Northern Oblasts
Kyiv Oblast
On the night of July 11, the Kyiv Oblast suffered another russian attack. This time the enemy used drones. The air alert lasted almost two hours. All enemy targets were shot down by air defense forces. Residential buildings were damaged by falling debris in two districts of Kyiv Oblast. In particular, 12 private buildings and one multi-storey building. The damage is minor: broken windows, doors, cut facades, roofs. In addition, as a result of the falling debris, the grass floor caught fire in several places. The fire has been extinguished.
In Irpen, on the occasion of the Ivan Kupala holiday, the Steady Nation charitable foundation organized a traditional Kupala event for military personnel who came to their hometown on vacation. This holiday became part of the rehabilitation for the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the event, the artists of the band “Korolivna” performed traditional Kupala folk rites, while the guests together wove wreaths, sang Ukrainian songs and tied ribbons to the wish tree. Guests from Lithuania also joined the celebration.
Zhytomyr Oblast
In the Olevsk community of the Korosten raion, people went to pick blueberries on the mined territory. The car hit a mine, the 23-year-old driver died.
Zhytomyr Oblast handed over almost 15 tons of bottled water to the residents of Apostolove in Kryvyi Rih raion. In total, more than 2,400 bottles of six liters each were delivered to the city.
1 million 244 thousand 100 hryvnias for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were collected during the charity auction “Ukrainians for Ukraine. Charity Dinner” yesterday in Zhytomyr. It was organized by representatives of the public organization “Union of TV and Film Industry Entrepreneurs”.
Chernihiv Oblast
On the night of July 11, the russians fired mortars and barrel artillery at three border communities of the Chernihiv Oblast: Snovske, Novgorod-Siverskyi, and Semenivka. On the territory of Snovske community, 40 bursts of barrel artillery, eight explosions from an automatic grenade launcher and 17 from a mortar were recorded. In the Novogorod-Siverskyi community, one round of barrel artillery was recorded near the villages of Kamianska Sloboda and Gai. Another one, with an 82-millimeter mortar, is near the village of Buchki. Another nine mortar attacks were observed in the Gremyacha area. The Semenivka community came under fire from barrel artillery: two explosions were recorded near Mykolaivka, eight near Tymonovichi.
Sumy Oblast
On the day of July 10, 180 explosions were recorded as a result of russian shelling in eight communities of Sumy Oblast.
During the night and morning of July 11, russian soldiers fired 8 times on the border of Sumy Oblast. 40 explosions were recorded. 6 communities came under fire.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Last day, the russian occupiers shelled the settlements of Kharkiv, Bogodukhiv, Kupyansk and Chuguiv raions.
As a result of shelling of Oleksandrivka and Timofiivka villages of Bogoduhiv raion, a private house and an outbuilding were damaged.
A 64-year-old man was injured in Dvorichna village of Kupyansk raion.
As a result of shelling from artillery and helicopters in the village of Odnorobivka, Bogodukhiv raion, 5 private houses, farm buildings, a car and electricity supply facilities were damaged.
Over the past day, pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service inspected more than 7 hectares of territory and neutralized 101 explosive objects.
Donetsk Oblast
During July 10, russian troops shelled 10 settlements in Donetsk Oblast 20 times. They hit the residential quarters with aviation, artillery and “Hrad”.
In just one day, three people were killed in Donetsk Oblast from shelling by the russian army, and seven more residents of the region were injured.
In total, since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,609 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, and injured another 3,830 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion
In Predtechyn, the administrative building of the Kostyantynivka community was damaged by russian shelling.
In the Lysychansk direction, 2 houses were destroyed in Zarichne of the Lyman community, power lines were cut in Yurkivka of the Mykolaiv community.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
One person died and 3 were injured in Gostre of the Kurakhove community. During the day, there was shelling of Novomykhailivka, Maryinka community.
In Pokrovsk, with the support of benefactors, a destroyed school is being restored. She was damaged by enemy shelling last November. The American organization Global Empowerment Mission joined the restoration work in partnership with the Howard G Buffett Foundation, whose representatives helped to replace 195 windows.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion
In the Horlivka direction in Toretsk, 1 person died and 1 was injured, 14 houses were damaged. 2 houses were damaged in the Chasiv Yar community.
Shelling of Kleban-Byk of the Illinivka community and the outskirts of the Soledar community was recorded.
In the Toretsk community, due to constant shelling by the russian army, all markets were closed by the decision of the city authorities on July 11.
Volnovakha and Volnovakha raion
In the Volnovakha direction, the russians shelled Vugledar 14 times and Novoukrayinka 1 time, without casualties.
Mariupol
People’s deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko posted satellite images of the port on his Telegram channel, which show how the occupiers are stealing Ukrainian metal. Over the course of a year, the russians stole $25 million worth of hot-rolled coils from warehouses and took them to the russian federation by ship.
Luhansk Oblast
The invaders forced local entrepreneurs to re-register their businesses under russian law by July 1. Now, when the term has passed, they are reminded of the loss of the right to conduct the relevant activity and are threatened with criminal liability. They demand to stop their activities and promise disappointing consequences if the entrepreneurs do not respond to the threats. Re-registration takes place only if the holder has a passport of the russian federation.
Southern Oblasts
Mykolayiv Oblast
Yesterday, July 10, enemy artillery fire was recorded on the settlement of the Kutsurub community. As a result, there was a fire of dry grass and bushes. The fire was promptly liquidated by units of the Department of State Emergency Services in the Mykolayiv Oblast. There are no casualties.
