The reconstruction of Lyceum N3, which was damaged as a result of russian military aggression, began in Irpin. The restoration will be carried out with the assistance of UNICEF. Subcontractors have already started dismantling the damaged elements to start restoration work in the future. After all, before the full-scale invasion, about 2,000 children studied in the educational institution. The reconstruction of the facility is planned to be completed in September.
In Irpin, the reconstruction and completion of the “Vinochok” kindergarten, located at Kyivska Street, 18, continues. Construction work is already at the finish line – they are finishing painting the walls and equipping the pool and offices.
Sappers of the demining service of the Municipal Guard of Irpin began to give lectures on mine safety to Irpin schoolchildren. The first meeting was held with the pupils of the Irpin Center for Extracurricular Education. They gave the children an age-appropriate lecture about the danger posed by suspicious objects, the types of explosive objects, and the risks of being hit by them.
Zhytomyr Oblast
In Zhytomyr, a russian agent was exposed who informed the “Wagners” about the location of the Armed Forces. It was established that a native of Kherson Oblast contacted a representative of a private military company on the banned russian social network “Vkontakte” and agreed to cooperate. The traitor collected data on the location of strategic military facilities, units, and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Italian Red Cross inspected the site for the construction of houses for displaced persons in Zhytomyr. With the help of the local budget, the foundation for installing 40 modular houses has already been laid here, and communications have been laid. In total, the plot is designed for 200 similar houses, 40 of which are financed by the Italian Red Cross.
Chernihiv Oblast
On the evening of March 22, the russians shelled the village of Arkhipivka in the Semenivka community. The military recorded eight hits, probably from a 120 mm mortar. No information was received about losses among the local population or damage to civil infrastructure.

Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Yesterday, the enemy shelled the border settlements of the Kupyansk, Chuguyiv, Izyum, and Kharkiv raions of the oblasts.
In the village of Cherneshchyna, Izyum district, as a result of enemy shelling, the church building was damaged and the grass in the open area was overgrown.
At least 4 residential buildings were damaged by shelling in the town of Vilcha and the village of Vovchanski hutory of the Chuguyiv raion.
In the village of Vilkhuvatka, Kupyansk raion, a private house was destroyed by mortar fire, and 2 more were damaged.
Demining operations are ongoing in the oblast. During the past 24 hours, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service inspected more than 5.5 hectares of territory and neutralized another 193 flammable objects.
On March 22, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi visited Kharkiv Oblast. He met with the military protecting the region from the russian invaders and thanked them for their heroism and courage. The president presented state awards to eleven defenders of Kharkiv Oblast. Separately, Volodymyr Zelenskyi praised the resilience and courage of all Kharkiv residents during the repulse of armed russian aggression, presenting the city of Kharkiv with the “Hero City of Ukraine” award.
Donetsk Oblast
During the previous day, the russians killed 2 residents of Donetsk Oblast and injured 4 more people.
Since the day of the full-scale war, the russians have killed 1,426 civilians of Donetsk Oblast and wounded another 3,253. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
In the Lyman-Kupiansk direction, the Defense Forces destroyed four modern russian T-90 tanks and other heavy equipment. This direction is currently the second most tense, in the entire area of the front.
Due to the war in Ukraine, losses from the loss of coal production in the Donbas can reach more than 300 million dollars. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Energy Yaroslav Demchenkov.
A reserve Olympic sports team has been formed in Donetsk Oblast. This year, it included 23 athletes aged 15 to 22 who will compete in 11 sports. Each member of the reserve team represents Donetsk Oblast, including the temporarily occupied communities of the Oblast.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion
Another missile strike on Kramatorsk destroyed garages, damaged a boiler house, a healthcare facility and 7 private houses.

We have our own history and we don’t need to remember Suvorov or Pushkin» – the activist is convinced.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
The enemy continues to conduct offensive operations in the Avdiyivka and Maryinka directions.
2 people died in Avdiyivka. The city suffered an air-missile attack – three missiles were aimed at the territory of the Avdiyivka coke chemical plant.
At least 7 houses were damaged in the Ocheretyne community – Orlivka, Lastochkyne, Tonenke, Berdychi, Umanske, Novokalynove, Severne and Netaylove were shelled.
Maryinka, Krasnohorivka and Novomykhailivka are affected in the Maryinka community.
The evacuation from Avdiyivka continues, but it is becoming more and more dangerous to escape from the city. There are still 6 children and about 2,000 residents. Due to the constant shelling of the russian troops, the road to the exit from Avdiyivka is called the «road of death». But over the past three weeks, 180 people have left the city.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion
In the Horlivka direction, 4 residential buildings and a commercial building were damaged in the town of Chasiv Yar, isolated shelling took place in Toretsk and Soledar communities.
Siversk of the Bakhmut raion in the Donetsk Oblast, is under constant shelling. Despite this, 1,100 people remain in the city, and approximately 1,480 in the whole community. Of them, 10 are children in the community.
Luhansk Oblast
At the Starobilsk Vocational College of the Luhansk National Agrarian University, during the meeting, teachers expressed dissatisfaction with the urgent forced passporting of teaching staff. They were ordered to receive russian documents by June 1. The invaders stopped the corresponding event.

