Northern Oblasts
Kyiv
A Kyiv resident found the remains of a downed russian Shahed drone in a forested area with an intact warhead that had not detonated. Explosive experts brought the drone to a safe place and destroyed it.
Kyiv Oblast
Bucha residents sent an ambulance to the front for Ukrainian soldiers. The vehicle went to the 12th Brigade of the Azov National Guard. Residents also continue to raise money to buy drones. So far, they have raised almost 2 million hryvnias. Another two million is needed to purchase all the drones needed.
The first course of training citizens for national resistance has been completed in the Irpin community. The training program lasted 100 hours and included, among other things, training on radiation, chemical, biological protection and survival in combat conditions.
Zhytomyr Oblast
The Olevsk community handed over another car to the military for the front, purchased with donations from local residents. In total, the community has handed over more than fifty vehicles to the Ukrainian military and is currently preparing to send three more.
Chernihiv Oblast
Russians fired mortars and artillery at three border communities in Chernihiv Oblast.
In the border village of Yeline, located 4 kilometers from russia, only two residents remain. These are pensioners who refuse to leave their farm. Until January 1, 2023, about 150 people lived there.
Sumy Oblast
At night, the russian military fired 4 times at Sumy Oblast. There were 16 explosions from mortars, artillery and FPV drones. Three communities were shelled. Almost a thousand consumers in 4 settlements of the Oblast were cut off from electricity.
Eastern Oblasts
Kharkiv Oblast
About 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast came under artillery and mortar fire from russia yesterday.
Russian troops shelled Vilkhuvatka at least twice, and hit the residential sector with air bombs. 14 houses were damaged, one private household was destroyed to the ground.
Within 24 hours, a man died in Dvorichna, Kharkiv Oblast, and a 52-year-old man was wounded in Ivanivka, Kupyansk raion.
Ukrainian defense forces repelled three russian assaults near Synkivka and Tabayivka.
Donetsk Oblast
On November 21, the russian army shelled 11 cities, villages and towns in Donetsk Oblast. A total of 1636 attacks were made in the region. Among the towns shelled were Kostyantynivka and Vuhledar.
Over the past day, two people in Dobropillia and a resident of Memryk were wounded by russian army shelling in Donetsk Oblast.
Fierce fighting continues at the Lyman-Kupiansk and Bakhmut sectors. The enemy continues to attack near Sinkivka, Terny, Chasovyi Yar and Klishchiyivka.
Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion
The number of wounded as a result of the evening shelling of Kramatorsk on February 20 increased to nine people.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
Two of the three drones used by the russian army to attack Dobropillya, Donetsk Oblast, hit dormitories where IDPs lived. The town was attacked around 1 a.m. Two residents, aged 37 and 63, were wounded.
The russian military will continue to advance in the Avdiivka sector as long as they have enough forces. The surviving russian units have started to move from Avdiivka to other parts of the frontline.
Luhansk Oblast
In Luhansk Oblast, the occupiers are organizing early voting before the opening of polling stations. It will take place from March 11 to 14.
Southern Oblasts
Mykolaiv Oblast
Throughout the day, russian troops shelled Mykolaiv Oblast with artillery, MLRS, and attacked with FPV drones. In particular, one person was injured in the village of Lymany in the morning of February 22. One house was destroyed.
Zaporizhzhia Oblast
The russian army conducted 578 attacks on the towns and villages of Zaporizhzhia Oblast over the course of a day on February 21. In particular, it shelled 6 communities with artillery 407 times, and used air shells, drones and MLRS in other settlements.
An explosion occurred in the morning in the temporarily occupied Berdiansk. According to updated information, a car exploded near a gas station. The occupiers have surrounded the area, and vehicular traffic is blocked.
Odesa Oblast
On the evening of February 21, the russian army fired a missile, probably Kh-31, over Odesa. This may indicate an attempt to scout the location of air defense before preparing for the next massive attack.
Kherson Oblast
Russian troops shelled the Kherson Oblast 47 times during the past day. A rocket was fired at Chornobayivka. They destroyed a cellular tower in Beryslav raion. Three people are injured.
In the morning, the russian army shelled Lviv in the Kherson Oblast. One of the shells hit the house. A man who was nearby in the yard died.
The defense forces of the South destroyed at least 60 soldiers of the russian army, who were conducting training at the training ground near Podo-Kalynivka in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson Oblast. Assault groups that planned to clear Krynyk were training at the training ground. In total, the russian army lost 133 servicemen on the left bank of the Kherson Oblast last day.

One of the private clinics in Ternopil and Lviv contracted the only social project in Ukraine for soldiers of the Armed Forces, which provides for free infertility treatment. The clinic also freezes biological material free of charge: when the men return from the front, they will be able to use it.
