Northern oblasts
Kyiv
A four-year-old girl who was injured on November 19 during a massive shelling of Kherson was operated on at the Heart Institute in Kyiv. A fragment of a russian mine was removed from her heart. The girl’s condition is stable.
A Swedish company that creates “living” walls in cities has offered to implement such a project in Kyiv for free. In this way, they want to support the “spirit of invincibility” of Kyiv residents.

Kyiv Oblast

Chernihiv Oblast

The Chernihiv Oblast received international aid worth over 32 million hryvnias. 85 Tesla Powerwall 2.0 integrated energy storage systems will be distributed among 70 educational and medical institutions in the oblast.
Sumy Oblast
During the night and morning, the russian military carried out 6 mortar attacks on the Sumy Oblast, 17 explosions were recorded. Five communities came under fire.
Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
Over the past day, at least 18 settlements in the oblast were under the attack of the russian federation. As a result of the shelling, residential buildings were destroyed or damaged, as well as a kindergarten and the sewage treatment facilities.
Two large generators, which were supposed to provide power to the sewage system station in the border town of Vovchansk in case of power outages, were destroyed by russian federation shelling. The shelling did not affect the operation of the station, but there is damage. This is not the first time that russia has targeted this critical infrastructure facility.

The russian occupiers raid schools and intimidate children, threatening them for “disrespecting” russian symbols and “inadmissible posts” on social media. Despite this, there is a great demand for learning the Ukrainian language in the temporarily occupied territory, and school principals have been ordered to persuade parents to withdraw their applications for learning the Ukrainian language.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
In the Lysychansk direction, a house was destroyed in Zvanivka, and an infrastructure facility in Siversk was damaged. Torske of the Lyman community was shelled five times.
Five more mobile shelters were installed in Druzhkivka. Each of them is designed for 20 people.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

The occupiers began the third wave of active assaults in the Avdiivka direction. The city is attacked from different directions, shifting forces from one to another. So far, the defenders have recorded two facts of the use of RBK-500 cluster bombs by the russians.
On November 22, Ukrainian defenders repelled 30 assaults by russian occupiers in the Avdiivka direction.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut Raion
One person was killed in the Horlivka direction in the North of the Toretsk community. A shop and a house were damaged. Five houses and an infrastructure object were damaged in Toretsk. In the Chasiv Yar community, one person died, seven private houses and an industrial building were damaged.
Luhansk Oblast
The occupiers are confiscating the “Skhidvuhillia” (Eastern Coal) mines in the temporarily occupied Luhansk Oblast, which were cut off a month ago due to electricity debts and continued to operate on generators.

Mykolaiv Oblast

As a result of russian shelling, an animal shelter in Zaporizhzhia was damaged. 60 cats that were there ran away, one cat was injured.
In the temporarily occupied Melitopol of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, russian soldiers stop and search cars with Ukrainian license plates.
Three russian FPV drones were landed by border guards in the Zaporizhzhia direction with the help of an anti-drone gun.

Odesa Oblast

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
