Kyiv

Chernihiv Oblast

Yesterday, the russians shelled an agricultural enterprise in the Semenivka community in the Chernihiv Oblast. Equipment and a hangar were destroyed. A horse was killed.

Also yesterday, russian troops shelled the communities of Novgorod-Siversky and Snovsk.

At noon, the russians fired 120 mm mortars three times along the border of the Snovsk community. In total, observers counted the launch of 22 mines.

Around 4 p.m., the occupiers fired grenade launchers from the area along the border of the Novgorod-Siversky community. A total of 10 explosions were counted.

In Pryluky community, they said goodbye to the dead senior soldier Serhii Korobeynyk.

Yesterday afternoon, the russians shelled the Myropillya community with mortars and the Khotin community with artillery.

In general, during yesterday’s day, the russian military fired 70 shells and mines along the border of Sumy Oblast, shelling 4 border communities: Bilopillya, Znob-Novgorodske, Myropillya, and Khotin.

Today, pyrotechnicians worked in the villages of Bogolyubove, Dubinka and Bezdryk.

Eastern Oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

During the past day, the enemy shelled the settlements of Kupyansk, Kharkiv, Chuguyiv and Bogodukhiv raions of Kharkiv Oblast, which are located not far from the border with the russian federation and the contact line.

In the village of Osynovo, Kupyansk raion, the building of an educational institution was damaged by shelling, and a fire broke out.

During the day, no civilians were injured as a result of russian shelling.

Today, 64% of boiler plants are already operating in the Oblast. Heating was provided to almost 40% of residential buildings. In 7 communities – 100% of high-rise buildings with heat. 97% of health care facilities are connected to heat supply, 100% in 19 communities.

Demining of the territories liberated from the occupiers is underway. During the day, 142 explosive objects were neutralized by the pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service.

Donetsk Oblast

During the day, russian troops shelled 16 settlements in Donetsk Oblast, in particular, Bakhmut, Druzhkivka, Avdiivka, Toretsk, Kurakhove, Myrnograd, Pokrovsk. There are dead and wounded civilians.

On November 4, three civilians were killed in Bakhmut and Druzhba in Donetsk Oblast. Another eight people were injured as a result of shelling by the russian military.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation into Ukraine, 1,163 people have died in the Donetsk Oblast, and another 2,540 people have been injured.

It is still not possible to establish the number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovaha.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk raion

In the middle of the night, the russians launched a missile strike on Druzhkivka — they hit the green zone, without casualties or damage.

In the Lysychansk direction, Lyman came under artillery fire at night. Information about the victims and the extent of destruction is being established.

Taking into account the difficult security situation in the Pokrovsk community and the difficult passage of the heating season, the leadership of the Pokrovsk Regional Military Administration emphasizes evacuation. Therefore, the recruitment of 20 people (total number of places – 200) for free accommodation in areas of compact settlement in the Chervonohrad community starts. Preference is given to families with children and the elderly.

Ten students from Myrnohrad of Pokrovsk raion went to Kamyanets-Podilsky for rest, which became possible thanks to the national program for temporarily relocating school-age children from dangerous regions in the country’s east called “Children of War .”There, young residents of Myrnohrad will study online and attend training and excursions. Psychologists will also work with them.

Bakhmut

The situation in the Bakhmut direction was restless last night. The enemy fired from tanks and various caliber artillery at Spirne, Bilohorivka, Yakovlivka, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Ivangrad, Opytne, Klishchyivka, Andriivka, Zelenopillya, and Ozaryanivka.

Bakhmut suffered the most in the Horlivka direction. Five artillery strikes were registered in Bakhmut. Russian shells hit the houses of the residents. One person was killed, and an administrative building, nine detached homes, and 3 apartment buildings were damaged.

There were also attacks on the outskirts of the Toretsk and Svitlodarsk communities. There were no casualties.

Mariupol

Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boychenko discussed with Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Ivan Lukerya promising projects to provide housing for Mariupol residents. In particular, it is the reconstruction of 8 dormitories for accommodation in the Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts. They can accommodate more than 1800 Mariupol residents.

Every day, hundreds of people queue up outside all the occupation administrations of the city, trying to get not a service but at least an answer to simple everyday questions.

Luhansk Oblast

The situation remains difficult near Svatove and Kreminna. As a result, russians have accumulated an advantage in personnel. But despite this, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are advancing.

Every day russians try to break through the defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces up to 10 times.

All de-occupied settlements are under russian shelling almost every day.

Southern Oblasts

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

Today after midnight Russian military attacked Vilniansk raion with S-300 missiles. As a result of the strikes, the buildings of three enterprises and cars were damaged. During the shelling, there were people at the enterprises. Fortunately, none of them was injured.

Kherson Oblast

The enemy shelled recently liberated inhabited localities of Beryslav raion of Kherson oblast with anti-aircraft missiles of the S-300 system. Losses and destructions were not recorded.

