Kyiv

Kharkiv Oblast

Due to yesterday’s strike by the riussian army on Kherson, the city’s energy infrastructure was badly damaged. 70% of subscribers remain without electricity supply, that is 93.7 thousand consumers. Power engineers are working to restore the power grid.
During the day, the russian army stormed the positions of the Defense Forces on the left bank of the Kherson Oblast 14 times. However, she was rebuffed and retreated.
This morning, the russian army attacked Novoberislav in the Kherson Oblast. A 59-year-old man who was walking down the street at the time of the shelling was killed.
In the morning, the russian military drones attacked a medical facility in Beryslav, Kherson Oblast. A technical worker was injured and was treated on the spot.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
Air defense forces destroyed 13 russian drones over Dnipropetrovsk on the night of December 27.

Cherkasy Oblast

UAH 120 million was allocated to the regional budget to support the Defense Forces, the Armed Forces, military personnel, and their families. The regional budget also allocated UAH 128 million to the contingency fund, which will allow us to respond to events without emergency assistance from the state budget in the first stages.
Poltava Oblast

Since November 2022, Khmelnytskyi Oblast has received 220 evacuation trains from Kherson. Trains are still arriving. Khmelnytskyi Oblast has sheltered about 6,500 internally displaced persons from Kherson Oblast.
Kamianets-Podilskyi

Chernivtsi Oblast
