Kyiv

11 residential buildings in Kyiv Oblast will be restored at the expense of the state budget. The contracts for the reconstruction of damaged buildings in the Kyiv Oblast were signed by the State Agency for the Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine. The works are financed from the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of the Armed Aggression of the russian federation.
Another residential building destroyed during the active hostilities and occupation of the region is being rebuilt in Bucha. The apartment building was heavily damaged: windows were smashed, the roof and floor slabs were destroyed, some apartments burned out, and utilities were damaged. It is planned to restore and insulate the facade, replace the roof and damaged windows in the building and on the balconies, and arrange floor labs. In addition, it is planned to carry out interior decoration of the damaged apartments and restore communications.
Chernihiv Oblast
On September 24, russians shelled three border communities of the Chernihiv Oblast: Novhorod-Siversk, Semenivka, and Horodnia. In total, border guards recorded 132 explosions.
The executive committee approved a detailed plan for the territory of the second microdistrict of the Masany residential area. These procedural decisions will eventually allow the Danish company ROCKWOOL to start building housing in the Masany neighborhood for people who lost their own homes as a result of active hostilities. The company plans to finance the construction of a building with several entrances with a total number of 410 apartments, which will then be given to the victims free of charge.
Sumy Oblast
On the night of September 25, the russian army shelled the Seredyna-Buda community in the Sumy Oblast. 10 explosions were recorded. According to law enforcement officers, livestock were killed. Also, the shelling caused certain damage.

Kharkiv Oblast
On the morning of September 25, the enemy shelled the town of Kupiansk, damaging an outbuilding and setting off a fire. There were no casualties.
Over the past 24 hours, the enemy continued shelling the settlements in the Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv, Izium, and Kupiansk raions. In particular, Kupiansk, Vovchansk, Kozacha Lopan, Dvorichna, Synelnykove and other settlements were under enemy fire, and the village of Cherneshchyna in the Izium Raion was subjected to an airstrike.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

Ukrainian troops liberated two kilometers of territory in the Bakhmut sector. On September 24, the russian army fired over a thousand on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Bakhmut and Lyman-Kupiansk sectors.
Volnovakha and Volnovakha Raion
Two houses were damaged in the Volnovakha direction in Shakhtarske of the Velyka Novosilka community. Vuhledar came under fire 31 times.
Mariupol

Mykolaiv Oblast
On the night of September 24-25, the forces and means of anti-aircraft defense destroyed a Kalibr cruise missile in the Mykolayiv Oblast.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast
140 strikes on 23 settlements of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast were carried out by the russian army during the past day. Residents of Orikhove and Mala Tokmachka survived five airstrikes. Also, the enemy used MLRS, drones and fired 129 artillery shells on the territory of another nine settlements.
11 fires occurred as a result of russian shelling in the Pology and Vasylivka raions of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast yesterday, September 24. There are no casualties or injuries.
Several explosions rang out on the outskirts of temporarily occupied Berdiansk in the morning of September 25. The detonation continued for almost 30 minutes.
The defense forces repelled russian counterattacks in the Verbove, Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne, and Novodanylivka raions of the Zaporizhzha Oblast.
Odesa Oblast
At night, the russian army attacked Odesa with 19 drones of the Shahed-136/131 type and two Onyx missiles, as well as Calibers. Port infrastructure facilities, granaries, warehouses of a private enterprise and several private households in the suburbs of Odesa were damaged. The Odesa sea station and the hotel nearby suffered significant damage.
Blast waves broke glass in several houses and injured a woman. She was given medical assistance.
A russian missile hit the warehouse where grain was stored. Under the rubble, the bodies of two dead employees of the warehouse who worked there at night were found.
Air defense forces destroyed 30 out of 33 air targets that flew to Odesa at night.
In Moldova, in unrecognized Transnistria, fragments of the S-300 missile fell. The explosion occurred in the air at one o’clock in the morning. Debris fell into one of the gardens in the village of Kitskany. According to preliminary data, there are no injuries. The warhead of the missile entered the soil, but did not explode.
The russian military took two missile carriers with eight Calibers on combat duty in the Black Sea. In total, 11 warships of the russian federation are maneuvering at sea.
Kherson Oblast
On September 24, russian troops shelled the Kherson Oblast 87 times. Factories, medical and educational institutions, a church, an object of critical infrastructure are damaged . Two people died, 11 were injured.
The russian army also carried out five airstrikes. They dropped 27 guided aerial bombs on Mykolaivka, Lviv, Olhivka, Beryslav, Kherson and Odradokamianka.
Tonight, the russian army attacked Kherson. The building of the educational institution was damaged. Due to the morning shelling of the russian troops, a fire broke out at one of the city’s enterprises with an area of 500 square meters. Information about the victims is being clarified.

In the morning, the russian aviation dropped four guided aerial bombs on Beryslav. One of them hit the housing and operating office building. Another aerial bomb destroyed a residential building. Two people died. Two more were injured, they were hospitalized.
The police evacuated three families from Kherson and Komyshany, which are constantly under fire from the russian army. A woman with her daughter and grandson agreed to leave the Korabelny microdistrict in Kherson. Two families with three children from Komyshany were also evacuated.
Central Oblasts
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
A fire broke out at an industrial plant in Kryvyi Rih due to the fall of the wreckage of a russian drone, which was shot down by the Air Defense Forces on the night of September 25. The fire was extinguished.
At night, the russian army attacked the Nikopol Raion twice. The Pokrovsk and Myrove communities were hit by heavy artillery. An agricultural company and a power line were damaged. There were no dead or injured.
In Kryvyi Rih, the construction of the Memorial to Fallen Heroes at the Central Cemetery will begin this year. A fence, a gate, a chapel, a ritual site and a sculpture will be built. Kirovohrad Oblast

During the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the russian army damaged 141 residential buildings in the Kirovohrad Oblast. As of today, 51 houses have been restored and one new house has been purchased instead of the destroyed one.
Poltava Oblast
The number of people injured due to the missile attack in Kremenchuk has increased. Currently, 55 people are known to be injured. Six of them are children. 19 people are receiving inpatient treatment in city hospitals, including one child.
This year, it is planned to install the first information boards about defenders who fell on the front in Poltava’s Chestnut Alley. They will be mobile and made of anti-vandal material. Soldiers from Poltava, soldiers of Poltava brigades, as well as IDPs who died in battles and whose families now live in Poltava will be honored

Chernivtsi Oblast
The Hertsa community and the Vârfu Câmpului Commune, located in the Botoşani County of Romania, concluded a bilateral agreement on cross-border cooperation.
The cabinet for readaptation and reintegration was updated in the Chernivtsi Oblast War Veterans Hospital. Here, specialists provide individual and group consultations, conduct informational and motivational work, and organize support groups for military personnel and their relatives.
A charity fair was held at the Romankivtsi Lyceum. The students together with their parents collected about UAH 40,000 in total, which will be directed to the needs of the defenders.
Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast
