Northern Oblasts
Kyiv Oblast
In Kyiv Oblast, the Supervisory Council for Reconstruction was created. It included representatives of UNDP in Ukraine, Transparency International Ukraine, Institute of Legislative Ideas, Open Contracting Partnership, Fiscal Policy Research Center and UNN Information Agency. The main task of the Supervisory Board is to control all stages of reconstruction, from planning to project completion.

On the night of September 7 in Sumy, a russian drone of the «Shahed» type hit a residential quarter, damaging 1 private house, 2 shops and 20 apartments in a high-rise building.
On the morning of September 7, the russian army struck the center of the village of Ugroyidy, Krasnopillia community. Commercial buildings caught fire as a result of the shelling.
Also, today in the territory of the Velyka Pysarivka community in the Sumy Oblast, a mine exploded on a combine harvester while working in a sunflower field. The driver was sent to the hospital with injuries.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Yesterday, the enemy fired artillery, mortars, and combat helicopters at settlements in Kharkiv, Bogodukhiv, Chuguyiv, and Kupyansk raions.
As a result of shelling from a combat helicopter, the village of Kozacha Lopan, Kharkiv raion, damaged 9 private residential buildings, garages, and farm buildings. In the village of Glushkivka, Kupyansk raion, a 25-year-old civilian man was injured and hospitalized in a serious condition.
As a result of the shelling from the helicopter of the village of Petropavlivka, Kupyansk raion, a fire broke out in the field.
In the village of Synelnykove, Chuguyiv raion, three houses and farm buildings were damaged by shelling.
Two foresters aged 25 and 29 years old were blown up by an unknown explosive device in the Nortsivka forestry area of the Nortsivka village of the Izyum raion. Hospitalized in a moderate condition.

As a result of ussian shelling in Donetsk Oblast, 58 people were injured in 24 hours.
The occupying forces of the russian inflicted 25 attacks on the civilian population. 13 settlements were under enemy fire. The enemy used the R-37 anti-aircraft missile, Uragan, Grad anti-aircraft missiles, artillery.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion
As of now, according to official information, as a result of the attack on the market in Kostyantynivka on August 6, 16 people were killed and 33 people were injured. The youngest person killed was 18 years old, the oldest was 83. The strike of the russian army damaged 27 different objects in the city.
More than 10 settlements were hit by enemy artillery and mortar fire in the Lyman direction.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
Yesterday, the enemy carried out an air strike in the Avdiyivka direction. More than 15 settlements were hit by artillery and mortar attacks.
In Pokrovsk, Donetsk Oblast, the examination of the house, which was hit by a russian missile on August 7, is ongoing. Three entrances of the five-story building were damaged, and residents are already returning to the apartments of the other four.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion
The russian army shelled Siversk with “grads”. One person died, three others were injured.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
99 times the army of the russian shelled the cities and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast in the past day. In particular, it launched 5 missile strikes on Zaporizhzhia, Mykhailo-Lukashevo and Tavriysk. In total, almost 15 settlements were under fire.
One man was killed and another was wounded as a result of artillery shelling in Stepnohirsk. A 34-year-old man was wounded during the shelling of Preobrazhenka. Two elderly women were injured as a result of a rocket attack on Tavriysk.
Six fires broke out in the Zaporizhzhia, Vasylivskai, Polohy raions of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast last day as a result of russian shelling. Firefighters extinguished the fire.
Today, the russian military targeted the Zaporizhzhia raion. It is known in advance about the strike by ballistic weapons.

Air defense forces destroyed 24 “Shahed-131/136” type drones over Odesa.
The russian army attacked the south of Odesa Oblast with attack drones for three hours. As a result, civil and port infrastructure facilities, an elevator, and an administrative building were damaged in several settlements. Two truck drivers were injured.
Kherson Oblast
Russian troops shelled the Kherson Oblast 68 times in the past day, using 239 shells. They hit the building and the territory of the factory in Kherson, and residential quarters were also shelled. There are no casualties or injuries.
Today, the russian army attacked Odradokamyanka in the Kherson Oblast twice. The first time with artillery, the second time with drones. One person died, two were injured.
Kherson came under fire today. The projectile hit the house, a fire broke out. Residents of the high-rise building had to escape on the street. No one was in the burned apartment, its owner and her two children left because of the shelling.
In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson Oblast, where the russian occupiers are holding so-called “elections” to the “Kherson Regional Duma”, cases were recorded when men were served with mobilization summons immediately after voting.
The coordinators of “Active Community” in Skadovsk, together with initiative groups, held a meeting where the needs of the elderly and their assistance were discussed.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Russian troops fired a dozen shots from heavy artillery at Nikopol on the night of September 7. The consequences of the attack are being investigated. No one was killed or injured.
All six patients wounded in the rocket attack on Kostiantynivka who were transported to a hospital in Dnipro are in extremely serious condition and on artificial respiration devices. One of the patients had to have her heart restarted because it had stopped.

