Northern Oblasts
Kyiv
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Portugal, João Gomes Cravinho, and the Minister of Education, João Costa, arrived in Kyiv. The officials will stay in the capital for two days, the purpose of the visit is to discuss ways to eliminate the consequences of the war and rebuild Ukraine.
Kyiv Oblast
Irpin was visited by representatives of the political, public, religious and academic communities of Brazil. The delegation came to see with their own eyes the consequences of the cruelty of the russian invasion and the active reconstruction of the city in the conditions of war.
With the support of the Ministry of Veterans, the Center for Veterans’ Development was launched on the basis of the Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University. Demobilized defenders, members of their families can undergo training and retraining here, receive the necessary psychological, social, legal and other assistance.
Zhytomyr Oblast
Another evacuation train has arrived in Zhytomyr Oblast. This time, 27 people came from Donetsk Oblast, almost a third of whom were children.
Chernihiv Oblast
On February 4, russian troops shelled three communities in the bordering Chernihiv Oblast. Shots were fired from tube artillery, mortars, and an unmanned aerial vehicle.
Sumy Oblast
On February 4, the russian army shelled Sumy Oblast 24 times. 97 explosions from mortars, artillery, aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles were recorded. 9 communities came under fire.
During the night and morning of February 5, the russian military carried out 6 shellings of the Oblast. There were 25 explosions.

Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
During the day, the russians carried out airstrikes on at least 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast. At least 18 settlements in the Oblast were hit by artillery and mortars.
As a result of shelling of Vovchansk, a fire broke out in the Administrative Services Center.
On the night of February 5, a russian high-explosive aerial bomb hit a residential building in Velykyi Burluk and did not explode – it punched a hole in the wall, fortunately, people were not injured.
Donetsk Oblast
In Donetsk Oblast, one person was killed in Toretsk by shelling of the russian military on February 4. Also, four residents were wounded in Toretsk and Avdiyivka.
Ukrainian soldiers repelled 64 russian attacks in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka and Maryinka areas. The russian military carried out the most attacks in the Avdiyivka direction.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
At night, the russian army shelled Pokrovsk, Donetsk Oblast, and damaged four infrastructure facilities.
Luhansk Oblast
As a result of the attack on the bakery in Lysychansk, the so-called minister of emergency affairs of the “LPR” Oleksiy Poteleshenko and two municipal deputies – Artem Trostyanskyi and Ivan Zhushma – were killed. This was reported by the leader of the LPR terrorist group, the beekeeper.
The military of russia, located in the rear, will vote in the Luhansk Oblast in order to increase the turnout in the occupied regions. And students were involved in gathering signatures for putin in the so-called “LPR”.

Mykolayiv Oblast
During February 4, the russian army shelled the Mykolaiv Oblast three times. There are no injuries or deaths.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
144 strikes were carried out by the russian army on the cities and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast during the day, February 4. In particular, they used MLRS, drones. 9 settlements were under fire.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the Defense Forces repelled 4 enemy attacks north of Riyutne and Robotine in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Odesa Oblast

Kherson Oblast
Over the past day, russian troops shelled the Kherson Oblast 36 times, firing 132 shells from artillery, mortars, MLRS and UAVs. A museum in Kherson was hit. One person was wounded. The russian army also targeted a cathedral in downtown Kherson. The building’s facade, windows, and front door were damaged.
As a result of the nighttime russian shelling of Kherson, about 6,000 people remained without electricity. 45 settlements in the oblast are cut off from power supply.
Yesterday, the russian army fired on a police investigative team near Poniativka in the Kherson Oblast. The vehicle was damaged, the police officers remained unharmed.
Today, the russian military shelled Kherson with artillery. A shell hit a car and started a fire. After the fire had been extinguished, rescuers found the bodies of two dead people in the car. Also, a 66-year-old woman who was outdoors during the shelling was killed, and another person was wounded.
Central oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Half a dozen artillery shells were fired by russian troops at the Marhanets community in the Nikopol Raion on the night of February 5. No one was killed or wounded. In other communities of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, the night passed without any attacks.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the training center for mobile fire teams in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, where the defenders of the sky are being trained. The President also presented awards to them.
Poltava Oblast
In the Poltava Oblast, military personnel and war veterans have free social hours for sports. This is part of the oblast’s comprehensive rehabilitation program. In particular, such workouts take place at the Poltava Aquarena sports complex.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast
97% of the doctors at the Khmelnytskyi Primary Health Care Center No. 1, which includes 14 outpatient clinics, can provide treatment to patients with mental health disorders. 90% of the center’s nurses also have such expertise.
Ternopil Oblast
A chess tournament was held in Ternopil in honor of the fallen soldier Vasyl-Yakov Kapustynskyi. The soldier was killed in action at the age of 25. Before the full-scale war, he used to organize such competitions himself. The soldier’s family and the Youth Nationalist Congress decided to pursue his initiative.
