Northern oblasts
Kyiv Oblast
On the night of August 19, the enemy tried to attack the Kiev Oblast with UAVs. The air alert lasted more than four hours. No hits, casualties or debris falling on the territory of the communities were recorded. Operational groups continue to monitor and identify possible consequences of the enemy’s night attack.
In the Kyiv Oblast, 187 educational institutions damaged as a result of hostilities have already been restored. A total of 232 such institutions were damaged or destroyed.
11 families from the Kyiv Oblast have received apartments under the New Home program. These are large families with children and pregnant women whose husbands are in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, whose homes were destroyed as a result of the russian aggression.
Zhytomyr Oblast

Last night, around midnight, the russian occupiers shelled the village of Zahryzove in the Izium Raion. A 44-year-old woman and a 26-year-old civilian man were wounded and hospitalized.
Also, the city of Vovchansk and the village of Vilcha in the Chuhuiv Raion were shelled at night. In Vilcha, 3 residential houses, outbuildings, and buildings of a civilian enterprise were damaged. A house was damaged in Vovchansk. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.
Yesterday, the enemy fired at the settlements of the Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Izium, and Kupiansk raions.

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the Novokalynove and Avdiivka raions of the Donetsk Oblast. More than 15 settlements, including Novokalynove, Tonenke, Sievierne, Nevelske, Netaylove, and Karlivka of the Donetsk Oblast, were hit by artillery fire.
In the Marinka direction, defense forces continue to hold back the advance of russian troops in the Marinka and Krasnohorivka raions of the Donetsk Oblast. The enemy launched an airstrike in the Krasnohorivka Raion of the Donetsk Oblast. More than 10 settlements, including Hostre, Marinka, Novomykhailivka, Kostiantynivka, Antonivka of the Donetsk Oblast, were hit by artillery fire.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the areas east of Bila Hora and Toretsk of the Donetsk Oblast. Airstrikes were conducted in Klishchiivka and Andriivka raions of the Donetsk Oblast. More than 15 settlements, including Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bakhmut, Bila Hora, Diliivka, Pleshchiivka, and New York of the Donetsk Oblast, were affected by enemy artillery fire.
In the last three months, the russian army has lost so much artillery equipment in the Bakhmut direction that it is forced to pull up the rocket systems of salvo fire to the first line of defense. This trend is observed at the front by the soldiers of the 26th Artillery Brigade.
Luhansk Oblast

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Odesa Oblast

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Chernivtsi Oblast
A businessman from Chernivtsi, Yurii Kulichevsky, handed over an optical sight, a night vision device, a thermal imager and a Nissan Navara car to the soldiers of the 115th brigade. These things are vital on the front lines.
History, mathematics, and geography classes have been serving as housing for internally displaced persons for more than a year. Currently, 215 people live in the oblast center of social and psychological assistance in Chernivtsi. Previously, there was a school attached to the sanatorium.
In Bukovyna, 118 agrarians received over UAH 415.4 million in bank loans for farm development. In particular, the largest share of them was issued under the state program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%”. It was used by 113 enterprises, attracting almost UAH 357 million. With the help of these funds, agricultural producers will be able to successfully carry out harvesting operations and prepare for the next sowing campaign.
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
