Kyiv
The operation of the centralized heat supply in Kyiv was fully restored. Utility workers are still working on removing air from the heating systems of individual buildings. At the same time, the heat generating equipment works in optimal parameters. Electricity and water supply in the capital is also functioning normally.
Books are being collected for military hospitals in Kyiv. One of the bookstores in the capital announced a collection of books that our defenders will read during treatment. Residents of the capital can join the initiative – for this, you need to bring the publication to the bookstore. Only books in the Ukrainian language are accepted. The collection lasts until March 31. You can bring the publication to the address: st. Velika Vasylkivska, 6, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Chernihiv Oblast
On March 11, russian troops shelled the Semenivsk community, located in the bordering Chernihiv Oblast, twice. Border guards recorded one explosion from 120 mm mortars. The russians also dropped ammunition from the drone. Border guards counted two explosions.
Sumy Oblast
On the afternoon of March 11, the russians shelled the border communities of Bilopolsk and Velikopysarivsk in the Sumy Oblast. A grenade attack (6 hits) was recorded in the Bilopol community. They also fired a mortar 5 times.
Machine gun fire was carried out in Velikopysarivka community. Recorded 7 queues.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
The enemy continues shelling the settlements of the Kharkiv, Chuguyiv and Kupyansk raions of the Kharkiv Oblast, which are located not far from the contact line and the border with the russian.
In particular, last day, areas of Chervona Zorya, Krasne, Ohirtseve, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Hryanikyvka and other settlements were under enemy mortar and artillery fire.
Enemy shelling damaged private residential buildings and farm buildings in the village of Zapadne.
Demining works are ongoing in the region. Over the past day, pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service inspected almost 3 hectares of territory, where they neutralized 42 explosive objects.
Donetsk Oblast
On March 10, two people were killed and four others were injured in Donetsk Oblast due to shelling by the russian army.
In total, since the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine, 1,407 people have died in Donetsk Oblast, and 3,162 people have been injured. It is still impossible to establish the exact number of dead and wounded in Volnovakha and Mariupol.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion
In Kostyantynivka, 1 civilian was killed and 2 were wounded. As a result of shelling, 4 houses, 2 shops, the building of the former hospital, an overpass and the business premises of the enterprise were damaged.
1 more person was injured in Mykolaivka. The outskirts of the Soledar community are under constant shelling.
In the Lysychansk direction, around midnight, the russians launched a missile strike from the S-300 systems on the Lyman – no casualties, we are establishing information about the destruction. In Siversk, private houses on two streets were damaged.
Today, the russian occupation forces shelled Slovyansk. The railway track and power line were damaged by shelling.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
On the Avdiyivka and Maryinka directions, the enemy attempted offensive actions in the direction of the settlements of Kamianka, Severne, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka and Maryinka. Enemy didn’t have any success.
One person died in Tonenke of the Ocheretyne community. Shelling of Maryinka, Georgiyivka and Pobieda of the Maryinka community was recorded. The russians shelled Kurakhove 8 times – more than 12 high-rise buildings, 20 private houses, an art school and a lyceum were damaged in the city. There were no casualties.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion
In the Horlivka direction, it became known about 16 more houses damaged in Bakhmut – the exact calculation of destruction and victims is complicated by constant shelling.
Southern Oblasts
Mykolayiv Oblast
Today, the enemy fired artillery at Ochakiv of the Ochakiv community. Cars were set on fire, private houses, a high-rise building were damaged. The consequences of damage are being clarified. There are no casualties.
In Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanka raions, the day and night passed relatively calmly.
Demining works are ongoing in the Mykolayiv Oblast. Pyrotechnicians of the Department of Emergency Services of the Mykolaiyv Oblast have carried out 31 trips to identify explosive objects and seized 139 explosive devices in the past two days. A total of 12,038 pieces of ammunition have been seized since the start of the full-scale war.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
During the past day, March 11, the russian military shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of 13 settlements of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
In Zaporizhzhia, two boys born in 2012 and 2019 received mine and explosive injuries. Doctors sent one child home, and the other was hospitalized.
