Northern oblasts

Kyiv

Rescuers found the bodies of two more victims under the rubble in the damaged house in the Solomianskyi district. The operation to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack continues. Rescuers are still working in the damaged building. In total, five people were killed in the house that was hit by the fragments of a russian missile.

Local residents cleaned up the area around the nearby buildings in less than a day.

The first shelter with an automated access system is being set up in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv. According to the District State Administration, the doors of the shelter will be opened remotely during each air raid alert. In case of power outage, the doors will always be open. People will also be able to use a chatbot to get a temporary pin code to enter the shelter in case of malfunctions in the automated system.

Zhytomyr Oblast

By September 1, 2023, Zhytomyr lyceums and kindergartens will have their existing shelters renovated and new ones opened. For this purpose, the city budget plans to allocate 35 million hryvnias.

Kharkiv Oblast

Over the past day, the enemy fired at the frontline and border settlements of the Kharkiv, Kupiansk, and Chuhuiv raions of the oblast.

In particular, Chervona Zorya, Veterynarne, Kozacha Lopan, Ohirtseve, Hatyshche, Krasne Pershe, Dvorichna, Masiutivka, Kyslivka, Berestove and other settlements were under fire from the russian occupiers.

A 49-year-old civilian man was wounded in the village of Kruhlyakivka, Kupiansk Raion.

In the town of Pivdenne, Kharkiv Raion, a 7-year-old boy found an object that looked like a cartridge and hit it against the wall. As a result of the explosion, the boy was injured and hospitalized.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, russian weapons have taken the lives of 1,572 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast and wounded another 3,722 people. The number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

In the Lysychansk sector, 15 houses in Yampil of the Lyman community were damaged by russian shelling. In the Zvanivka community, a house in the village of Zvanivka, as well as a house and a school in Pereizne were ruined. A non-residential building was damaged in Siversk.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

In the morning, the enemy carried out an airstrike on Avdiivka, wounding one person.

The partners of the Pokrovsk community, the Team4UA Charitable Foundation, have delivered another humanitarian aid to the community – 4,000 loaves of fresh bread.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

In the Horlivka direction, two people were injured in Toretsk. Two commercial objects and a residential building were damaged in the city. Also, five houses in Shcherbynivka were destroyed in the community.

Two houses were damaged in the Chasiv Yar community. In the Soledar community, Rozdolivka and Vasiukivka came under fire.

Katerynivka was hit by a rocket in the Illinivka community. There are no casualties or destruction.

Today, russian troops continued shelling the suburbs and neighborhoods of the city of Chasiv Yar. They hit the central part of the city. As of 3:00 p.m., there are no casualties or injuries. Fewer than a thousand residents remain in the city.

Volnovakha and Volnovakha Raion

On June 24, the russian military shelled Vuhledar with artillery. One person was killed, they also hit Toretsk, where two residents were injured, a shop, trade pavilions, and vehicles were damaged.

Mykolaiv Oblast

Yesterday, June 24, the enemy fired artillery at the water area of ​​the Ochakiv community. There are no casualties.

In Mykolaiv, the Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanska districts, the day and night passed relatively calmly.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

During the past day, on June 24, the russian military carried out 71 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Another 15 residential buildings and other property of local residents were damaged.

An 85-year-old woman from Preobrazhenka and a 77-year-old woman from Novodanilivka were injured as a result of shelling by russian troops in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Today there were three explosions in the village of Kushugum. About 30 houses were damaged. All houses are subject to restoration. A hangar for grain storage and a grain truck were also damaged. 

The russians are intensifying pressure on forced passporting in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Yes, without a passport of the russian federation, it is impossible to receive social benefits and medical assistance in the occupied territories.

Odessa Oblast

In the Black Sea, the russian naval group decreased to six ships. A submarine equipped with four Calibers is on duty.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Water networks are being filled in Nikopol. Water is supplied with reduced pressure and an increased dose of chlorine, so it is requested not to be used for drinking purposes. After the destruction of the Kakhovka HPP, the water supply in the Nikopol Raion stopped. In Nikopol, restrictions were introduced on the issue of drinking water – no more than 20 liters in one hand.

Kirovohrad Oblast

A car race was held in Kropyvnytskyi in honor of military sailors who disappeared after russian missiles hit boats in 2022. 16 sailors are considered missing after these shellings. Relatives are convinced that the sailors are alive and in russian captivity. They wanted to draw the attention of the authorities to the need to search for the missing.

Cherkasy Oblast

It became known that during the russian terrorist attack in Olenivka, a resident of Cherkasy, deputy commander of the “Azov” regiment, lieutenant colonel Dmytro Bukarov, died. He had two daughters.

Chernivtsi Oblast

The exhibition “Old – New” was presented today at the General Consulate of the Slovak Republic in Uzhhorod. This diplomatic agency organized an action in support of Ukraine. The works of the classics of the Zakarpattia school of painting were presented in the premises of the consulate. The canvases were brought to Uzhgorod for a few days by private collectors from Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Also, the Mayor of Michalovce, together with police and volunteer organizations of Slovakia, presented the police of the Zakarpattia Oblast with an ambulance, which will go to the front line at the disposal of the National Police Battalion “West”.
