Northern Oblasts

Kyiv

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting on the results of the third meeting of national security advisers and foreign policy advisers on the implementation of the Peace Formula, which took place on October 28-29 in Malta.

Kyiv Oblast

Sumy Oblast

During the day of October 31, the russian military carried out 28 shellings of Sumy Oblast, 139 explosions were recorded. 9 communities were shelled. Private homes, a cultural center, a shop and power lines were damaged.

In the morning, the russian army shelled the Krasnopillya community in the Sumy Oblast. There were four mortar blasts.

Eastern Oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

More than 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast came under shelling and strikes by the russia during the day. The Ukrainian military repelled more than 10 russian attacks in the Kupyansk direction.

The russian army struck the Izyum raion in the evening of October 31. As a result of the impact, the building of the fire station was damaged. The rescuers were not injured.

A 50-year-old man died, a 52-year-old woman was injured as a result of the shelling of Petropavlivka, Kupyansk raion. The army of the russia struck at around 8:00 p.m., hitting a private house, rescuers extinguished the fire within an hour.

One person died in Yuzhnoe in Donetsk Oblast on October 31. Four people were also injured in the region.

Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,757 civilians of Donetsk Oblast and wounded another 4,281 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion

Yesterday, the rashists again tried to restore the lost position in the area of the village of Robotyne, but they did not succeed.

Odesa Oblast

Russian troops fired 94 times in Kherson Oblast yesterday. They launched two missile strikes. In Beryslav and Kherson Raions, 30 hits with guided aerial bombs were recorded. A service station and storage facilities in Kherson were destroyed. One person was killed and eight were wounded.

A 58-year-old man died as a result of the night shelling of the village of Chaikyne in Kherson Raion. The russian army also shelled Beryslav Raion. Two people were wounded and hospitalized.

As a result of the morning shelling of Kherson city center, an employee of the city military administration was killed and two other employees of the Department of Urban Development were wounded. The wounded woman is in serious condition. She suffered a traumatic amputation of her left forearm and an abdominal injury. Her husband, who was wounded with her, is hospitalized in moderate condition.

Russian military in Zmiivka, Kherson Oblast, dropped explosives from a drone on a 68-year-old man. He was hospitalized with a mine-blast wound, head, eye, and leg injuries.

Today, in Kherson Oblast, during the evacuation from Odradokamianka, the russian army dropped explosives from a drone on a vehicle that was transporting people. Two volunteers were injured. Now their lives are not in danger.

Police evacuated two families with children from Vesele and Beryslav in the Kherson Oblast. They evacuated them despite the shelling and handed them over to volunteers. The families will be transported to other regions of the country, where they will be provided with housing and humanitarian aid.

Central Oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

25 artillery shells were fired by russian troops at Nikopol Raion of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on the night of November 1. They hit Nikopol and the Marhanets community. In total, the settlements were shelled five times.

A 59-year-old woman was killed by a kamikaze drone strike on Nikopol in the morning of November 1. Eight people were injured. Residential buildings, a private enterprise, a pharmacy, and shops were damaged.

This afternoon, Ukrainian air defense forces used a fighter jet to shoot down a russian reconnaissance drone in the skies over the Synelnyky Raion of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Three residents of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast have been notified of suspicion of collaboration. They are two residents of Kryvyi Rih and a resident of Pavlohrad. They posted posts and comments on social media in support of russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine.

Volunteer inventor Andrii Krotov from Kryvyi Rih developed and manufactured a device for correcting fire at night and detonating explosives. He has already handed over more than 80 units of such equipment to the military. The device helps to detonate even a small amount of TNT.

Kirovohrad Oblast

Last night, air defense was operating in the region. The wreckage of a drone shot down over Kropyvnytskyi Raion damaged a railway contact network. There were no casualties or damage to civilian infrastructure. The repair team quickly repaired the damaged area.

Cherkasy Oblast

Cherkasy Oblast spent half the night on alert. All this time, there was a threat of enemy drone attacks on the region. Air defense forces were working. It was without consequences.

Another special air defense unit is being formed in the region. Through the efforts of the government, community, and business, 4 pickup trucks were purchased for the military. The plan is to retrofit them to counter the “Shahed”.

