The one one hundred and thirty-ninth(139) day of the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian people to a russian military invasion continues.
In the Volyn and Polissya directions, part of the personnel and equipment was rotated in the units of the Armed Forces of the republic of belarus, which perform the task of strengthening the protection of the belarusian-Ukrainian border.
The inspection of the headquarters of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Zhlobynsky District of the Gomel Region of the republic of belarus is ongoing. There is still a threat of the enemy launching missile and air strikes from the territory and airspace of this country.

Ukrainian defenders successfully repulsed the assault in the direction of Dovhenke and Dolyna settlements. In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy did not conduct active operations, but carried out shelling from barrel artillery and mortars in the areas of the settlements of Tetyanivka, Mykolaivka, Kryva Luka, Siversk, Serebryanka, and Spirne. Conducted an airstrike near Verkhnokamyanske.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the occupiers shelled the districts of Berestovo, Bilogorivka, Soledar, Pokrovsky, Bakhmut, Opytne, Vesela Dolyna, Vershyn, Travneve, Kodema, Toretsk, and Shumy. It carried out missile and air strikes on Toretsk and Rayske and airstrikes near Berestove. It conducted aerial reconnaissance with Orlan-10 UAVs and engaged subversive and reconnaissance groups.
In the Avdiivka, Kurakhivka, Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia directions, with the aim of restraining our troops, the enemy conducted artillery fire in the areas of the settlements of Avdiivka (Coke Chemical Plant), Vesele, Maryinka Novomykhailivka, Pavlivka, Prychystivka, Zaliznychne, Biloghirya, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka and Kam’yanske. There were the airstrikes near Kamianka, Avdiivka and Novomykhailivka.
In the South Buh region, in order to prevent the regrouping of our troops, the aggressor directed artillery fire on the areas of the settlements of Bila Krynytsya, Partyzanske, Blagodatne, Kyselivka, Novohryhorivka, Zorya, Kotlyareve, Shevchenkove, Stepova Dolyna, Ukrainka, Mykolaiv and Kulbakine. Unmanned aerial vehicles were used to control the fire.
In the Black Sea and Azov sea zones, the enemy’s naval group focuses its main efforts on blocking civilian shipping. Four Kalibr sea-based cruise missile carriers are kept ready for missile strikes.
The moral and psychological state of the personnel of the occupiers remains low, systematic consumption of alcoholic beverages and desertion are noted. The occupiers complain about the ineffectiveness of their attacks on Ukrainian positions.
Northern Oblasts
Kyiv Oblast

Donetsk Oblast
The russians continue to launch rocket attacks on populated areas of Donetsk Oblast.
In particular, Toretsk was shelled twice since the morning. During the first shelling the territory of the dispensary was hit and during the second one private garages were damaged.
Artillery shelling of Siversk, Avdiivka, settlements of Chasovyi Yar, Illinivka, Mariinka and Sviatohirsk communities does not stop. Houses and infrastructure facilities are damaged.
Raihorodok was shelled by Uragan cluster shells. Currently, the pyrotechnicians are working on the place where the russians hit.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy’s units continued their assault operations in order to improve the tactical position in the areas of Mazanivka, Ivanivka, and Dolyna. All the actions of the enemy in the direction of these settlements were unsuccessful. Ukrainian soldiers drove the invaders back. Artillery shelling was conducted near Starodubivka, Mayakiv, Raihorodok, Siversk, Kryva Luka, Donetsk, Verkhne Kamyanske, Spirne and there was an airstrike near Serebryanka.
The enemy shelled the territories of Chepil, Velyka Komyshuvakha, Barvinkove, Dibrovne, Mazanivka, Bohorodychne and Adamivka settlements with barrel artillery and multiple launch rocket systems.
The enemy is trying to improve the tactical position in the Bakhmut and Novopavlivka directions. The occupiers systematically fire on the positions along the contact line with the aim of restraining the actions of Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) units. They use attack and army aviation. Also, the russians fortify advanced positions in some areas.
In the Avdiivka, Kurakhivka, Novopavlivka, and Zaporizhzhia directions, the occupiers are shelling the districts of Avdiivka, Mariinka, Novomykhailivka, Novoselivka, Opytne, Novobakhmutivka, Vuhledar, Hulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Mala Tokmachka, Orikhiv, Stepove, and Kamianske. An airstrike was carried out near Novoandriyivka by a pair of Su-25 aircraft.
On July 11th, rescuers found another 8 dead bodies under the ruins of a high-rise building in the city of Chasovyi Yar, including the body of a 9-year-old boy. Another person died yesterday in Mariinka. Two civilians were injured in Oblast.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsky district
In the Avdiivka and Kurakhiv directions, the enemy fired artillery of various calibers in the areas of the settlements of Avdiivka, Karlivka, Nevelske, Maryinka, and Sribne

Considering the rather difficult situation with water supply in the Pokrovsk community, city leaders are looking for alternative sources of liquid supply for local residents and are seeking any outside help from international partners in solving this important issue. The other day, the Pokrovskvodokanal utility company received 5, 15, and 30 cubic meters water storage tanks and modern equipment from the French humanitarian organization Action Contre La Faim (ACF).

