Northern oblasts
Kyiv
In Kyiv, people once again took part in a rally to support prisoners of war.
The 14th Kyiv Invincibility Semi-Marathon was held in the capital. The event made it possible to purchase oxygen concentrators for the Hospitallers volunteer paramedic battalion. A total of 5.5 thousand runners aged 5 to 70 signed up. Among the participants were also soldiers undergoing rehabilitation after being wounded.
In Protasiv Yar, an alley of memory is being created with 250 lilac bushes to symbolize the memory of the fallen defenders.
Kyiv Oblast
The Kyiv Oblast will deliver a number of generators to the Kharkiv Oblast, where power outages have been scheduled following russian shelling attacks. 13 powerful generators ranging from 10 to 22 kW are already on their way, and another batch of these units will be shipped next week.
Zhytomyr Oblast
In Zhytomyr, over the two months that the Polissia Birds project has been running, three volunteers have made 22 and repaired 3 FPV drones. One drone with a battery costs 13,500 hryvnias. They buy the components for donations.
Chernihiv Oblast
Over the past day, the russian army attacked three border communities in the Chernihiv Oblast with unguided air-launched missiles, artillery, and mortars.
Sumy Oblast
On April 13, the russian military shelled the Sumy Oblast 21 times. A total of 118 explosions were recorded. Ten communities in the oblast came under fire.
The russian army attacked four border communities in the Sumy Oblast at night and in the morning of April 14, using mortars, artillery and MLRS.
On April 14, in the morning, the russians attacked the Krasnopillia community. The enemy dropped explosives from a drone on a truck. The truck driver was killed on the spot.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
On the evening of April 13, Podoly in the Kupiansk Raion was under russian fire. As a result of the first shelling, a 40-year-old woman was injured. In total, about 17 settlements of the Oblast were under the blows of the russian federation yesterday.
At night, the russian military attacked the Kharkiv Oblast with ten “shaheds”. All drones were shot down within the Oblast. The goal of the russian federation was critical infrastructure.
A man and a woman died as a result of the shelling of the Lyptsi community of the Kharkiv Oblast the day before. Rescuers found their bodies under the rubble of the house.
A 64-year-old man blew himself up while fishing near Martove of the Chuhuiv Raion, previously on an anti-personnel mine. The man was hospitalized in serious condition with multiple shrapnel wounds to his right leg.
A 51-year-old woman suffered a shrapnel wound in the back as a result of today’s attack on Slatyne, she was hospitalized. At least eight houses — private and multi-apartment — were damaged. Three cars of local residents were also damaged.
This afternoon, russia shelled Lyman in the Chuhuiv Raion. Consequences are established.
Donetsk Oblast
The russian federation attacked the Donetsk Oblast with drones, aerial bombs, rockets, multiple rocket launchers, and artillery. Nine settlements were shelled, three people were killed and five were wounded. 18 civilian objects were damaged: more than ten residential buildings, shops, railway tracks, power lines, etc.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
12-year-old Yana Stepanenko ran a 5-kilometer distance with prosthetics as part of the Boston Marathon. In 2022, the girl lost both legs during a missile attack on the railway station in Kramatorsk. The goal of her race was to raise money for a sports prosthesis for serviceman Oleksandr Riasny, who lost his leg during the defense of Zaporizhzhia.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
At night, the russian military shelled Selidove in the Donetsk Oblast with S-300 missiles, and in the morning dropped an aerial bomb on the city – a modified UMPB ammunition with a diameter of 30 centimeters. There were no casualties or injuries. An educational institution, high-rise buildings, private houses, and an agricultural enterprise were damaged.
The russian army dropped an aerial bomb on Ocheretyn in the Donetsk Oblast in the afternoon of April 14, killing a 67-year-old woman and injuring two others.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
The russian army increased the number of attacks in the Bakhmut direction and decreased it in the Avdiivka direction. The military leadership of the russian federation has set the task of capturing Chasiv Yar by May 9. The russian federation is concentrating its efforts to break through the defenses west of Bakhmut in order to reach the Siverskyi Donets – Donbas channel and capture Chasiv Yar.
Luhansk Oblast
Armed Forces of Ukraine damaged russian command post of battle troops “Center” in temporarily occupied Luhansk.
Occupants are trying really hard to force russian passports on civils in the Luhansk Oblast, since the start of summer they threaten you with deportation if you don’t have a russian passport and deny the payments to World War II veterans.
Southern Regions
Mykolaiv Oblast
Throughout April 13th air forces of Ukraine destroyed X-59 class rocket in the Mykolaiv Oblast.
Russian army also produced lots of artillery attacks on territory of the Kutsurub community and damaged three houses.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Army of russia made 319 attacks on seven cities and villages in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast in last 24 hours on April 13th.
Huliaipole faced a fire on private property. Two people were injured. 73 old man was hurt during the attack.
Ukranian intellegence warns that russians plan on another provocation on Zaporizhzhia NPP. Just last week russia tried to blame Ukraine in using drones on NPP’s territory.
Odesa Oblast
Last evening russian army attacked Odesa with X-59 missiles. Ukranian military repulsed the attack before they reached further Black Sea.
Kherson Oblast
Because of attacks on Kherson last night five people were injured. russia was aiming for 18 districts were civils live. Preschool building was damaged, as well as apartment complex and 17 private houses. There was also a distraction in port infrastructure.
At night there was bombarding on Kherson. Three houses were on fire and some others were damaged with blow wave in the Korabel district. One apartment complex was also damaged and 48 old man was injured. .
Central Oblast
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Three people were injured as a result of a drone attack by the russian army in the Nikopol Raion, the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. They were hospitalized in moderate condition. The attack caused a fire. Two cars were damaged. Other details are being clarified.
Air defense forces shot down a cruise missile in the Dnipro Raion of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast this afternoon.
Western Oblasts
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
In the village of Vorokhta in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, volunteers organized a three-day toloka [cleaning rally] to set up a rehabilitation center for soldiers in a Hutsul house. The event was held by the participants of the “Volunteer Travels” project from the “Dawn of Hope” charitable foundation.
