President of Switzerland Alain Berset visited the Kyiv Oblast. In Bucha, on the Holodomor Memorial Day, he visited the mass burial site of Ukrainians who died during the russian occupation. Eastern oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
On November 25, russia’s air strikes targeted Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv Oblast. Four attacks by the russian army were repelled in the area of Synkivka and Ivanivka in the Kupiansk sector.
Over the past day, more than ten settlements of the Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, and Kupiansk raions were attacked by russian artillery, mortars and other weapons. No one was injured in the shelling.
At the Historical Museum metro station, employees of the Central Park set up New Year’s decorations, including a Christmas tree, reindeer, St. Nicholas’ house, and illumination.
Donetsk Oblast
Over the past day, the russian occupiers shelled the civilian population of the Donetsk Oblast 10 times. Frontline communities came under fire.
On November 25, russians killed 2 residents of the Donetsk Oblast — in Voskresenka. One more person in the oblast was wounded.
Since February 24, 2022, the russians have killed 1,780 civilians of the Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 4,330 people. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.
In the eastern section of the front, russians carried out over 1200 artillery attacks and launched 44 kamikaze drones over the past day.
The Ukrainian military in defense destroyed 70 units of enemy equipment.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
The Donetsk Oblast power engineers have restored 370 kilometers of power grids in the de-occupied settlements of the Sviatohirsk and Lyman communities.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

Mykolaiv Oblast
On the morning of November 25, russian troops attacked the water area of the Ochakiv community. There are no casualties or injuries.
On November 26, bad weather left 40 settlements without electricity in the Mykolaiv Oblast. Electricians work, despite difficult weather conditions.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
113 strikes were carried out by the russian army on the cities and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast yesterday, November 25. Three reports were received about the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure facilities. Civilians were not injured.
In Zaporizhzhia, russian troops fired at a fire department.
In the temporarily captured Energodar, the occupiers are holding about a hundred civilians captive. Currently, it is known that approximately ten torture chambers are operating in the city. Some of them are located on the territory of the ZNPP industrial zone and the thermal power plant. Civilians are also held captive in the premises of the former Security Service of Ukraine administration.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the russian military tried unsuccessfully eight times to restore the lost position near Robotyne.
Odessa Oblast
Due to difficult weather conditions, a truck with grain overturned on the Odesa-Reni highway near the village of Krasna Kosa. Near the village of Novokamianka of the Izmail Raion, the Varna-Kyiv bus with 22 passengers drove into a ditch. Odesa-Reni highway was closed for all types of transport due to the worsening of bad weather. On the roads M-05 Kyiv – Odesa and M-28 Odesa – Yuzhne, restrictions were introduced for trucks.
A passenger bus from Sofia with 19 passengers drove into a ditch near Orlivka, and a Bucharest-Odesa bus with 42 passengers got stuck on the side of the road near the village of Novosilske. None of the passengers and drivers were injured, they were taken to local schools.
As of 4:00 p.m., rescuers from the Odesa Oblast made 59 exits and freed 121 vehicles from snowdrifts. Among them there are five buses and five ambulances.
Power outages began in Odesa.
On November 27, all educational institutions of the Odesa Oblast will switch to distance education in connection with the sharp deterioration of weather conditions. Kindergartens and schools will work as groups on duty.
Kherson Oblast
During the past day, the russian military shelled the Kherson Oblast 58 times. 332 shells were fired in the Oblast, 30 — in Kherson. They targeted residential areas. Five houses and a police car were damaged, on which the russian military dropped explosives from a drone. There are no casualties or injuries.
Today, the russian army shelled Kherson. There are hits in the Dnipro and Korabelny districts of the city. Information about the victims is being clarified.
A number of settlements on the right bank of the Kherson Oblast were left without electricity due to bad weather and shelling by the russian army. The Stanislav community has been completely cut off.
The Kherson community received more than 160 solar batteries and 40 new inverters from Germany as part of the Repowering project. The reserve station will be installed at one of the water supply facilities.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Two russian “Shahed” drones were shot down by military air defense units over the Novomoskovsk and Synelnykove raions of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on the night of November 26.

Volyn Oblast
Almost 20 Ukrainian drivers, who were stuck in queues at the Ukrainian-Polish border due to a strike by Polish carriers, applied for evacuation.
