Northern oblasts
Kyiv
A militant from the Wagner group tried to attach several GPS trackers to the poles of power lines supplying the Kyiv agglomeration. Based on the signals of these “beacons”, the rashists planned to adjust a targeted airstrike on the energy facilities in the capital and the region. The saboteur was detained while installing the GPS trackers.
The need for donor blood in Kyiv remains consistently high. The needs are dynamic and change daily depending on the circumstances. The Ministry of Health urged Kyiv residents and all caring people in Ukraine to become donors.
