Northern Oblasts

Kyiv

The Irpin community received two large-capacity Mercedes buses from Austrian partners. These buses are planned to be used as part of the city’s program of social trips with minimal cost in the community. Most likely, these will be routes connecting Kozyntsi and Mykhailivka-Rubezhivka with Irpin.

One of the two destroyed objects of the youth sphere in the Kyiv Oblast – the Baryshiv hub – has been restored. It was destroyed by enemy fire at the beginning of a full-scale invasion.

Zhytomyr Oblast

The paratroopers of the 95th brigade received awards for the liberation of Donbas and Slobozhanshchyna.

Yesterday, russian troops shelled the border communities of Horodnyansk and Semenivsk in Chernihiv Oblast. The russians shelled the Horodnya community with mortars. Border guards recorded seven explosions. The enemy fired 30 rocket and seven artillery shells along the border of the Semenivska community.

Yesterday in Chernihiv Oblast, five soldiers who died in battles in Donetsk Oblast and Luhansk Oblast were laid to rest: soldier Oleksandr Yanitskyi, lieutenant Oleksandr Skrylnikov, chief sergeant Valery Reva, sergeant Dmytro Kharchenko and soldier Artem Churylov.

Sumy Oblast

Over the course of a day, pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service destroyed 97 explosive objects in Sumy Oblast.

During yesterday’s day, the russians shelled five border communities in the Sumy Oblast. Esman, Krasnopillya, Myropillya, Seredino-Budsk, and Shalyhyne communities were shelled.

️ The Esman community was shelled by the russian military with mortars. There were 20 explosions. The consequences are clarified.

On the outskirts of one of the border villages of the Krasnopilднф community, the russians dropped two explosive devices of the VOG type from a drone. After 5p.m., another village of the same community was shelled with mortars, 7 hits. There are no consequences of shelling.

During the day, the Myropil community was shelled twice by the russian military. First, around 2:00 p.m., 10 minutes were dropped. Later, around 5 p.m., the russians fired 17 shells from self-propelled guns at the same village. As a result of the shelling, a fire broke out – the utility room of local residents was occupied. Several other buildings were damaged. People were not injured.

Around 2 p.m. the russian army opened fire with mortars on the Seredino-Budsk community. 9 mines exploded near the houses of civilians. There is destruction of local residents’ homes: demolished walls and roofs. There were direct hits of mines in the house.

At noon today, a russian drone was destroyed in Sumy Oblast. He was shot down by the forces of the local volunteer formation on the territory of the Myropil community. Volunteers used small arms.

Eastern Oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

During the day, the enemy continued shelling the territories of the Kupyansk, Kharkiv and Chuguyiv Raions of Kharkiv Oblast, adjacent to the contact line and the border with the russia.

In the past day, there were no cases of civilians being injured as a result of enemy shelling. A 58-year-old woman who was injured the day before sought medical help in Vovchansk.

Humanitarian demining of liberated territories continues. During the day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service defused 2,241 explosive objects.

On the contact line, our military continues to offer effective resistance to the occupiers. The enemy tried to go on the offensive in the area of ​​the settlement of Zybine of the Chuguyiv raion, but retreated with losses under the fire of our defenders.

Donetsk Oblast

More than seven thousand residents of the Donetsk Oblast got a job from the beginning of 2022 with the help of the state employment service. In particular, almost 800 people got a job in October.

On November 5, the russians killed 1 civilian in Donetsk Oblast — in Toretsk. 3 more people in the Oblast were injured.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, russian rockets have killed 1,164 civilians in the Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 2,543. The number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

During the day, the occupiers shelled the town of Avdiivka, the villages of Karlivka and Netaylove in the east of the Pokrovsk Raion. There were killed and wounded civilians.

On the 5th of November, 2 groups of pyrotechnicians worked in the Pokrovsk community. 17 applications were processed, 3.82 hectares of territory were examined and 177 explosive objects were neutralized. Work is ongoing.

Three heating points are being installed in the Udachnen community of Pokrovsk Raion. They create conditions for comfortable and safe living of internally displaced persons.

Parishioners of the Roman Catholic Church and caring residents of the village of Brailiv, in Vinnytsia, collected and handed over two hundred food packages to the residents of Avdiyivka, which is probably the most affected by shelling by the occupiers in Donetsk Oblast. The cargo was delivered by volunteers and handed over to the Avdiivka City Military Administration.

Bakhmut

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy shelled the following settlements with tanks and artillery of various types: Andriivka, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Belogorivka, Verkhnyokamianske, Ivanivka, Klishchiivka, Mayorsk, Opytne, Soledar, Spirne, and Yakovlivka of the Donetsk Oblast. No damage or casualties have been reported.

