Northern oblasts

Kyiv

Kyiv and Berlin signed an agreement on partnership between the two cities. As a sign of the importance of cooperation and as a sign of solidarity between German partners with Ukrainians, , a ceremony was held for the mayors of the two cities to pass through the Brandenburg Gate.

The field office of the International Criminal Court, which is the largest representative office of the International Criminal Court (ICC) outside The Hague, has started work in Kyiv. Ukraine’s cooperation with the ICC is a full-fledged partnership. Ukrainian prosecutors work side by side with ICC experts on an almost daily basis.

In Kyiv, the monument to Princess Olha was dressed in a bulletproof vest – a performance organized by the Women’s Veterans Movement. The purpose of the performance is to emphasize the reliable protection of female military personnel and to present the first Ukrainian anatomical female body armor for defenders.

On Friday, September 15, at 12 metro stations, experienced doctors will teach citizens the basics of first aid. Anyone can join the training. The list of locations is available on the website.

Kyiv Oblast

Explosives are still being found in the Kyiv Oblast. The other day, residents of the Bucha Raion found explosive ammunition in their own yard. It turned out to be two grenade launcher rounds. Experts carried out controlled disposal in a specially designated area.

Dobrobat volunteers continue to help restore Irpin. This time, 15 volunteers are helping to dismantle a private house that cannot be restored.

Zhytomyr Oblast

10 residents of the Donetsk Oblast arrived in the Zhytomyr Oblast by another evacuation train. The IDPs include a child and two people with disabilities.

As part of the investigation into the collision of two combat trainer aircraft in the Zhytomyr Oblast, experts have collected testimonies from more than 75 people, are conducting more than a dozen examinations, and are studying the decoding of black boxes.

Chernihiv Oblast

During the day of September 13, russians shelled the border areas of the Chernihiv Oblast. The Novhorod-Siversk and Semenivka communities came under fire.

They started to restore the roof of the Chernihiv Drama Theater, which was destroyed during a russian missile attack on the city center on August 19.

Sumy Oblast

On September 13, 123 explosions were recorded in the Sumy Oblast as a result of russian shelling. In the Velyka Pysarivka community, the school premises, a house of culture, private houses, and a car were damaged. A total of 24 shelling attacks were recorded in 9 communities of the Sumy Oblast.

On the night of September 14, the russian army shelled two communities of the Sumy Oblast. A shop was hit in Yunakivka, and a non-working bathhouse was damaged in the Nova Sloboda community.

Eastern oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Over the past 24 hours, the occupiers carried out airstrikes on the outskirts of the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, and Kupiansk raions.

The army of the russian federation carried out more than 13 artillery and mortar attacks on the civilian infrastructure of the border areas.

At night, the occupiers shelled the center of the town of Vovchansk. An administration building was destroyed.

In the village of Velykyi Burluk, Kupiansk Raion, the shelling smashed windows in an administrative building, and damaged 1 private house, 1 two-story residential building, and 4 cars. There were no casualties. 

In the village of Cherneshchyna, Borivske community, Izium Raion, property of an agricultural company was damaged as a result of artillery shelling.

In the village of Blahodatne, Chuhuiv Raion, a harvester hit an anti-tank mine while carrying out agricultural work in the field. A 51-year-old man was injured, he suffered explosive injuries and burns, his condition is moderate.

Over the past day, the pyrotechnic units of the oblast surveyed 5.2 hectares of territory and neutralized 73 explosive devices. The work involved 33 bomb squads of the State Emergency Service (165 people and 65 pieces of equipment).

Donetsk Oblast

On September 13, russian troops shelled seven settlements in the Donetsk Oblast. They used Grad multiple rocket launchers and artillery. The shelling damaged houses, a school, power lines, and an administrative building.

Ukrainian troops had partial success in the Klishchiivka, Andriivka, and Kurdiumivka raions of the Donetsk Oblast during September 13. Defense forces continue to advance south of Bakhmut.

In three days, from September 11 to 13, energy workers restored electricity supply in 38 settlements of the Donetsk Oblast. More than 21,000 homes received electricity. 120 settlements remain without power.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

Police officers from the “White Angels” team evacuated 9-year-old Timofey from the village of Zarichne of the Lyman community. He remained the only child living in the village. The rest of the minors were evacuated to safe regions. The boy lived with his 77-year-old grandmother. The police convinced the woman to leave with her grandson at least to Lzman, where they prepared a house for them.

A resident of Sloviansk is suspected of collaborationism for transferring data on the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and military equipment in the city and its surroundings to the occupiers . He faces up to 15 years in prison.

Residents of the Lyman community in the Donetsk Oblast can get an appointment with a dentist and an ophthalmologist. In the city, appropriate medical offices have started working.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

One person in Avdiivka was injured by shelling from the russian army in the Donetsk Oblast.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion

Yesterday, the enemy fired artillery at Toretsk, shells hit a private house.

Volnovakha and Volnovakha Raion

The russians hit Novoukrayinka with Grad MRLS. Seven private houses, five outbuildings, a garage, and an administration building were damaged. Previously, there were no casualties.

Luhansk Oblast

After regrouping the units that had suffered losses, the russians became more active near Bilohorivka. They are changing the direction of the assaults, because they will not find any weak points in the Ukrainian defense.

Novoselivske, Novoyehorivka and Bilohorivka were hit by airstrikes. Bilohorivka was hit by artillery and mortar shelling.

Southern oblasts

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

The russian army fired 153 times on the towns and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast yesterday September 13. Eight air shells were used on Orikhiv. They fired at Novodarivka, Temyrivka and Lukianivka four times with anti-aircraft missiles and launched drones.

In the temporarily occupied Tokmak, the russian military has increased the number of patrols and checkpoints, and it is also strengthening filtering measures.

There are problems with fuel in the temporarily occupied Berdiansk Raion. At some gas stations, it is completely absent, and where it remained, prices were raised after the pseudo-elections.

A 10-year-old child, a woman and two disabled pensioners were evacuated by the police from the front-line Stepnohirsk of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. They were brought to the regional center.

Kherson Oblast

Over the past 24 hours, russian troops have struck the territory of the Kherson Oblast with various types of weapons 82 times. Residential quarters were shelled. The building of the educational institution in the Kherson Raion was damaged. One person died, eight were injured.

At night, the russian army shelled Novodmytrivka in the Kherson Oblast with artillery. A 6-year-old boy died, his 13-year-old brother was taken to the hospital in serious condition. The child has mine-explosive and craniocerebral injuries, contusion of the brain, liver, and lungs. Three neighbors who tried to help them were also injured. An ambulance, which was going to help the wounded, also came under fire in Novodmytrivka. The car was damaged, the doctors were not injured.

The russian military shelled Mykhailivka in the Kherson Oblast. An administration building os ruined. There are no casualties or injuries. 

In Kherson, the Security Service of Ukraine detained the informant of the deputy of the State Duma of the russian federation, Kastiukevich, during an attempt to transfer data. The woman offered him her help after the release of the regional center. She fixed the locations of combat units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Kherson woman is currently in custody. She faces up to 12 years in prison.

“Henichesk, Skadovsk and Nova Kakhovka resist.” In the temporarily occupied cities of the Kherson Oblast, activists of the “Yellow Ribbon” once again distributed patriotic leaflets and ribbons.

Central Oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Three russian drones were shot down by Air Defense Forces in the sky over the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on the night of September 14. The wreckage of one of them fell in the Pershotravneve community, the Nikopol Raion. A private house was partially destroyed there, and six more were damaged. Also, russian troops hit the Marganets community with artillery and “Grad” multiple launch rocket systems. Consequences are clarified. There were no casualties or injuries as a result of the attacks.

In the Kryvyi Rih Raion, a combat unit of the “Shahed” unmanned aerial vehicle was neutralized. It was found on the territory of the Novopillia community during earthworks.

Kirovohrad Oblast

A blogger suspected of justifying the aggressive policy of the kremlin and supporting the crimes of the russian occupiers in the war against Ukraine was exposed in the Kirovohrad Oblast. If the man’s guilt is proven in court, he faces imprisonment for up to 5 years with confiscation of property.

A third social hostel for internally displaced persons was opened in Kropyvnytskyi. It is created in accordance with the requirements of a barrier-free space and has all the necessary equipment,. The first four families from the Donetsk and Kherson oblasts have already settled here.

In Kropyvnytskyi, a record was set: in one day, 106 townspeople donated blood for defenders. This happened during the Donor action “Save the defender’s life”, which is ongoing in Kropyvnytskyi on the occasion of the city’s 269th anniversary.

Poltava Oblast

The reconstruction of settlements in the Kherson Oblast continues within the framework of the national project “Side by Side”. Repair work continues in 96 houses in Pravdyne and Chkalove. These de-occupied villages are now under the protection of the Poltava Oblast. The teams have already restored 40 households. Roofs were repaired, windows and doors were replaced.

Cherkasy Oblast

Residents of the Cherkasy Oblast continue to reincarnate their subordinate villages in the Kherson Oblast. Novopetrivka, Ivanivka and Mykolaivka are being transformed into livable villages. Together with all those who joined the national project “Side by Side”, Cherkasy residents have already restored 76 homes, and work is ongoing on 34 more objects.

Soldiers of the volunteer battalion organized training for students. First-year students of the East European University of Cherkasy were invited to a weapons study class. Due to the large number of interested, the organizers had to hire several instructors.

In the Cherkasy Oblast, a volunteer forge was created in the village of Lebedyn. Things necessary for the military are made there. Women volunteers also work in the forge. Over the entire period of operation, the forge produced 95,000 staples and 7,500 picks for digging trenches, as well as 600 tripods for cauldrons, 107 “burzhuika” stoves, 4,101 hammers and 3,600 axes.

Western Oblasts

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Kamianets-Podilskyi

Kamianets-Podilskyi City Hospital received charitable assistance from Pro Interplast Seligenstadt. It will significantly improve the quality of care for patients, many of whom are military personnel and internally displaced persons.

The volunteer crew of the Kamianets-Podilskyi “Town Hall” public organization delivered humanitarian aid to one of the medical institutions of the city of Zaporizhzhia. Medicines, walkers, bandages, textiles, walkers, crutches, canes, a cart and other necessary items were handed over to the doctors and patients.

Liudmila Boiko, an IDP from Bakhmut, is a pop vocal teacher. She is currently conducting classes at the “StarHouse” development center. The girls from the Women’s Club for IDPs, which is part of the “SOS Women Support Program for IDP Women” project, decided to create a choir, and Liudmila joined it.

Chernivtsi Oblast

The metropolitan, abbot of the male monastery of the Chernivtsi-Bukovyna Diocese of the Ukrainian orthodox church in Bancheny will be tried in the Chernivtsi Oblast. In Chernivtsi, the improvement of the Alley of Honorable Burials was completed. Tracks, a driveway and a fence were built there; engineering networks were laid and a new lighting system was installed.

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

Yurii Furyk from the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, after being wounded at the front, having his leg amputated and undergoing rehabilitation, is once again teaching children gymnastics. He worked as a coach at the Kolomyia Children’s and Youth Sports School for 30 years. In February 2022, the man went to fight and defend Ukraine.

Ternopil Oblast

In the Ternopil Oblast, a four-day training course for cadets is held in the children’s camp “Podilsko-Volynska Sich”. They are taught military and pre-medical training, and are shown how to handle explosives and weapons.

“4 Faces of Donetsk” – a charity exhibition with that name was opened in Ternopil. These are frontal photos of four military correspondents. Before bringing the exhibition to Ternopil, the photos were shown in Dnipro and Kramatorsk.

Zakarpattia Oblast

The event to support employment and development of entrepreneurship in the Zakarpattia Oblast was held with the participation of employers from the entire region. Each employer presented his company and current employment offers at a separate location. Here people could get advice on employment issues, a voucher for training or the creation of micro-grants for starting and developing a business, legal and other support.

The team of the Zakarpattia Museum of Folk Architecture and Life won the international competition for making dumplings in Slovakia. The competition was held as part of the Day of Folk Traditions.
