Northern Oblasts
Kyiv
Kyiv has started equipping civil defense facilities with automated opening systems. The first such systems are already being installed in shelters in the Darnytskyi district of the capital.
In the capital during the full-scale invasion, 454 residential buildings were destroyed and damaged, the amount of damages from these destructions is $734 million.
Kyiv Oblast
The head of the Kyiv OMA, Ruslan Kravchenko, discussed with the Ambassador of Austria to Ukraine, Arad Bencko, the issue of the restoration of the Kyiv Oblast and the inflow of investments into the Oblast. The ambassador assured that Austrian companies are ready to continue helping Ukraine rebuild. 15 companies have already expressed their interest during the recovery conference in London.
More than 12,000 objects have already been restored in Kyiv Oblast. In total, 27,226 objects were destroyed or damaged since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation in the Oblast. The main «blow» fell precisely on housing – 24,300 objects.
Today, in Vyshgorod raion, explosive devices were liquidated.
Chernihiv Oblast
On the night of June 27, russian troops shelled the Semenivka community in Chernihiv Oblast. Three explosions were recorded in the area of the village of Zarichchia and three explosions in the area of the village of Tymonovychi.
Today, explosive devices were detonated near the village of Shestovytsia.

Sumy Oblast

On the night and morning of June 27, the russian military twice fired mortars at the border of the Sumy Oblast. The communities of Esman and Seredyna-Buda came under fire from the territory of the russian federation.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
During the past day, the enemy continued to fire artillery and mortars at the front-line and border settlements of the Kharkiv, Kupyansk, Bogoduhiv and Chuguyiv raions of the Oblast.
In particular, Kupyansk, Udy, Chervona Zorya, Odnorobivka, Veterynarne, Hoptivka, Strilecha, Kozacha Lopan, Pletenivka, Okhirtseve, Budarky, Chugunivka, Krasne Pershe, Fygolivka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Masyutivka, Kyslivka and others were under enemy fire. at least 25 settlements.
Civilian infrastructure is mostly under attack by the russian invaders. There were no casualties.
Demining works are ongoing. During the day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined more than 6 hectares of territory and neutralized 67 explosive objects.
Donetsk Oblast
Over the past day, the russian army struck 5 towns and villages in the Donetsk Oblast. The russian army hit the residential sector 10 times with aviation, S-300 missiles, Grad MLRS and artillery.
On June 26, in the Donetsk Oblast, one person was killed by shelling of the russian army, and another was wounded in the village of Novy Komar.
Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,573 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 3,726 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
On June 26, Zelenskyi visited Donetsk Oblast and visited the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which distinguished themselves in the Bakhmut direction, and presented state awards.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion

The administrator of the Telegram channel was detained in Donetsk Oblast, who is suspected of spreading russian propaganda and locations of the Armed Forces. A resident of Pokrovsk raion faces up to 8 years in prison.
Bio-toilets began to be delivered to the shelter of the Pokrovsk community. There are a total of 232 of them in the city. The community received toilets and liquids for their cleaning from the international medical NGO Doctors Without Borders.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion
In the Chasiv Yar community, 3 private houses, 6 high-rise buildings and the territory of an enterprise were damaged due to shelling by the russian military. In the Soledar community, 3 houses were destroyed in Nikiforivka, Rozdolivka and Vasyukivka were under fire.
Volnovakha and Volnovakha raion
In the Volnovakha direction, the russians fired 21 shots at Vugledar, fired at Prechistivka from «Grads» and artillery.
Mariupol