  

Mariupol

Luhansk Oblast

The occupiers do not stop trying to recapture Bilogorivka, because they understand that if they are pushed back further from the settlement-bridge, the Armed Force of Ukraine will liberate Lysychansk next.

The head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, Serhii Gaidai, held talks with the ambassadors of 18 countries regarding assistance to the Luhansk Oblast after the de-occupation.

Southern Oblasts 

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

At night, russian invaders launched two missile strikes on the regional center with S-300 missiles. One of the missiles hit the territory of a private enterprise. As a result of the attack, one person, the 45-year-old son of the enterprise’s owner, was killed. In addition, a fire broke out in an area of 800 square meters.

The second rocket fell on the territory of a private land plot.

The blast wave damaged two cars. No one was injured.

In addition, as a result of the missile strikes last night, two multi-story buildings and six private houses had their windows blown out by the blast wave. In addition, the roofs of private houses were damaged. Utilities are already working to eliminate the consequences.

Also, at night, russian occupants hit the town of Guliaypole with a missile. As a result, the house of culture was destroyed. 

In the afternoon, at about 13:00, two missiles, probably X-31, exploded near one of the inhabited localities of the Volniansk raion. The explosions were so powerful that they were heard even in Zaporizhzhia. However, civilian infrastructure was not damaged. There were no casualties.

In addition, russians shelled the village of Kamyanka (Bilmak). People hear launches and almost immediately hits of missiles. According to preliminary information, houses were hit – at least one of them was damaged. Fortunately, the residents of the house had left long ago. Information about the victims is being clarified.

The General Staff informs that the headquarters of one of the units of the armed forces of the russian Federation was hit in Basan, Zaporizhzhia oblast. Up to 10 units of military equipment and about fifty servicemen were destroyed.

In the areas of the town of Polohy and the village of Marfopil, 20 units of military equipment were destroyed, and up to 80 servicemen of the russian occupation troops were wounded.

Odesa Oblast

A 33-year-old soldier from Odesa oblast Mykhailo Boyko was killed in Luhansk oblast. He was conscripted for military service in August this year during mobilization. The Hero is survived by his wife and two small children.

The occupation government of Kherson oblast left the right-bank part of the Kherson oblast. Their so-called “decision-making centers” are now located in Henichesk and Skadovsk. However, about 20-25 thousand russian soldiers remain on the right bank of Kherson oblast.

Russian mobile operators’ subscribers in Kherson began receiving “warning” messages from the russian occupation troops. They say that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are allegedly preparing a massive shelling and call to leave the right-bank part of the city as soon as possible. At the same time, in some inhabited localities russian military destroy towers of Ukrainian mobile operators.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed an ammunition depot of the russian troops in Skadovsk raion. They also neutralized a stronghold, concentration of forces, and means of the russian army in Beryslav raion, Heroisk, and Radensk.  

Mykolaiv Oblast

At night, the enemy struck at the inhabited locality of the Halitsyniv community. A site of industrial infrastructure was hit. There were no casualties.

Central Oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Last night russians shelled Nikopol raion again. They struck with heavy artillery at the Myriv community. A 9-year-old girl was wounded. An enemy shell hit a residential building.

The child is in hospital.

On November 6, russian occupation troops shelled Nikopol raion eight times. They hit three communities – Nikopol, Marhanets, and Myriv. They shelled peaceful towns and villages with MLRS and heavy artillery.

In the Myrivska community, half a dozen detached houses, outbuildings, cars, and gas pipelines were damaged.

In Nikopol, shells hit several multi-story and detached houses. In addition, furniture production, transport company, gas pipelines, and power lines were damaged.

Kirovohrad Oblast

The war with russian occupants took the life of defender Oleksandr Sapozhnyk from Oleksandriya. The serviceman was killed while defending the Motherland in the territory of Donetsk oblast. He was 51 years old.

On October 28, a resident of Krymky village of the Oleksandrivka community, Sergeant Svintsov Vasyl Olehovych, born in 1978, was killed during a combat mission. Eduard Zubenko from Hayivka, the Pervozvanivska community, born in 1974, was killed in Pervomaisk, Donetsk oblast. Viktor Kosenko, a senior soldier of the anti-aircraft missile platoon of the 2nd air assault battalion from Kompaniivshchyna, Kropyvnytskyi raion, born in 1979, perished while performing a combat task near Novomykhailivka in Donetsk oblast. Maksym Datsun from Pomichna of Novoukrainsk raion, born in 1994, was killed in the war with the russian aggressor. Eternal glory to the Heroes.

