Kyiv

Kyiv Oblast

The Japanese will help set up a construction waste recycling company in the Kyiv Oblast. This will be a pilot project. Currently, all waste from the dismantling of destroyed facilities has been transported to 31 sites for temporary storage. Chernihiv Oblast

Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Over the past day, at least 18 settlements in the oblast were under the attack of the russian federation. As a result of the shelling, residential buildings were destroyed or damaged, as well as a kindergarten and the sewage treatment facilities.
Two large generators, which were supposed to provide power to the sewage system station in the border town of Vovchansk in case of power outages, were destroyed by russian federation shelling. The russian occupiers raid schools and intimidate children, threatening them for “disrespecting” russian symbols and “inadmissible posts” on social media. Despite this, there is a great demand for learning the Ukrainian language in the temporarily occupied territory, and school principals have been ordered to persuade parents to withdraw their applications for learning the Ukrainian language.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
In the Lysychansk direction, a house was destroyed in Zvanivka, and an infrastructure facility in Siversk was damaged. Torske of the Lyman community was shelled five times.
Five more mobile shelters were installed in Druzhkivka. Each of them is designed for 20 people.

Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
One person was killed in the Horlivka direction in the North of the Toretsk community. A shop and a house were damaged. Five houses and an infrastructure object were damaged in Toretsk. In the Chasiv Yar community, one person died, seven private houses and an industrial building were damaged.
Luhansk Oblast

Mykolaiv Oblast

As a result of russian shelling, an animal shelter in Zaporizhzhia was damaged. 60 cats that were there ran away, one cat was injured.
In the temporarily occupied Melitopol of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, russian soldiers stop and search cars with Ukrainian license plates.
Three russian FPV drones were landed by border guards in the Zaporizhzhia direction with the help of an anti-drone gun.