There were 38 reports of destruction caused by shelling. In Gulyaipol, the local House of Children’s Creativity was destroyed as a result of artillery shelling by the Russian military.
In addition, in the past day, Russian troops shelled the positions of Ukrainian defenders 52 times along the entire contact line, using tank weapons, rocket and barrel artillery.
According to local residents, in the village of Myrne, not far from Melitopol, the base of the military rescue unit, which was captured by the invaders, is on fire.
The Russian invaders have once again blocked the possibility of leaving Melitopol to Zaporizhzhia and do not allow them to pass through the checkpoint in Vasylivka.

Two hospitals were damaged by the morning shelling of Mykolaiv. Windows are broken in the buildings, and the ceiling has fallen in some rooms. There were no casualties among the staff or patients.

On July 12, in Kropyvnytskyi, the charity open championship of the oblast in athletics was held. Sportsmen with musculoskeletal disorders, visual impairments, and disabilities of mental and physical development from Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Zaporizhzhya, Poltava, Mykolaiv, and Cherkasy oblasts took part in the competition. The tournament was also held to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Charitable contributions collected during the competition will be directed to the needs of the Ukrainian army. This athletics tournament is an intermediate stage of preparation for all-Ukrainian competitions, and European and world championships.

Residents of Kreminnaya received certificates of education today, because the military administration of this city has been working in Rivne for several months. In general, four 11th-graders and 1 ninth-grader, who have now settled in Rivne, Oblast and Volyn, received certificates of education.

The President of Ukraine awarded orders to almost 20 rocketmen from Khmelnytskyi region. These are fighters of the 19th “Saint Varvara” missile brigade from the Khmelnytskyi region. Unfortunately, part of the awards were given to the relatives of the fallen Heroes who gave the most valuable thing for Ukraine and the Ukrainian people – their own lives.
In Khmelnytskyi, a place of memory for the fallen Heroes of Mariupol appeared. It was arranged by the defenders’ widows. On Independence Square, they set up blue and yellow flags, on which they wrote the soldiers’ callsigns and the dates of their deaths. They say that until the bodies of the Heroes have been identified and buried, they will come right here.
A charity exhibition and sale in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is underway in the Khmelnytskyi Regional Art Museum. Since July 1, it was possible to collect about 10 thousand hryvnias. Ukrainian artists donated 170 paintings and icons for sale. With the proceeds, volunteers of the “Signal of Victory” public organization plan to buy a car for the unit of the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade. Last Saturday, defenders visited the art museum for a master class.

This is a one-month course to familiarize participants with the history (from the Silurian period to the present), culture, artistic and spiritual life of Kamianets-Podilskyi. The goal of the project is to make the participants fall in love with Kamianets, to give an opportunity to get unforgettable emotions in order to share these emotions and knowledge outside the city in the future. The organizers are: the department of tourism of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council with the support of the best specialists in the field of tourism and promoters of the city. The regional coordinator of the AUI “Active Community” was also involved in the project. His story about the history of the city is scheduled for August 4 in the courtyard of the Central City Library.
On July 8, the first evening of the new 2021-2022 program of Ukrainian cinema was held at the 7 Days hotel within the framework of the fifth Kamianets-Podilskyi film festival “Brukivka”. The best works will be selected for the second round of the competition program based on the evaluations of the festival team, reviews and audience reactions. Thanks to the membership fees of the festival participants who sent their works, which were shown on July 8, as well as the audience, almost 7,000 hryvnias were collected for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The next event will take place on July 21 at 19:00 in the Kamianets-Podilskyi art space “ART Storage”.

Chernivtsi

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, posthumously awarded the Order “For Courage” II degree to the Hero from Bukovyna Konstantin Herman, a junior sergeant who died while performing his military duty.
About 9 tons of aid from the charitable organization “Right to Protection” in cooperation with “HelpAge International” were given to 236 people who found shelter in the city of Sokyryani and the villages of Gvizdivtsi and Kobolchyn.
Since the beginning of the war, the Brusnytsk community has purchased and sent 10 cars, repaired and adapted for combat tasks, to the front line. Together with them, food products, medicines and hygiene products were handed over to the military.

The Donetsk Regional Drama Theater relocated from Mariupol will present the premiere of the play “Cry of the Nation” in Uzhgorod. On March 16, the team of the Donetsk Academic Regional Drama Theater lost its home in Mariupol. But the theater team continued its work in Transcarpathia. On July 16, the team of the Donetsk Academic Regional Drama Theater will play the premiere in Uzhgorod. The first performance of the restored theater from Mariupol called “CRY OF THE NATION” directed by Lyudmila Kolosovych.
Volunteers from Uzhhorod draw new strength at painting workshops. They sign up for these classes with caution and self-doubt, but leave full of energy, good mood and even with a picture drawn by their own hands. Creative master classes are arranged for volunteers within the framework of the “Care: for those who hold the back” project.