In Zaporizhzhia, servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed the Buk-M3 anti-aircraft missile system of the russians.

The city humanitarian center «Hostynna hata» is included in the National Register of Records of Ukraine. The center received an award for the largest weight of humanitarian aid given to war victims – 1 million 800 thousand kg. During its operation, the «Hospitable House» center in the Primorsky district provided assistance to almost 150,000 people.
Kherson Oblast
Yesterday, the russian army once again fired at the settlements of Beryslav Raion. In particular, Beryslav, Zmiivka, Tomaryne, Novooleksandrivka, Mykhailivka, Zolota Balka, Havrylivka, Kachkarivka, Chervonyi Maiak, Tiahynka and Mykolaivka. Houses and outbuildings were damaged. No one was killed or wounded.
This morning the russian army shelled Bilozerka. One girl was wounded, and she is in hospital.
A free evacuation train to Lviv is running from Kherson. The train departs from Kherson, and passes through Mykolaiv, Shevchenko, Bila Tserkva, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil. It arrives in Lviv the next morning.
Generators of 15 kW were delivered to two villages of the Mylove community. They will be used to restore centralized water supply.
Kharkiv resident Olena Maslova created the ring “Kherson. Art Museum” ring. This is the fifth piece in the series of silver cities in Ukraine. Previously, rings dedicated to Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, and Odesa were made.

Kirovohrad Oblast
In a school in Kirovohrad Oblast, they sew underwear and special equipment to be sent to hospitals in Lyman, Druzhkivka, Kharkiv, Kostiantynivka, and Kryvyi Rih. All the items sewn for the soldiers by the Pixel Wizards sewing company are made with velcro, ties, and buttons.
The polar explorers have updated the wayfinding sign near the Vernadsky station, replacing the old name of the city of Kirovohrad with Kropyvnytskyi, and added a number of countries that support Ukraine after the russian invasion. In 2023, two residents of Kropyvnytskyi – Dmytro Krychun and Serhii Sallo – will go to Vernadskyi station.
Poltava Oblast
In the Shcherbanivka community, 350 vouchers were distributed to internally displaced persons to buy groceries in a supermarket chain. These are vouchers worth UAH 1,200 from a German charity organization.
Animals from Kherson were transported to the eco-park in the village of Kovalivka, near Poltava. This was done because the house where their owners lived burned down due to russian shelling. Besides them, the evacuated animals from Kharkiv and Dnipro Obasts live on the territory.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Last week, 84 IDPs from Kherson Oblast arrived in Khmelnytskyi region by evacuation trains.
UNICEF delivered 1000 blankets to meet the needs of internally displaced persons who have taken refuge in Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
“Volunteers of Podillia announced a new collection of books published in the language of the occupier. They did it on Taras Shevchenko’s birthday. In two days they have already managed to collect several kilograms of books. Volunteers emphasize that they are not burned, but converted into aid for the Armed Forces. During the first stage of the ‘Ruzzing Literature for Recycling’ project, volunteers collected 22 and a half tons of books, which is more than UAH 100 thousand.
Rivne Oblast
Volunteers from Rivne make energy bars for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These sweets contain nuts, dried fruits, and honey. The women say that the bars are in demand among the military on the front line because they are high in calories and provide a lot of energy. Along with the bars, the women send cards with words of gratitude and wishes to the military. In total, the women made 120 snacks. They will be sent to the defenders in the eastern part of Ukraine.
In Rivne Oblast, a schoolgirl sells paintings to raise money for a drone for the Ukrainian military. Marta Pylypchuk is 9 years old. The girl paints pictures by numbers. She lives in the town of Varash. In total, Marta has already raised and donated more than 70 thousand hryvnias out of the 110 thousand hryvnias needed for the Armed Forces. A Ukrainian woman living in Germany became interested in the girl’s work. The woman organized a campaign and together with the local residents ordered 7 paintings. Also, 4 of Marta’s works will soon go to the United States.