Thanks to a project to decorate tank shell containers, the staff of the Cherkasy Regional Museum of Local Lore purchased six vehicles for the military. They are raising funds for two more.

Poltava Oblast

At night from October 31 to November 1, russia attacked Kremenchuk with unmanned aerial vehicles. They hit the Kremenchuk oil refinery. There were no casualties. A fire broke out at the site of the hit. The plant is currently out of operation.

Three settlements in Poltava Oblast are without power as a result of damage to power lines caused by a missile attack, 10 legal entities and nearly 500 household consumers are disconnected.

Vinnytsia Oblast

Public transportation is being disinfected in Vinnytsia. This recommendation was made by the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection due to the outbreak of hepatitis A in the region.

For the second day, the Vinnytsia community has been vaccinating medical workers against hepatitis A. Immunization is voluntary.

A 38-year-old resident of Vinnytsia faces up to three years in prison or two years of correctional labor for justifying russia’s armed aggression and having pro-russian views.

Western Oblasts

Lviv Oblast

In the village of Stavchany, residents are restoring houses damaged by a missile strike in Lviv Oblast on August 15. Most people are rebuilding on their own. Some are being helped by charitable foundations. In total, according to the villagers, more than 30 houses were damaged.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Last night, air defense forces were operating during air raids. There were no casualties or damage to infrastructure.

Two defenders from Khmelnytskyi Oblast have been posthumously recognized with state awards. Ruslan Renchkivsky and Pavlo Lebid were posthumously awarded the Order of Courage, III class (posthumously).

Since the beginning of the year, the Security Service of Ukraine has served more than fifty supporters of the “russian world” with suspicion notices in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, and indictments against more than 40 online agitators have already been sent to court.

Among those caught spreading hostile propaganda are residents of Khmelnytskyi, Shepetivka, Bilohiria, and Shepetivka Raion.

Chernivtsi Oblast

Nine memorial plaques were unveiled on the facade of the Hlyboka gymnasium. The plaques honored fighters who died fighting for their country: Taras Kovryk, Ilya Rusu, Yuriy Bodnaruik, Oleksandr Donych, Ihor Lupuliak, Yuriy Zhukov, Mykhailo Serman, Vasyl Dokuchaev, and Serhiy Moskaliuk.

At the request of the combat medics, the Chernivtsi Regional Organization of the Healthcare Workers’ Trade Union purchased a car. The Honda car, fuel to drive it to the front, and gifts for the defenders were handed over to Senior Sergeant Ivan Iftymiychuk, a former radiologist at Kitsman Hospital who volunteered to go to the front in June 2022. His colleagues at the hospital also sent a shipment of medicines to the soldiers.

The village of Horbivtsi is located near the border with Romania. However, people here do not forget about the war and constantly help the military at the front. There is a volunteer hub in the Horbivtsi gymnasium, where all the villagers weave nets and ghillie suits, and make trench candles and reusable hot water bottles.

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

In Ivano-Frankivsk, a memorial plaque was unveiled on the facade of the Mykola Sabat Lyceum in honor of Vasyl Stefanyshyn, the fallen commander of a mortar platoon of the 102nd Brigade.

Ternopil Oblast

Prosthetists from the United States are teaching their Ukrainian colleagues how to work with new prosthetic techniques. They are using lighter and cheaper materials that will allow them to prosthetic patients without legs faster. Now they are conducting training in Ternopil Oblast.

In Ternopil, at the volunteer headquarters, young people with disabilities painted mugs for the military. They depicted patriotic drawings on them.

Zakarpattia Oblast

According to the SBU, deputies of the Uzhhorod City Council were vacationing abroad under the guise of “business trips”. Because of this, searches were conducted in the morning. The officials used fake invitations from affiliated foreign organizations. To disguise their criminal activities, the defendants did not register such “correspondence” and did not enter signed letters for foreign “business trips” into the electronic document management system of the city council.

A working meeting was held at the Zakarpattia Regional Military Administration with the deputy commander of the 3rd separate assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Maksym Zhorin.
