The Rivne Oblast is ready for an increase in the number of displaced persons in winter. In places of residence, where necessary, repairs are carried out, windows and doors are replaced, premises are insulated, electricity and water supply systems are adjusted, etc. In particular, facilities in the Klevan, Dubno and Berezne communities, where displaced people live, are being repaired. Necessary items such as heaters, sleeping bags, warm blankets and others will be provided by international charities. Today, 38,500 internally displaced persons live in the Rivne Oblast.