Mykolaiv Oblast
Yesterday, the enemy carried out artillery strikes on the water area of Ochakiv community. There are no casualties.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
During the past day, March 22, the russian military shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of 21 settlements of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. 89 reports were received about the destruction of buildings and infrastructure facilities.
On the morning of March 23, an explosion rang out in the temporarily occupied Melitopol of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. An explosive device went off, as a result of which the car was damaged. It contained a citizen of Ukraine who went to cooperate with the russians and worked in the local «police». He was treated with serious injuries.
In the temporarily occupied settlements of Reshetylivske, Chumatske and Kostyantynivka of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the russian military patrolled the houses of local residents and forbade them to leave their homes.
In Zaporizhzhia, communal services continue to eliminate the consequences of yesterday’s missile strike by russian troops, which partially destroyed two houses.
Kherson Oblast
During March 22, the russian army struck the territory of the Kherson community 11 times. Hits were recorded in Korabelny and Dniprovsky districts of Kherson, Antonivka, Molodizhne, and Zelenivka. In addition, the russian military shelled summer cottages. One person died during the night.
At night, the russian occupiers set fire to the Kherson Oblast Cardiology Center, there were no casualties or injuries.
In the afternoon, the russian military shelled Beryslav. They targeted the administrative building, a residential building, the local history museum and the newspaper office. The park area and the church were also shelled. There are no casualties or injuries.
Five so-called «members of the election committees» of the pseudo-referendum will be tried for collaborationism in the Kherson Oblast. In September 2022, accompanied by armed soldiers of the russian federation, they went around the homes of residents of the Mylove and Chornobayivka communities with ballot boxes. The suspects have been arrested.
President Zelenskiy visited one of the energy facilities in the Kherson Oblast and familiarized himself with the situation regarding the provision of electricity to populated areas. He also visited the village of Posad-Pokrovske, which suffered large-scale destruction due to shelling by the russian federation. There, the president talked with local residents.
Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
The enemy attacked the Marganets community of the Nikopol raion three times. He fired at it using drones and heavy artillery. People survived. In Marhanets, shells damaged the administrative building and two private enterprises. In one of the villages of the community, a car and an outbuilding were damaged.
Vacancies for forced guests of the city were presented in Dnipro on the basis of the humanitarian headquarters of the Lysychansk military administration. Schools, the parking inspection and a supermarket were invited to cooperate.
A mural dedicated to Hero of Ukraine Oleksandr Matsievsky appeared in Kryvyi Rih. He was shot by russian thugs for shouting «Glory to Ukraine!».
Kirovohrad Oblast
A gas explosion occurred in a high-rise building in Kropyvnytskyi. One person was injured, two people were rescued. There are no casualties. Ruined balcony, interior partitions, damaged doors of neighboring apartments. There is no damage to the supporting structures.
In Kirovohrad Oblast, the Security Service of Ukraine blocked a channel for smuggling men of military age abroad. The conscripts were offered to go to the EU as drivers of humanitarian transportation. This service was estimated at USD 4,500 for a package of documents.
Poltava Oblast
Poltava plans to upgrade its emergency alert system, which reports air raid warnings and the threat of missile attacks. In particular, they want to check the serviceability of the warning systems. Currently, there are 91 sirens in the Poltava community. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, they have been repaired on a case-by-case basis, and now there is a need to update the entire system. The community budget allocated more than UAH 17 million for the project.
The families of the fallen heroes agreed on the same look for the monuments at the Zaturyn cemetery and adjusted the design of the memorial. Each family will choose photos of the soldiers or some additional elements. The families of the heroes buried within the sector are also informed that the monuments will have a uniform look.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Cyber police in Khmelnytskyi Oblast eliminated a russian bot farm used to spread fake news about the war in Ukraine and fraud.
Khmelnytskyi volunteers sell painted helmets and cartridge cases at auctions. This way, volunteers earn money for the Armed Forces, as donations have decreased significantly.
In Khmelnytskyi, students created a cartoon about the dangers of explosives during an animation class. The video was sent to Khmelnytskyi rescuers for distribution.
Chernivtsi Oblast
Work is underway to rename 45 addresses in Chernivtsi. This will not only de-russify the city but also honor the memory of prominent Ukrainians and heroes who died during the russian-Ukrainian war.
In Chernivtsi, the film ‘Pamphir’, which cost over 40 million hryvnias to produce and took four years to make, was screened for the first time. In addition to Ukraine, the film will be released in 20 countries around the world. To see ‘Pamphir’ in Chernivtsi, the audience had to sit on the stairs because more than three hundred seats in the cinema were taken.
They not only tasted it but also cooked it themselves. A master class and a tour of confectionery in Chernivtsi were held for the children of fallen ATO participants. The kids watched the process of making bread, cakes, and sweets and prepared and decorated cookies.
Zakarpattia Oblast
Zakarpattia is the leader in the number of dismantled soviet objects in Ukraine since the beginning of the war. In the process of decolonization, 88 monuments, graves, memorial plaques, sickles and hammers, and soviet stars were dismantled here. According to the NGO Decommunization of Ukraine, the fewest such objects were dismantled in Zaporizhzhia (3) and Kharkiv (1) Oblasts.
Zakarpattia doctors are being trained to provide assistance in cases of the most common mental disorders. This course for Ukrainian doctors was launched at the end of last year. After completing the course, doctors will be able to help patients fight depression and neurosis, diagnose and treat them in time, and refer them to specialized doctors if necessary.
