Northern oblasts
Kyiv
In the morning, more than three hundred protesters gathered outside the Kyiv City State Administration, demanding that 20% of Kyiv’s budget be allocated for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as to make the capital more inclusive and to properly equip medical institutions and rehabilitation centers for wounded soldiers.
Kyiv Oblast
A five-meter high metal Trident was installed at the entrance to the Bucha community in the Kyiv Oblast.
Zhytomyr Oblast
At night, during an air raid alert, the air defense forces of the oblast destroyed enemy targets over the territory of the oblast. There were no casualties.
Chernihiv Oblast
Russian troops attacked three border communities in the Chernihiv Oblast using FPV drones, artillery, and mortars. The military recorded 31 explosions.
Sumy Oblast
During the day of February 2, the russian military shelled the Sumy Oblast 33 times. A total of 102 explosions were recorded, and 9 communities in the oblast came under shelling.
On the night of February 3, three communities in the Sumy Oblast came under mortar fire. Twenty-two explosions were recorded. Thus, a kindergarten was damaged in Seredyna-Buda, while a private house and a local enterprise building were ruined in the Khotyn community. There were no civilian casualties.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
At least 15 settlements came under fire from artillery and mortars yesterday. In particular, in Vilkhuvatka, the territory of an agricultural enterprise was shelled, a warehouse building and a fence were damaged, while other hits occurred in open areas. No one was wounded.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled five russian attacks near Synkivka and Ivanivka over the last day.
The shelling intensity in the Lyman-Kupiansk sector has decreased: earlier, the russians fired 60,000 rounds of ammunition per day, now the daily number is about 30,000.
On the morning of February 3, russia attacked a residential area in Kupiansk with FAB-500 high-explosive air-dropped bombs. The bomb blast left a crater at the site of the hit. A power line and at least 10 houses were damaged. There are no reports of casualties.
Commander of the Land Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi visited combat units in the Kupiansk sector and held meetings with their commanders.
Donetsk Oblast
Over the past day, the russian army carried out air strikes targeting 11 settlements in the Donetsk Oblast, including Avdiivka, Ocheretyne, and Vuhledar. One person was wounded in Avdiivka.
The Ukrainian military repelled 59 assaults by the russian occupying forces in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. Most of the battles took place in the Avdiivka direction.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
On the morning of February 3, russian troops from the Smerch anti-aircraft missile system shelled Novohrodivka. The shells hit the garage, there is no information about the dead or injured.
The police have identified two children who died on January 6 during missile attacks by the russian army on the village of Rivne and Pokrovsk. To date, two more dead children remain unidentified. The examination is ongoing.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
In Toretsk, projectiles hit the territory of the enterprise. A transport box, civilian cars and buses, trucks, and an excavator were damaged.
Luhansk Oblast
Yesterday, the russian army carried out airstrikes on Bilohorivka in the Luhansk Oblast.
Southern oblasts
Mykolaiv Oblast
On February 2, the russian military attacked the communities of the Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities in the Mykolaiv Oblast. Also, on the night of February 3, a russian “shahed” was shot down.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
The occupiers inflicted 131 blows on 19 towns and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. In particular, MLRS, artillery and aviation shells, as well as 40 drones were used. There were no casualties. Eight reports were received about the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure facilities.
Three attacks by the russian army near Robotyne and west of Verbove were repulsed by the Defense Forces in the Zaporizhzhia direction.
Odesa Oblast
On the night of February 3, air defense forces shot down one kamikaze drone over Odesa. No hits, destruction or injuries were recorded.
Kherson Oblast
The russian army shelled the Kherson Oblast 67 times during the day. Critical infrastructure facilities, educational institutions, shops, and a medical facility in the regional center and the Kherson Raion, as well as a kindergarten in the Beryslav Raion, were damaged. Seven people were injured, including a child.
As a result of russian shelling in Kherson, about 300 consumers lost power. A total of 3,700 subscribers are without electricity in the regional center.
Yesterday, russian troops attacked the village of Kachkarivka in the Kherson Oblast. They dropped guided aerial bombs. Three dozen residential buildings, a critical infrastructure facility and a school were significantly damaged. There are no casualties or injuries.
As a result of morning russian attacks on the Kherson community, the gas pipeline was damaged in several places. Currently, experts have restored the gas supply.
Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On the night of February 3, two fires broke out in Kryvyi Rih due to drone strikes. Almost 15,000 people are without electricity in the area. And also – two Kryvyi Rih boiler houses, which supply 43 thousand subscribers. In the evening, the consequences of the accidents were eliminated.
In the Nikopol Oblast, 2 private houses, a utility building, and a power line were damaged by artillery fire.
At night, air defense forces destroyed 5 drones.
This afternoon, during an air alert, military air defense forces eliminated a missile in the Kryvyi Rih raion.
Kirovohrad Oblast
Tonight, the defenders of the sky in the Kirovohrad Oblast destroyed 9 enemy drones. It passed without any extraordinary events.
A free 3D printing workshop is being launched on the basis of the educational and cultural “Honcharenko Center”. Those willing will be taught how to work with 3D printers and print products needed by the military, in particular, launch platforms for drones, etc.
Poltava Oblast
As a result of a missile strike on February 2, a full grain storehouse in Myrhorod raion was damaged. Part of the stored crop was lost due to the impact. Grain owners will be compensated for their losses.

Rivne Oblast

Volyn Oblast
More than 70% of family doctors in Volyn have completed mental health courses. They can now counsel patients on psychological health.
Zakarpattia Oblast
238 cars for the Armed Forces were bought with donations, repaired and sent to the front by volunteers who were united by the writer Andrii Lyubka.
