Kharkiv Oblast

Last day, the enemy shelled more than 25 border settlements in the Kupyansk, Chuguyiv and Kharkiv raions.

Late yesterday evening, as a result of rocket fire in Kupyansk, a pre-school education institution and a sports facility were damaged. Also at night shelling was recorded in the village of Kivsharivka, Kupyansk raion.

A private residential building was damaged in Vovchansk, Chuguyiv raions. Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the shelling.

Demining is ongoing in the region. Another 37 explosive objects were defused during the day.

This morning, a civilian man was blown up by an unknown explosive device in the village of Rubizhne, Chuguyiv raion. A medical team went to the scene. Information about the victim’s condition is being clarified.

Donetsk Oblast

The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarske directions in the Nevsky, Bakhmut, Novobakhmutivka, Vodyane and Maryinka areas.

Over the past day, the russian army shelled 23 settlements of Donetsk Oblast with “Smerchiv”, “Hrad”, “S-300”, artillery. As a result of shelling, 35 civilian objects were destroyed and damaged.

In just one day, the russians killed 3 residents of Donetsk Oblast and wounded 5 more.

Since February 24, the russians have killed 1,381 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, wounded another 3,075. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the areas of Hryanikyvka and Masyutivka settlements of the Kharkiv Oblast; Bilogorivka – Luhansk and Vasyukivka, Berkhivka, Bakhmut, Vasylivka, Novobakhmutivka, Vodyane, Nevelske and Maryinka in Donetsk Oblast.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsky raion

At night, the russian military bombarded Avdiivka with S-300, Hrad, Smerch missiles and artillery.

Southern Oblasts

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

In Zaporizhzhya direction, over 25 localities came under fire over the last day, including Olhivske, Malynivka, Huliaypole, Mala Tokmachka, Orikhiv, Novodanylivka, and Stepove. Over the last day, law enforcement received 40 reports of the destruction of civilian objects and houses in Zaporizhzhia, Polohivsk, and Vasylivka Raions.

Last night, the russian army attacked the suburbs of Zaporizhzhia with missiles (preliminary, “Iskander-K”). The blast wave damaged 4 apartment buildings and a kindergarten in the city. Windows in these buildings were blown out.

In the Kushuhum community, about 30 houses were damaged as a result of the shelling.

The parties discussed issues related to countering gender-based violence and psychosocial support programs for city residents, IDPs, and professionals who provide this assistance. They also discussed the draft Memorandum of Understanding between Odesa City Council and the International Medical Corps.

Kherson Oblast

Just as Putin was speaking “We are not at war with the people of Ukraine,” the russians were shelling peaceful Kherson and Ochakiv with multiple launch rocket systems. In Kherson, the enemy hit residential neighborhoods, critical infrastructure, a kindergarten, a hospital, private garages, and cars. Several buildings were heavily damaged, and several apartments in apartment buildings caught fire as a result of direct hits. 

A local market and a public transport stop were shelled. Right in the middle of the street, in their own homes, and at their workplaces, Kherson civilians were injured and killed. At the moment, there are 6 dead and 12 wounded. The data is being updated. 

In Ochakiv, the occupiers continued shelling the port infrastructure, and 1 civilian was wounded.

The extent of the damage is being clarified.

Yesterday and tonight, russian occupiers shelled the energy infrastructure of Kherson Oblast. There is no electricity supply in Kizomys, Veletynske, and Honcharne. In total, 804 subscribers remain without electricity.

The power supply was cut off in Zymivnyk due to night shelling.

Russian occupiers are setting up torture chambers in the temporarily occupied settlements of Kherson Oblast. In addition, residents of Skadovsk and Kalanchak are being intimidated and forced to take russian passports.

Central Oblats

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Russia fired heavy artillery at the Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities. There were no casualties. Last year, enemy shells hit a blood transfusion station in Nikopol. The plasma reserve, which could have helped hundreds of people, was destroyed.

Vladyslav Ploskyi, a 50-year-old unit commander from Dnipro, was killed near Bakhmut. Before the full-scale war, he worked as a trolleybus driver. Senior Lieutenant Serhiy Oktiabrskyi, a 24-year-old from Nikopol, was killed in the war. Oleksandr Zheltoroh, a 32-year-old from Vilnohirsk, was killed in action near Bakhmut; he is survived by his wife, child, parents, and sister. Also, 44-year-old Sergeant Serhiy Kravchuk from Kamianske raion was killed near Bakhmut, he is survived by his mother, brother, and sister. Eternal glory to the Heroes.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, russian missiles and shells have damaged 4045 houses, including about 2,000 in Nikopol.