The pseudo-director of Oleshky orphanage sent children aged 9 to 17 to the Clinical Psychiatric Hospital in Simferopol district. The Commissioner for Human Rights appealed to law enforcement agencies to record another crime of russia.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the destruction of the ferry, which the russian military arranged in the suburb of Kherson Antonivka. Furthermore, a tugboat was destroyed because of fire damage to the ferry, and two other floating vessels were damaged and needed to be repaired.

Also, the Defense Forces destroyed a column of russian occupants waiting for the crossing near Olhivka. Information on losses is currently being clarified.

Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed three ammunition depots of the Russian army in Beryslav and Kherson raions.

The Security Service of Ukraine debunked the “chief tax officer” from the occupation authorities of Kherson oblast. The former deputy head of Kherson customs collected “taxes” for russia and facilitated the seizure of enterprises of owners who disagreed with the regime.

Residents of de-occupied Novovorontsovka, Vysokopillia, and Novooleksandrivka received 360 sets of building materials, hygiene kits, blankets, bedding, medicines, etc., from the UN. As a result, almost 6.5 thousand residents of the de-occupied territories will receive assistance.

Mykolaiv Oblast

Yesterday, an inhabited locality of the Shyroke community came under enemy shelling. As a result, three houses and the administrative building of an agricultural enterprise were damaged. There were no casualties.

At about 4.00 pm, the forces and means of air defense of the Air Command “South” shot down one cruise missile of the “Caliber” type over the Mykolaiv oblast. Also yesterday, six enemy kamikaze drones were shot down over Mykolaiv oblast, three of them – by the forces and means of the Air Command “South” and three – by other units of the Defense Forces of the South of the country.

Enemy shelling of the territory and nearby inhabited localities of the Berezneguvata community continues.

Odesa Oblast

On November 4, late in the evening in Kherson oblast, two russian Ka-52 attack helicopters were shot down by the forces and means of the “South” Air Command.

In the skies over Mykolaiv oblast, three enemy kamikaze drones were shot down by the forces and means of the “South” Air Command, and three more – by other units of the Defense Forces of the South of the country. Air defense forces also shot down two kamikaze drones over Vinnytsia oblast.

In Odesa, the results of the voting on the monument’s fate to the founders of Odesa (Catherine II), which took place on the platform “Socially Active Citizen,” were summed up. Most voters supported the idea of dismantling the monument from Catherine Square. This issue will be discussed at the next session of the City Council.

Central Oblasts

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

The enemy fired almost 40 shells at Nikopol that night. As a result, 6 high-rise buildings and 8 private houses, 4 farm buildings were damaged. The local lyceum, industrial and transport enterprises, gas pipeline were mutilated.

In the Synelnykove Raion, the troops of the “East” air command destroyed the “Shahed-136” kamikaze drone.

Defending Ukraine and its independence, 48-year-old senior sergeant Oleg Nikoltsev, 46-year-old Ivan Leonov, 53-year-old junior sergeant Oleg Zhdanov from Nikopol, 38-year-old Oleksandr Veremchuk, 53-year-old Andriy Kardasov, 37-year-old Vadim Kovtun died at the front from the Kryvyi Rih district, 46-year-old Vitaly Golovko, 48-year-old Ivan Pelehach from the city of Kamianske, 32-year-old powerlifting coach Pavlo Vedmid from Dnipro, Oleksandr Pshenychny from Kryvyi Rih.

More than 300 objects of the Dnipro railway were destroyed by shelling of russian troops after the start of the full-scale invasion. Employees of the enterprise are trying to repair these damages as soon as possible. During the full-scale war, more than 4 million passengers were evacuated through the Dnipro station.

Almost 80 unexploded shells were found in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, which threatened the lives of citizens.

One of the streets of Kryvyi Rih is proposed to be renamed in honor of Yehor Birkun, the 24-year-old fallen hero of Azovstal. The petition has already been supported by 1,000 citizens.

Voluntary formation “Varta Dnipro” helps rebuild houses in Dnipro that were damaged by russian missiles. More than 50 volunteers responded to the call of communal services about the need for strong working hands.

The mayor of Zelenodolsk, Dmytro Nevesely, is asking for help with building materials for the front-line city. 5 out of 7 educational institutions and almost 800 apartments in high-rise buildings in Zelenodolsk were damaged.

The Dnipro City Hall handed over 150 burzhujiky (wood oven) to units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Petrykivsk community received 9 generators from international partners. One super-powerful one was purchased at their own expense. Alternative sources of power were installed in hospitals and places of residence of displaced persons. In order to save money, the community gave up street lighting, businesses – from bright illumination of signs and advertisements.

Residents of Devladivska hromada handed over 800 pairs of socks to defenders. Most of them are factory-made, but they are also knitted by local housewives. The head of the community Olena Nelipa offered to warm the defenders.

In the Chumaky community in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast , the “Victory Gardens” harvest was harvested. In total, people grew six tons of potatoes and three tons of beets in public gardens. They also did canning – they closed a tomato plant with 700 kilograms of tomatoes. The entire harvest is intended for food security of residents, assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and displaced persons.

