Kyiv Oblast
The Month of Open People charity event has started in Kyiv, during which entrepreneurs and everyone else are invited to volunteer for one day in ‘Obid bex bid’ project. The project provides hot meals to socially vulnerable categories of Kyiv residents.

The Brovary community purchased and handed over a car and a batch of attack drones to the military at the expense of the local budget. The equipment will perform combat missions at the front line.
Zhytomyr Oblast
Zhytomyr is expanding its cooperation with local and international Red Cross organizations: since March, partners of the Italian Society have been working in the city.
Chernihiv Oblast
Yesterday, russians fired mortars at two border villages in Chernihiv Oblast.
Sumy Oblast
The Velykopysarivka community came under mortar and artillery fire from russia at night and in the morning of March 20. It was also hit with guided aerial bombs. The lyceum building was destroyed, a shop, garage, district court building and primary health care center were damaged, and a school employee was killed.
Up to 400 people remained in Velyka Pysarivka, Sumy Oblast. It is planned to evacuate 30 people today.
Construction of fortifications continues in Sumy Oblast. The work is expected to be completed in 10 weeks.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
A 56-year-old man sustained multiple shrapnel wounds during an air strike on Kozachia Lopan.
A police officer was wounded in the shelling of Kupiansk by a Uragan, and houses and police cars were damaged.
In the Lyman-Kupiansk sector, russians resumed assault operations and tried to break through the Ukrainian military’s defense 24 times over the last day, 10 of them near Synkivka.
This afternoon, russians fired an X-59 missile at one of Kharkiv’s districts. A fire broke out at the site of the hit. A five-story building, a printing house, and a furniture and paint shop in Kholodnohirskyi district were damaged. As of 17:00, 3 people have been reported dead and 7 injured. Another 10 people may be under the rubble. The search operation is ongoing. Rescuers continue to extinguish the fire.
Donetsk Oblast
Four residents were injured in Selydove and one person in New York as a result of russian shelling on March 19.
Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 69 russian attacks on the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka, Orikhiv and Novopavlivka directions on March 19.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion
Yesterday, the russian military attacked Kramatorsk with Smerch MLRS, damaging 5 civilian cars.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk raion
Today, the russian army attacked Hirnyk in the Kurakhove community in Donetsk Oblast with a guided aerial bomb. Two people were wounded as a result of the shelling.
The occupants are pressing on the Maryinka and Nevelske directions, where they have partial success. The regrouping of russian troops poses a threat to our troops. Powerful attacks with the support of heavy equipment continue.
Bakhmut and Bakhmut raion
On March 19, the russian military shelled New York City with artillery, wounding a man and damaging 20 private homes and 4 cars.
In the Bakhmut direction, the russian army has an advantage in drones. The russian military also uses armored vehicles, artillery, and CABs.
Luhansk Oblast
More than 60 civilians remain in the liberated settlements of Luhansk Oblast. Humanitarian aid is being brought to people. Despite the shelling, residents do not want to leave.
The occupiers claimed that more than 90% of people in the occupied Lutuhyne in Luhansk Oblast “voted”.
Southern Oblasts
Mykolayiv Oblast
In Mykolayiv Oblast, the russian army attacked coastal communities four times on March 19. No one was killed or injured.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
350 strikes were carried out by the russian army on 10 towns and villages of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast during the day, March 19.
Six attacks of the russian army were repulsed by the Defense Forces in the Orihiv direction last day.
Odesa Oblast
20 injured as a result of a rocket attack on Odesa on March 15 continue to be treated in medical facilities. Two people remain in extremely serious condition, 12 in severe condition, and six in moderate condition.
Kherson Oblast
As a result of shelling in the Kherson Oblast last day, one person died and five others were injured. The russian army shelled 18 settlements in the region. Two high-rise buildings, eight private houses, an administrative building, a preschool and port infrastructure were damaged.
The russian military in the suburbs of Kherson, on the road between Sadove and Antonivka, fired on cars with civilians. According to preliminary information, two men died.

Lviv Oblast
Residents of Sumy Oblast began to evacuate to Lviv Oblast. From March 11 to 17, volunteers met 243 people at the Main Railway Station, including residents of the Zaporizhia Oblast.
Chernivtsi Oblast
Chernivtsi received five low-floor buses. They were handed over by Hungary as humanitarian aid.