Also yesterday, the enemy fired artillery at Cape Ochakivskyi and the water area of Ochakiv community. There are no casualties.
In Mykolayiv, Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanka raions, the day and night passed relatively calmly.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
During the past day, on July 10, the russian military shelled 12 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. So far, 29 reports of the destruction of residential infrastructure have been recorded. In total, the russian army shelled cities and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast 65 times.
In Orikhiv, the demolition of the rubble at the place of delivery of humanitarian aid was completed. Russian troops hit there with a guided aerial bomb. The bodies of three more dead local residents were recovered from the rubble. 11 people injured as a result of shelling are in medical facilities. Two more victims were treated without hospitalization.
Yesterday, during the work on clearing rubble and unblocking human bodies, the russian military carried out another airstrike near the site of the previous hit. There were no casualties or injuries as a result of the repeated airstrike. A police car was damaged by the blast wave.
Odesa Oblast
At night, two drones hit the administrative building of a port facility in Odesa. Falling debris ignited two near-port terminals, in particular, the grain terminal. The fire has been extinguished, there are no critical damages or injuries. In total, during the night, the russian army launched several waves of Shahed-136 type attack drones from the waters of the Black Sea, 22 drones were shot down by air defense.
The families of the crew members of the patrol boats «Slovyansk» and «Stanislav» continue to search for their loved ones. They disappeared on May 7 near Snake Island. Rockets hit the boats and they sank. Some of the crew members managed to escape, the rest went missing. Relatives have reason to believe that the soldiers are alive and in captivity of the enemy. In support of them, on July 9, they held a charity event in Odesa, where they collected money for the needs of the Armed Forces.
Kherson Oblast
During the day, russian troops shelled the Kherson Oblast 52 times with mortars, artillery, tanks, Grads, grenade launchers, and drones. 21 shells were fired in Kherson. They hit residential areas. Three people were injured.
On July 10, the russian military dropped explosives on Zolota Balka, Beryslav raion. One man is injured. During the day, three communities were shelled, in particular, Beryslav and Lvove were hit.
At night, the russian army shelled the Antonivskyi bridge area on the left bank of the Dnipro River.
This afternoon, the russian army attacked Sofiivka of the Stanislav community in Kherson Oblast with Grad rockets. A woman was killed and a man was wounded. Rescue services are working at the site of the attack.
The russian military shelled the humanitarian headquarters in Suvorov district of Kherson and at least five houses, wounding two people.
In the afternoon, the enemy shelled the temporarily occupied town of Oleshky with artillery. A retired couple was killed.
Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
On July 10, a 58-year-old man was wounded as a result of shelling by the russian army in Synelnyky Raion of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. 12 houses, an outbuilding, and three cars were damaged.
The enemy fired a dozen shells at Dnipropetrovsk last night. They fired from heavy artillery. Twice – at the Marhanets community and once again – at Nikopol. No one was killed or injured. Other consequences of the shelling are being investigated.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, pyrotechnics in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast have neutralized more than 7,200 pieces of ammunition and surveyed almost 3,000 hectares of territory.
In Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, reconstruction of one of the hospital’s intensive care units has begun.
It is planned to set up a rehabilitation unit for both military and civilians.
Cherkasy Oblast
During one of the extreme alarms, fragments of a downed cruise missile fell in Cherkasy Oblast. As a result, the roofs of two houses and the power grid were damaged. Pyrotechnics destroyed the warhead of the cruise missile.
Hydroelectric power engineers at Kaniv HPP delivered humanitarian aid to residents of Kherson Oblast who suffered as a result of the Kakhovka HPP explosion. They have prepared hygiene products, household chemicals, bedding, disinfectants, tea, coffee, canned food, long-life and instant food, and sweets.
Western Oblasts
Lviv Oblast
Two soldiers of the 125th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Taras Dovhun and Mykola Makarevych, were posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine. The men were killed near Bakhmut. Eternal glory to the Heroes.
More than fifty additional beds for IDPs were arranged in the dormitory of the Rava-Ruska Professional Lyceum. They created 17 comfortable rooms. We financed the repair work under the Program for the Implementation of Priority Infrastructure Projects. UAH 4 million was allocated from the regional budget for the repairs. In total, during 2022-2023, together with donor organizations and communities in the Lviv Oblast, more than 4.8 thousand additional places for IDPs were created.
Khmelnytskyi Oblast
The Khmelnytsky Regional Emergency Medical Center has received 14 new ambulances for the region’s teams. “The ambulances were purchased at public expense, and the price of each vehicle is about three million hryvnias.
Chernivtsi Oblast
The Ukrainian Women Entrepreneurs Hub was opened in Chernivtsi. This is a space for developing women’s entrepreneurial potential. It will provide knowledge of financial literacy and discover the talents of each woman. There will also be a free offline training program, mentoring, psychological support, and a children’s room where women can leave their children for the duration of their studies.
Zakarpattia Oblast
A resident of Mukachevo, who is suspected of justifying russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine on social media, faces up to five years in prison. According to the investigation, the man was spreading disinformation and Kremlin narratives about the war in Ukraine on social media.
The first of three trains with children from Kherson Oblast arrived in Mukachevo. From there, 104 children will travel by bus to their Ukrainian partners in the Austrian federal state of Burgenland for a vacation.