Ten adults and three children were evacuated from the village of Burhunka in Kherson oblast, which was shelled by russian troops to Kryvyi Rih.

For six months now, Kryvyi Rih resident Andriy Krotov has been helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The man sent about 400 light bulbs, more than 50 power banks, and 5 charging stations to the front line, which he made himself. Currently, the man is collecting disposable e-cigarettes and LED bulbs to make these devices. From the used twelve-watt LED bulbs he makes autonomous ones.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, volunteers of the TAPS Foundation in Dnipro have made more than 42,000 trench candles.

With the support of the city government of Dnipro, representatives of mobile operators in the city received 15 generators to power equipment.

Poltava Oblast

The head of the Poltava Oblast Council, Oleksandr Bilenkyi, handed over the Starlink station to Ivan Balatskyi, a soldier of the 145th battalion of the 116th brigade of the TD.

Fundraising for the soldiers who liberated the south of Ukraine continues in Poltava. Defenders from the 63rd separate mechanized brigade served in the Kherson direction and participated in the de-occupation of Kherson. Later, the fighters defended Bakhmut, where the brigade suffered losses. Now the soldiers have returned to the Kherson Oblast. Military personnel need a car, because it is one of the most important needs at the front.

Kirovohrad Oblast

In Bobrynets, Kropyvnytskyi raion, high school students of Lyceum No. 1 met with the son of the hero of the Heavenly Hundred. Viktor Chmilenko is a Hero of the Heavenly Hundred who was killed by a sniper’s bullet on Independence Square on February 20, 2014. On these memorable days, the son of the deceased, Viktor Chmilenko, visited the lyceum, who told the students about his father and presented the museum with a picture of his father and hundreds of white doves.

Western Oblasts

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

The city authorities of Kamianets-Podilskyi, in cooperation with international donors and the public organization «Ukrainian Backyard», handed over to the military another shipment of fire extinguishers, thermal fans and heaters.

The action «Warmth of a child’s heart» is ongoing in the Kamianets-Podilsky Lyceum. Pupils and teachers make trench candles for the soldiers of the Armed Forces. 350 candles have already been handed over for the needs of the 48th Kamianets-Podilskyi engineering brigade.

300 internally displaced people living in the community received another food aid provided by volunteers.

Rivne Oblast

Schoolchildren of the Rokytne community collected over 74,000 hryvnias for the Armed Forces. Educators, students and parents of Rokytne Lyceum No. 1 organized the charity fair «Strength in Unity». There sold various goodies, pastries and sweets, as well as self-made jewelry. In this way, it was possible to collect 74 thousand 81 hryvnias. All funds will be transferred to the military. 

Chernivtsi Oblast

Italian benefactors handed over humanitarian aid to the residents of the Kherson Oblast: clothes, blankets, hygiene products and basic necessities, which are currently difficult to get in the front-line city. The cargo arrived with the assistance of the Chernivtsi Oblast Council within the framework of cooperation with the «Community Hub» charitable foundation. In the near future, it will be delivered to Kherson. 

As part of the activities of the All-Ukrainian initiative «Active Community», the training «Basic life support and modern methods of stopping bleeding» took place in Chernivtsi. Those present were taught to determine consciousness and breathing, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, use an automatic external defibrillator, diagnose and stop bleeding, etc. 

Vladyslav Stoyka from Chernivtsi is the youngest soldier of the 92nd battalion of the 107th separate brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of Bukovyna. He is the senior combat medic of the rifle company. The boy has not seen his mother and brother for a year: the whole family is serving in various military units. He is currently near the border with russia and continues to study at a medical university.

Zakarpattia Oblast

The SSU reported suspicion of treason to a 25-year-old Transcarpathian who joined the ranks of the russian armed forces. The man moved to russia for permanent residence in 2017, and joined the armed forces of the aggressor country in December 2022.

In Zakarpattia, six ex-oil depot workers will be tried for stealing fuel in large quantities during martial law. In July-October 2022, the suspects stole about 23 tons of fuel. The actions of the accused caused the company more than 1.4 million hryvnias in losses. The defendants have already reimbursed over 640,000 hryvnias.