In Dnipro, internally displaced children receive sets of winter clothes. This is charitable assistance from the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine and UNICEF, issued by the Department of Social Policy of the Dnipro City Council. In the city, 2,426 migrant children aged 2-3 will be provided with sets of winter clothes.

Kirovohrad Oblast

Furnaces for heating, firewood and generators are being prepared for the winter by the fighters of the territorial defense brigade of the Kirovohrad Oblast. First of all, they provide the necessary local Territorial Defense units soldiers who are currently at the front, so that the military does not freeze there. Foresters and public organizations joined in the assistance.

A charity fair was held at the Lyceum “Leader” in Krypnytsia in support of Ukrainian defenders. Schoolchildren, parents and teachers made and sold goodies, souvenirs, their own products, and participated in master classes. As a result, it was possible to collect more than 44,000 hryvnias, which will be used for the needs of the military.

Anatoliy Stoyan, coordinator of “Active Community” in Kropyvnytskyi, continues to volunteer. The activist spent his weekend at the Humanitarian Center, where he participated in weaving camouflage nets, as well as sorting things and food brought by citizens.

Poltava Oblast

Poltava said goodbye to the soldier Serhii Bayrak, who died in the battle near Vugledar.

Ukraine released Vladyslav Ilko from Poltava Oblast from captivity. A citizen of Kremenchug serves in the National Guard and was captured near Mariupol. He returned home on November 3.

Poltava law enforcement officers detained a female collaborator who was collecting money for the russians from residents of the occupied Kharkiv Raion. After the armed formations of the russia entered Kupyansk, the traitor immediately went to negotiate with them. She said she worked for the local tax office and could provide information on local taxpayers. For this, the woman was taken to the occupation administration. She managed document circulation, and also collected money from the local population under the guise of taxes. After the release, the Kupyansk woman fled to Kharkiv. The Security Service of Ukraine exposed a scheme that allowed a Poltava deputy to illegally leave our country under the guise of a volunteer. The cost of the “escape ticket” was from $3,000 or more. The amount depended on the urgency of departure and the client’s social status. According to the investigation, two residents of Poltava Oblast were involved in the organization of the scheme. They “guaranteed” men of draft age an unhindered crossing of the border under the guise of drivers of a logistics organization transporting humanitarian goods. For this purpose, the participants of the scheme entered unreliable information into the “Shlyah” electronic system.

More than 250 families in Poltava Oblast lost relatives in the war. More than 160 children were left without family members who became defenders of Ukraine. Another 623 people in Poltava Oblast from the families of fallen heroes and heroines receive annual assistance. Also, once every 2 years, they can go for sanatorium treatment free of charge with the funds of the regional budget.

In Ukraine, a postage stamp “Crimean bridge encore” based on a sketch by a Poltava artist was put into circulation. The winner of the art was the artist Yuriy Shapoval from Poltava Oblast. The circulation of the stamp is 300,000 sheets or 2.1 million stamps. Along with the sketch of this stamp, they plan to release merch as well.

Western Oblasts

Rivne Oblast

Today, the Rivne community said goodbye to three defenders of Ukraine. Valery Hrytsykhin, a 49-year-old resident of Livorno, died fighting for the Motherland on October 23 near the village of Opytne, Donetsk Oblast. Mykola Marchuk, a 46-year-old sergeant, died on October 30 as a result of tank fire near Avdiivka in Donetsk Oblast. Oleksandr Mykytyuk, a 42-year-old resident of Livorno, died on October 28 near the village of Opytne, Donetsk Oblast.

Internally displaced persons continue to be helped in the Rivne Oblast. Support came from the International Organization for Migration, namely kitchen utensils and family hygiene kits. You can get help from today at the Center for providing clothes for displaced people in the Palace of Culture “Khimik”. To do this, you need to present your passport and certificate of an internally displaced person.

Ukrainian children who were forced to flee abroad because of the war are collecting money for our defenders. 8-year-old Daniel, who went to Norway with his mother and younger sister, donated 800 euros for the needs of the Armed Forces. This money was collected together with other children and adults during the charity fair. They plan to organize such actions in the future. And part of the funds, which will be collected during charity events, they intend to direct, in particular, to the production of “burzhuykas”, as well as shovels and axes for the Ukrainian military.

Zakarpattia Oblast

In Mukachevo raion, an avenue of fruit trees was planted in support of mothers and widows of Heroes who died for Ukraine since the beginning of 2014. Events within the framework of the All-Ukrainian charity project “Mother’s Spring” took place in Kolchyna, Mukachevo district. The community planted a park of 80 fruit trees on the territory of the local school in memory of the fallen, and prayed for the soldiers, Ukraine and its victory.

In Uzhgorod, volunteers continue to weave winter white camouflage nets. During this time, more than a thousand people joined the charitable cause. Every week, residents of Uzhgorod weave at least 3 nets.