Mykolaiv Oblast

On June 26, the enemy delivered artillery strikes on the village of the Kutsurub community in the evening. They hit the open territory. There were no casualties.
The day and night were relatively calm in Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, Voznesensk, and Bashtanka Raions.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
Over the past day, June 26, russian troops conducted 43 attacks in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. 13 settlements came under fire. There were 37 damages to residential buildings, communications and property.
A resident of Orikhiv was killed in her house during the shelling by the russian army. Her 59-year-old husband was hospitalized with injuries. In addition, a 52-year-old resident of Preobrazhenka and a 59-year-old woman who came under fire near the village of Pavlivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, were wounded.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct offensive operations on the Melitopol, Berdiansk and Bakhmut sectors, during which russian troops suffer significant losses in personnel, weapons, and equipment.
President Zelenskyi visited the frontline positions in the Berdiansk sector and presented awards to the Ukrainian military of the 3rd Battalion of the Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Separate Presidential Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
A special drill will be held in Zaporizhzhia to ensure readiness to protect the public in the event of a possible emergency at Zaporizhzhia NPP. The exercise involves practical training of emergency response measures and evacuation of the population. In total, about 138,000 people will be evacuated in the event of a plant explosion.
As of this morning, the water level in the cooling pond at Zaporizhzhia NPP remains unchanged at 16.58 meters. This is enough to meet the needs of the plant. The situation remains stable and under control.
In the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the water level in the lower pool has risen to 13.15 m, but is still 1 m 35 cm below the normal level.
Odesa Oblast
On June 26, power was restored to 83 settlements in Odesa Oblast for 20,000 customers following the bad weather. Power engineers have repaired 25 overhead lines feeding 495 transformer substations.
Swimming is prohibited on the beaches of Odesa. Parasites, intestinal and viral infections are found in seawater samples. Its salinity has halved. People’s belongings, tree fragments, garbage, and dead animal bodies are being carried to the coast by waves. These are the consequences of the Kakhovka dam explosion.
The water salinity in the Black Sea may return to normal in a week. At the same time, blooms are being recorded in the sea due to the ingress of contaminated water after the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant explosion.
Kherson Oblast
Over the past 24 hours, the russian army fired 55 times at Kherson Oblast with mortars, artillery, and MLRS ‘Grad’ rockets, tanks, drones, and aircraft. They fired 14 shells at Kherson. Residential areas were hit. Two people were wounded.
On June 26, in the Kherson sector, the russian military focused its efforts on preventing the advance of Ukrainian troops. They conducted an air strike in the area of Oleshky and shelled 20 settlements in Kherson Oblast with artillery.
In Kherson Oblast, the so-called “head of Rakivka village” will be tried for collaboration. The accused voluntarily cooperated with russia, took a pseudo-office, and contributed to the establishment of the occupation authorities in the village. He faces up to 10 years in prison for this.
The deputy head of one of the departments of the Bilozersk village council voluntarily took the position of the so-called head of the education department in the occupation administration, organized the educational process according to russian educational standards, and persuaded school principals to cooperate with the occupiers. He is suspected of collaboration.
In the Kherson Oblast, the water level has remained at the same level of 20 centimeters for the second day. The water has receded, but underground groundwater is constantly at a high level.
In the Hola Prystan community, the water is not going down. In the center and eastern part of Hola Prystan, the flooding level has stopped at one meter. Lower areas in the villages of the Kardashynka starosta region are also underwater. There are still 40 residents in Kohany and Kardashynka. There is no electricity, gas or water supply in the flooded settlements.
Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On the night of June 27, the russian military attacked the Marganets community in the Nikopol raion of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. There are no casualties or injuries. Rescuers are investigating the consequences of the attack.
Dnipropetrovsk is preparing for a possible accident at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. In particular, an appropriate headquarters was created in the region and evacuation plans are being developed.
In Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, after more than two weeks since the destruction of the Kakhovskaya HPP, centralized water supply was partially restored. Currently, a third of residents have it. However, this water cannot be used as drinking water. Local residents continue to collect water at distribution points.
In Dnipro, there are three humanitarian hubs for displaced people from Luhansk Oblast, several centers that help Mariupol residents, a support center for those who came from Kramatorsk raion.
Kirovohrad Oblast
The community of Nova Praha organized a fundraiser for the purchase of a weather station. In less than two weeks, caring residents of Nova Praha and labor groups of the community collected 21,000 hryvnias, necessary for the purchase of equipment. The portable weather station has already been handed over to volunteers. It will help to quickly and accurately determine the weather conditions in order to improve the shots on the occupiers.
Bicycles were bought for 14 social workers of the Hurivka community of the Kropyvnytskyi raion of the Kirovohrad Oblast. Before that, I had to walk 12 kilometers every day. The Hurivka community includes seven village councils. The population is almost six thousand people.
Poltava Oblast
On June 27, the russia attacked Poltava Oblast. Rockets hit a summer cottage cooperative in the Kremenchuk raion. No victims beforehand.
Exactly one year ago, there was a rocket attack on the “Amstor” shopping center in Kremenchuk. This is the largest shelling in Poltava Oblast in terms of the number of victims since the beginning of the full-scale war. 22 people died, more than a hundred were injured.

Khmelnytsk Oblast
Kamianets-Podilskyi

In addition, they allocated 150,000 hryvnias for retrofitting the simplest shelters in residential buildings that are in the service of management companies. Another step has been taken towards the implementation of the project of creating a medical rehabilitation center for defenders.
Chernivtsi Oblast
Residents of the Hertsaive community sent another humanitarian shipment to the Kherson Oblast. They managed to fill two cargo sprinters with food kits, clothes, hygiene products, disinfectants, blankets and drinking water.
Medical institutions of Bukovyna continue to receive aid from international benefactors. Thus, the humanitarian organization “Medicos Del Mundo” handed over equipment, medicines, and medical products to the Chernivtsi Oblast Clinical Hospital.
In Bukovyna, the religious community of the village of Ivanivtsi, Dniester raion, decided to transfer from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.

Zakarpattia Oblast
The program of social support for military personnel, war veterans and persons who have special services to the Motherland for 2023-2025 was approved at the regular session of the Uzhhorod City Council. Resource support is provided in the amount of 20 million 437 thousand hryvnias.
In Zakarpattia Oblast, more than 1,200 forced migrants found work through a special chatbot. On the initiative of OMA, a convenient platform was created in Telegram a year ago, since then it has been used by about 1,800 internally displaced persons. Almost 70% of them were successfully employed.
A memorial sign dedicated to the participants of the anti-communist revolution of 1968 in the Czechoslovak Republic was opened today in Uzhgorod. The composition is an iron gate, painted in red at the bottom (a symbol of totalitarianism), with bullet holes. Chains hang from the gate – like an “iron curtain”, one of the chains is forged in the form of the numbers “1968”. The crack in the gate is a symbol of the rupture of the communist regime, which took place, in particular, at the cost of the lives of Czechs, Slovaks, and Ukrainians.
