provides social and psychological rehabilitation and support for children and adolescents affected by war trauma.
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

Volunteer craftsmen from different cities of Ukraine are helping to restore a residential building in Kolomyia, which was damaged by a russian Kinzhal missile on August 11, 2023. The Balabanyk family, who live there, lost their 8-year-old son Volodymyr.
Zakarpattia Oblast
A modern Diia.Center has been opened in the Tiachiv Raion: it will serve about 40,000 residents of the village of Bila Tserkva and residents of neighboring settlements. The new center will provide nearly 430 administrative services, and will soon introduce a comprehensive service for defenders called “I am a veteran.”
On September 9, a Strong Race obstacle course will be held in Uzhhorod. The event will be held in support of the program to prepare the population for national resistance and the veteran community. Participants will compete on a 7 km course, and for the first time, there will be a separate track for children aged six and under. The organizers will donate all proceeds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
