Northern Oblasts

Kyiv

In the Kyiv gymnasium No. 62 in the Darnytskyi district, the shelter was repaired with the funds of the budget and sponsors. In the absence of alarms, it serves as a sports hall for children to engage in martial arts.

A new mural will appear in Kyiv. The picture will depict energy and a Ukrainian warrior who protects the sky from enemy attacks. The mural should appear on the facade of a high-rise building in the Pecherskyi district.

Kyiv Oblast 

For the second night in a row, russian terrorists attack the Kyiv Oblast with the help of drones. The air alert lasted almost 5 hours. Air defense was actively working. As a result of the attack, an infrastructure facility was damaged in one of the raions. According to preliminary information, there are no victims or victims. The fire has been extinguished.

In the Kyiv Oblast, during 2022-2023, protective structures were repaired in almost 900 educational institutions. Today, the construction of dual-purpose shelters continues in 19 schools and kindergartens, and repairs are being made in 65 educational institutions.

Chernihiv Oblast

During the day of November 18, russian troops shelled three border communities of Chernihiv Oblast with mortars and tube artillery.

Sumy Oblast 

At night and in the morning, the russian army shelled the border of Sumy Oblast six times. 20 explosions were recorded. Four communities were shelled.

Eastern Oblasts 

Kharkiv Oblast

During the day, 10 settlements were attacked by the russian federation. In the Kupyansk direction, the russian federation attacked in the areas of Synkivka and Petropavlivka. The Armed Forces repulsed seven attacks.

406 children in Kharkiv have been left without parents since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation. Before the invasion, about 100 children were adopted annually in Kharkiv. Since the beginning of martial law, according to the city council, citizens of Ukraine have adopted 14 children in the city.

Donetsk Oblast

In total, during November 18, the occupiers destroyed or damaged about 40 houses, administrative buildings, shops and infrastructure.

In the Donetsk Oblast, two people were injured on November 18.

Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,775 civilians of Donetsk Oblast, wounded another 4,318 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion

In the Lysychansk direction, Torske of the Lyman community came under fire twice.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion

In the Donetsk direction, in Maryinka community, 1 person was wounded in Maksimilianivka, Krasnohorivka, Zoryan and Kostyantynivka were shelled.

The russians launched a missile attack on Novogrodivka. One person was injured, 11 private houses and 7 infrastructure objects were damaged.

In the Selydiv community, the Ukrainian was hit by rockets: 14 high-rise buildings, 2 administrative buildings and 3 non-residential buildings were damaged.

In the Kurakhiv community, Kurakhove and Gostre were fired upon. Isolated shelling of Avdiyivka and Ocheretyn communities was recorded.

Rescuers from Donetsk Oblast dismantled 5.5 tons of emergency structures of a four-story residential building in Selidovo Pokrovsk raion, which was damaged by a rocket attack by the russian invaders on November 15. Also, 500 tons of construction debris were removed and property from one apartment was evacuated.

Russian troops near Avdiyivka continue to suffer significant losses, so the number of deserters is increasing. With russian soldiers, they hold “educational talks” and use physical force, sometimes they even practice shooting.

Luhansk Oblast 

The occupiers in Luhansk Oblast are increasing the number of vehicles taken from the local population. The occupiers also recognized the problems of forced passporting and set new deadlines, until the next presidential election in russia.

Mariupol

Deported from Mariupol, 18-year-old Bohdan Yermokhin, who was served with a summons in russia, returned to Ukraine. On November 13, russia gave permission to see the boy’s relative – his older sister, with whom she is now in Ukraine – in a “third country” until she comes of age.

Southern Oblasts 

Mykolayiv Oblast

On the night of November 19, the russian army launched an artillery attack on Ochakiv. There are no injuries or dead.

As a result of the morning shelling of Kherson by the russian army, five people were injured. A three-year-old girl, her grandmother, as well as a man and two women were injured by shrapnel. Doctors help everyone.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast 

Over the past 24 hours, russian military personnel have carried out 132 strikes on 25 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. 20 reports were received about the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure facilities. Civilians were not injured.

Odesa Oblast

In Odesa Oblast, due to bad weather, more than 18,000 homes in 47 settlements remained without electricity in the morning. In Odesa itself, there are more than 150 fallen trees and large branches. 28 bursts of external lighting wires were recorded.

Due to the storm, russia keeps the missile carriers at the bases. Only one warship is on duty in the Black Sea.

Kherson Oblast 

The russian army shelled the Kherson Oblast 71 times over the past day. She aimed at residential quarters of settlements, the territory of an agricultural enterprise in the Kherson raion. Four people are injured.

