Northern Oblasts
Kyiv
Several higher education institutions were reported to be mined in Kyiv, including the University “KROK”, the territory of the University of Physical Education, the College of the Navy, and the Kyiv National Linguistic University. People were evacuated.

A 72-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man were injured in the shelling of Kupiansk-Vuzlove on October 11 and are being treated.

Investigators have identified the alleged gunners of the russian Iskander from a cafe in the village of Groza. They are local law enforcement brothers who sided with russia during the occupation: 30-year-old Volodymyr Mamon and his younger brother, 23-year-old Dmytro Mamon. On the eve of the de-occupation, the brothers fled to russia, but continued to collect information for the russians.
