Northern Oblasts
Kyiv
In the Solomyanskyi district of Kyiv, emergency and rescue work has been completed in a 25-story building that was hit by fragments of a russian missile on the night of June 24. 5 people died.

Explosive objects were destroyed today in Vyshhorod and Bila Tserkva raions.
Chernihiv Oblast
On June 25, russian troops shelled the border communities of Semenivka and Snovsk. According to the Koryukivka RMA, the power grid was damaged as a result of the shelling. As a result, electricity supply to eleven settlements of the respective community was completely or partially disconnected. Energy workers are working on restoration.
Seven private houses were also damaged as a result of shelling.
Sumy Oblast
During the night and morning of June 26, the russian military carried out four shellings of the border communities of Sumy Oblast: Esman, Seredyna-Buda, and Bilopillia. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties or damage.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Yesterday, the russian occupiers shelled the front-line and border settlements of the Kharkiv, Kupyansk and Chuguyiv raions of the Oblast. In particular, Kupyansk, Vovchansk, Kolisnykivka, Glushkivka, Udy, Veterynarne, Kozacha Lopan, Starytsa, Ohirtseve, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Masyutivka and other towns and villages of the Oblast were under enemy fire.
In the village of Kolisnykivka, Kupyansk raion, 2 residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged by shelling. A private house was damaged in Kupyansk. There were no casualties.
Donetsk Oblast
Over the yesterday, russian weapons wounded 3 residents of Donetsk Oblast: in Avdiyivka, Sukha Balka, and Krasnohorivka.
Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,572 civilians of Donetsk Oblast and wounded another 3,725 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion
On the night of June 26, the russian army launched four missile strikes on Druzhkivka. There are no casualties or injuries. As a result of the shelling, at least two high-rise buildings and two private houses, road surfaces, and water supply networks were damaged.
In the Lysychansk direction, 5 shellings of the Lyman community were recorded — without casualties or destruction.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
In the Donetsk direction, 6 private houses in Kurakhivka were damaged as a result of russian military shelling.
Avdiyivka was shelled in the evening, and at dawn – shelled from Hradiv. Shells hit the territory of three streets.
A house was damaged in Elizavetivka street of the Maryinka community, and power lines were cut. Russian troops also shelled Krasnohorivka with artillery and injured a 14-year-old child.
70 water tanks have been installed in six starostats of the Pokrovsk community, where there is no centralized water supply due to shelling. Today, six thousand people live in the settlements of this community.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion
In the Horlivka direction, 1 person was injured in Sukhiya Balka of the Toretsk community, a house was damaged in the Severnyi raion. 2 houses were damaged in the Chasiv Yar community.
At the end of last week, in the Bakhmut direction, the Ukrainian military began counteroffensive actions near six settlements, where they were successful and advanced from one to two kilometers and are currently entrenched at the achieved boundaries.
Volnovakha and Volnovakha raion
The russians fired 19 times from the Vugledar artillery in the direction of Volnovakha, without casualties.
Defense forces of Ukraine liberated the village of Rivnopillya, Volnovakha raion, Donetsk Oblast.
Mariupol
There is a strengthening of filtering measures after the murder of two teenagers by the russians in Berdyansk for their pro-Ukrainian position in the city. The occupation authorities are checking local children for involvement in the partisan movement and “loyalty to Ukraine”. Teenagers are stopped at roadblocks, their phones are checked. There are also “preventive conversations” in which connections about “unreliable comrades” are required.
Southern Oblasts
Mykolayiv Oblast
Yesterday, June 25, the town of Ochakiv of the Ochakiv community came under fire. As a result, a fire broke out in a commercial building in the residential sector. The fire was promptly liquidated by units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region. There are no casualties.
The enemy also fired artillery at the water area of Ochakiv community. There are no casualties.
In the Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, Bashtanka and Voznesensk raions, the day and night passed quite calmly.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
The russian military shelled 14 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast yesterday. Two people were injured.
On June 25, a private house was destroyed by russian shelling in the village of Preobrazhenka, Pology raion, Zaporizhzhia Oblast. A 79-year-old man and a 77-year-old woman were found under the rubble of the building. They were rescued and taken to the hospital.
Over the past week, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continued the offensive operation in the Melitopol and Berdyansk areas. As a result, the area of freed territories increased by 17 square meters. km
As of the morning of June 26, a slight decrease in the water level was recorded in the Zaporizhzhya NPP cooling pond. Despite this, the situation remains stable. In the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the water level in the lower beif of the Dniprovska HPP is 12.98 m, which is 1.52 m below the norm.
Kherson Oblast
Over the past day, russian troops fired 95 times at Kherson Oblast using mortars, artillery, Grad rocket launchers, tanks, drones and aircraft. They fired 17 shells at Kherson. There were hits to residential areas. One person was killed and seven wounded.
At night, the russian army attacked Olgivka in Kherson Oblast. One person was wounded as a result of the shelling.
At dawn on June 26, russian troops shelled Kherson Oblast with banned incendiary shells. Fires broke out at the sites of the shelling and were extinguished by rescuers.
The shelling of Kherson and Antonivka damaged a water pipeline, a gas pipeline, and a critical infrastructure facility.
The russian army struck a music school building in Bilozerka. Private houses, a gas pipeline, and power grids were damaged. A 71-year-old woman who was in the yard was wounded in the shelling. She was taken to the hospital.
As of morning, two houses in two villages on the right bank were flooded. On the left bank, 17 settlements are flooded. Over the past day, rescuers have pumped out more than 20 tons of water from 76 basements and houses. They delivered 45 tons of drinking and industrial water and a ton of food.
Up to a hundred buildings in Velyka Kardashyntsi were damaged and half-destroyed as a result of the flooding, half of them are uninhabitable. The number of destroyed houses in Kardashyntsi and Kohany cannot be determined due to the occupation. It is known that half of the housing stock in these villages was destroyed by water.
Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On the night of June 26, russian troops struck Nikopol Raion three times with heavy artillery. They hit Nikopol and the Marhanets community. No one was killed or wounded.
This afternoon, the occupying forces attacked Nikopol with heavy artillery. They hit a private enterprise. A 51-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man were killed. A 49-year-old man was wounded. He has a mine-blast injury, he was hospitalized.
One-third of the residents of Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast have already been connected to a centralized water supply. Water is still being supplied with a high chlorine content.
Poltava Oblast
There is no electricity supply in 18 settlements in Poltava Oblast: nine power lines are down due to bad weather.
In the Kozelshchyna community in Poltava Oblast, the last bust of the soviet-era russian writer maksim gorky was dismantled.
Western Oblasts
Chernivtsi Oblast
Ihor Prepelitsa, a soldier from Sokyriany Raion, was posthumously awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, III degree. The defender was killed while performing combat missions near the village of Novoselivske, Luhansk Oblast, in November 2022.
A memorial cross to the fighters for the freedom of Ukraine was unveiled in the village of Shubranets. Its installation was initiated by the Chernivtsi City Society of Political Prisoners and Repressed as part of the Undefeated Ukrainians project. The event was dedicated to the 82nd anniversary of Ukraine’s declaration of independence in Bukovyna.
The next winners of the government’s eRobota program were announced. Another 22 entrepreneurs from Bukovyna will receive funding to start/scale their own businesses (microgrants).
Zakarpattia Oblast
UAH 90,535 was raised during the Uzhhorod Night Run charity race held in Uzhhorod the day before. The participants, more than 300 people, ran a distance of 4 kilometers. The funds raised will go to the DIU’s Wings special forces unit to equip 4 strike groups and to the NGO Movement to Support Zakarpattia Military.
A new media project “Zakarpattia and War” was presented in Uzhhorod. Media professionals, writers, and a professor from the trenches, Fedir Shandor, worked on it. It includes people’s stories, thoughts, memories, stories about successful examples of cooperation between IDPs and countrymen, important projects and ideas, and a look into the future without war and suffering.