The enemy army attacked Bilozerka in the Kherson Oblast. The injured man went to the hospital on his own. After the shelling, the village lost electricity.

The russian military shelled Kherson in the morning. Five wounded. Among them is a six-year-old child. She is in intensive care. A three-year-old girl and her 55-year-old grandmother, a 59-year-old man and two other women aged 47 and 69 were injured by shrapnel.

On the temporarily occupied left bank of the Kherson Oblast, the russian military began to actively rob local residents. They use trucks to remove property from houses where people do not live.

The occupation authorities brought 34,000 russian textbooks to schools in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson Oblast.

Central Oblast 

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast 

On the night of November 19, russian troops fought twice in the Nikopol raion of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Artillery attacked Nikopol and the Chervonohorihorivka community. There are no casualties or injuries. The consequences of the shelling are being investigated.

Kirovohrad Oblast

Natalia Yurchenko, a pensioner from the Nove village in Kropyvnytskyi, prepares porridge, borscht, soups, pilaf, stuffed cabbage, and jam for the Ukrainian military. The woman has a medical degree, so she knows what requirements should be followed to prevent food poisoning. The shelf life of the food in the bags is one year. They are heat-treated at a temperature of over 110 degrees. Her two sons are at war. 

Poltava Oblast

Last night, air defense was working in Poltava Oblast.   

Free dental prosthetics are being provided to military personnel at the regional dental center in Poltava. It is funded by the regional budget. 

Cherkasy Oblast

Last night, the alarm in the region lasted almost four hours due to enemy targets in the sky. An enemy drone was shot down by air defense forces over Zvenyhorod Raion. Five houses were slightly damaged by the debris. There were no casualties.

Cherkasy Oblast has received 71 generators of various capacities for the region’s infrastructure facilities, as well as 4 modular boiler houses. This assistance was provided by the Canadian Red Cross Society.

A free open-air master class of ballroom and modern dance “Warm Your Heart” was held in Cherkasy. The event was organized as part of the Cherkasy is Your City Integration Hub project. Native Cherkasy residents and IDPs took part in it. They were treated to aerobics, Ukrainian country music, and more. The goal was to help the IDPs adapt to the new place. Students of a local school prepared delicacies and hot drinks for the attendees.

Western Oblasts

Volyn Oblast

The widow of the fallen soldier Volodymyr Derkach, Nadiia, donated one and a half million hryvnias from the compensation for her husband’s death to buy drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. For this money, the Birds of Victory charitable foundation purchased 50 kamikaze drones, three reconnaissance drones, and a thermal imager.

Lviv Oblast

A headquarters to help Ukrainian drivers was set up on the Ukrainian-Polish border to provide carriers with food, drinking water, medicines, and fuel. Due to the strike of Polish carriers, Ukrainians have been blocked at checkpoints for more than 10 days and cannot enter Ukraine.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

A rally was held in Khmelnytskyi today in support of captured Ukrainian soldiers who left Azovstal a year and a half ago. It was attended by more than a dozen families of prisoners of war.

In Horodok, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, the parents of a fallen soldier donated a sports ground to the lyceum where their son studied. A memorial plaque was installed on the playground in memory of the soldier Vladyslav Hayetskyi.

Individual first aid kits for the military and medical hemostatic kits for doctors are made in Slavuta, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, by volunteers of the Medical Bee’s Center. More than 5,000 of these kits have already been manufactured and delivered to soldiers at the front line.

Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast

In Ivano-Frankivsk, a charity race was held around the city’s central lake to support soldiers who are in russian captivity or have gone missing during the fighting. It was attended by 52 people.

UAH 55,600 was raised at a charity football tournament organized to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The competition took place at the Sokil sports school for children and youth in Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.

Ternopil Oblast

For the sixth time, the “Armed Forces in the First Place” campaign was held near the Ternopil City Council. People demand that more money be allocated from the community budget to support the army.

A veterinarian from Crimea, Ilya Lytovchenko, is treating military animals in Ternopil for free. The man is originally from Simferopol. In 2014, due to the occupation of Crimea, he moved to western Ukraine.

Zakarpattia Oblast

The Administrative Services Center of the Uzhhorod City Council plans to implement a social project “I am a Veteran” aimed at helping war veterans, their families, and family members of fallen defenders of Ukraine.

A youth unity forum “Worthy. Free. Unbreakable”. The event was attended by 150 representatives of the youth movement from all over Ukraine. The program of the forum included classes on military and patriotic education and preparation of the population for national resistance.