Reconstruction continues in Mala Oleksandrivka, Kherson Oblast. Construction crews from Kirovohrad Oblast have repaired 40 houses, replacing roofs, windows, and doors. 16 houses are still under construction. They promise to finish before the cold weather. There are still repairs to be done to a community center and the second phase of the program.

A soldier from Poltava Oblast has been posthumously awarded the Order for Courage, III degree. Dmytro Belikov worked as a truck driver. He came to the defense of Ukraine last year. He was killed near Bilohorivka, Luhansk Oblast.
The seventh rotation of architects and builders worked in Kherson. Five specialists from the Petrivske-Romen and Reshetylivka communities and the Local Roads Agency examined the homes of Kherson residents who suffered damage as a result of flooding after the occupiers blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant. The new rotation is ready to continue the work of their colleagues.
Cherkasy Oblast
In Cherkasy, volunteers organized the production of copters for the military, which cost only $300-500. Their production was set up at the Cherkasy City Institute. Drones with FPV technology allow the pilot to control the projectile in real-time and deliver an accurate strike. Such drones save the lives of the military.
The Cherkasy project for the construction of a temporary shelter for IDPs was approved by the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine to receive a subvention. In total, 1081 applicants applied for the subvention, and only 44 cities approved the projects. According to the project, two premises of a former kindergarten will be rebuilt in Cherkasy. They will equip 41 rooms. After the renovation, up to 250 IDPs will be able to live there. The cost of the project is UAH 96 million. It will be implemented on the terms of co-financing from the European Investment Bank and the budget of the Cherkasy community.
Vinnytsia Oblast
Fallen defender Serhii Loik from Vinnytsia Oblast was awarded the Order for Courage, III degree. The warrior was a service officer of a grenade launcher unit of a fire support platoon of the 2nd Airmobile Battalion. He was killed last year in Donetsk Oblast. The award was handed over to his family in Khmilnyk.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Kamianets-Podilskyi
The community raised almost UAH 131 thousand through the charity event “Instead of Flowers – Help for the Armed Forces” held on September 1 in educational institutions. All the funds will be used for the needs of Kamyanets-Podilsky soldiers currently defending Ukraine.
Chernivtsi Oblast
Families of fallen soldiers in Bukovyna received state awards. Mykola Kolesnik, Serhii Bledeniuk, Anatolii Solovey, Mykola Burdeinyi, Oleksandr Cheban, Serhii Pliska, Mykola Bambuliak, and Oleksandr Serebryanskyi were posthumously awarded the Order of Courage, III degree.
Residents of the Nepolokovets community sent another humanitarian aid to the front. They brought food, hygiene products, socks, and other items from the village of Pyadikivtsi to Donetsk Oblast. Local entrepreneurs and concerned residents joined in to collect the cargo.
During the First Bell celebration, students and teachers of the Leonid Kadenyuk Klishkovets basic educational institution raised more than UAH 37 thousand. These funds will be used to buy necessary items for the military. Also, students, parents, and staff of the lyceum №11 “Prestige” in Chernivtsi raised UAH 108 thousand for a car for a unit where a member of the school serves.
Galyna Chaplak from Chernivtsi sews toys for soldiers from their worn-out uniforms. She has been doing this for almost a year at the request of her military friends. These are toys in the form of gnomes, which the soldiers take with them to the front as amulets and talismans, and also order them home.
Zakarpattia Oblast
A Council for Internally Displaced Persons was established at the Zakarpattia Regional Military Administration. The Council’s task is to help IDPs adapt as quickly as possible and to involve them in community life. Today, more than 300 thousand IDPs live in the region.
In Mukachevo, pupils and kindergarteners are taught safety rules. This is done in a special classroom that has been operating for 3 months in the fire and rescue unit. Classes are taught by patrol police officers, rescuers, and safety specialist.