In the Dmytriv community of Kirovohrad oblast, a mural dedicated to the Ukrainian poet, thinker, and painter is being painted on the building of the Taras Shevchenko school. The size of the mural is seven by 14 meters. The artist and author of the sketch are Volodymyr Polyakov from Znamiansk. 

Poltava Oblast

Poltava bids farewell to Hero of Ukraine Vitaly Hrytsaenko. On November 6, a mourning ceremony was held for the deputy commander of the “Azov” regiment who fell in the battle for Mariupol.

In 2023, a memorial complex will be built in the sector of ceremonial burials on the Alley of Heroes at the Zaturyn Cemetery. The project is currently being developed. Video cameras will be installed here to protect burial sites from vandals. Benches will appear in front of the memorial, and a Cossack cross and plaques about the missing will be installed at the end of the path.

Starting today in Poltava Oblast, the number of police outfits and mobile patrols will be increased in populated areas of the Oblast. This decision was made for the safety of citizens in the dark hours of the day.

This year, about 350,000 m² of road surface was restored in 40 communities of the Poltava Oblast. 249 sections of local roads were repaired. Brigades are still working in seven communities. In general, more than 90% of the planned volume of work has already been completed in the Oblast.

Medical institutions of the Poltava Oblast use the humanitarian aid received from UNICEF. Many medical preparations and equipment were transferred to maternity hospitals. Charitable fund “Caritas Poltava” donated household appliances for displaced people living in the Oblast art lyceum. They brought a refrigerator, a washing machine, a slow cooker, a microwave oven and electric kettles.

Western Oblast

Rivne Oblast

In Varash, the school canteen turned into a cooking workshop for the Armed Forces. Since April, educators have been preparing stews for the military there. The types of products are different – from chicken and pork to fish. Volunteers provide raw materials for cooking. Part of it is purchased by educators at their own expense. Concerned community residents also join in. Housewives already have almost 5,000 cans of stew on their accounts. 

Chernivtsi Oblast

Bukovyna said goodbye to the soldiers who defended the will and independence of Ukraine. Major Serhii Misevich was taken to the last journey in the village of Mamaivtsi, junior sergeant Oleksandr Cheban – in the city of Vyzhnytsia, soldiers Ivan Ostashchuk – in the village of Rudka, Stanislav Melnychuk – in the village of Rukshin, Serhiy Romanovych – in Chernivtsi. Two more servicemen from the Sokyriany community were awarded high state awards.

Ivan Prokhorenko, a resident of the village of Mikhalkovo, who went to war as a volunteer, was awarded the Order “For Courage” of the III degree. Family and friends are waiting for him at home. Yaroslav Babenchuk, a resident of the village of Lomachyntsi, was also awarded the badge “For Exemplary in Military Service” of the II degree. Before the beginning of the full-scale invasion of russia, he worked in the field of geodesy, was an engineer-surveyor of underground works of a large enterprise.

Pupils of Vanchikivtsi community collected 147 thousand hryvnias for car for the military from the Chernivtsi Oblast. It has already been delivered to Slovyansk. In some schools, autumn fairs were held, where children sold sweets, pastries, cabbage rolls, donuts and other dishes, handed over waste paper. Money was also collected through the campaign “ Smilyva hryvnia [Brave hryvnia]”: coins in denominations of 25, 50 kopecks and 1, 2, 5 and 10 hryvnias were handed over.

Philanthropist Marta Levchenko has been working with children and their parents who need better living conditions for more than ten years. During this time, she built four buildings of the crisis center, where the wards live. From the beginning of the full-scale invasion, orphanages that were evacuated from dangerous Oblasts began to receive there.

Zakarpattia Oblast

The first in Zakarpattia was held in Jublik for the farewell ceremony of chaplains and servicemen of all branches of the military. The prayers began with a procession from the monastery to the Church of the Holy Family, which was attended by the clergy, part of the Zakarpattia branch of Plast, and representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Police, the National Guard of Ukraine, the Border Guard Service of Ukraine, and the State Emergency Service. The procession was crowned by an icon of the Holy Family and a piece of the Robe of the Holy Mother of God.

An international art exhibition of works by Turkish artists in support of Ukraine was opened in Uzhhorod. About 30 contemporary artists from Turkey, as well as artists from Europe, the USA and Ukraine, provided their works for the exhibition called “MIRROR”. Due to the war, the participants of the international project could not bring their works. However, the organizers found a way out and used digital printing.
