Kyiv

Sumy Oblast

Yesterday, russians shelled the Vorozhba community with artillery and MLRS. As a result, a woman was killed and another local resident was wounded. Three houses, outbuildings, yards, electricity and gas networks were damaged. Three apartments in an apartment building were also damaged.

Yesterday, a russian UAV twice dropped ammunition on the territory of the Krasnopillia community. Russians also shelled the Khotyn and Bilopillia communities with artillery. In Bilopillia, an electric pole was damaged. The enemy shelled the Seredyna-Buda community with MLRS. A residential building, a garage, a private car, and power lines were damaged. 

Due to russian terrorist attacks yesterday, the railway infrastructure in the section between Sumy and Konotop was damaged. Evacuation and transportation to Sumy was organized for the passengers of the 780 Kyiv-Sumy train.

Eastern oblasts

Kharkiv Oblast

Over the past day the enemy continued shelling with tanks and artillery the settlements of the Kupiansk, Chuhuiv, and Kharkiv raions of the oblast, which are located near the line of contact and the border with the russian federation.

In the town of Dvorichna a private household was damaged as a result of shelling, a fire broke out in the house, there were no casualties.

In the Kupiansk Raion, a russian anti-tank projectile hit a civilian car traveling on the road between populated areas. The 45-year-old car driver was hospitalized with injuries.

Pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service continue the efforts to demine the liberated territories. Over the past day, 352 explosive devices were defused.

Donetsk Oblast

On November 6, the russians killed 1 civilian in the Donetsk Oblast — in Bakhmut.

Another 5 people in the oblast were wounded.

Since the start of the full-scale war, russian missiles and shells have killed 1,165 civilians in the Donetsk Oblast, and wounded another 2,547. It is still impossible to establish the number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

Kramatorsk and Kramatorsk Raion

At dawn on November 7, the russian army fired four missiles at Kramatorsk. The Lyman, Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Vuhledar, Bakhmut, Svitlodarsk, and Toretsk communities also came under fire. There are wounded and dead among the civilians.

At about six in the morning, residents of Kramatorsk were awakened by powerful explosions. The missiles hit a private industrial enterprise. The extent of destruction is being established.

The russian military launched a missile attack on a fire station in de-occupied Lyman. The building and the adjacent territory were damaged. The head of the fire department was injured. Currently, his condition is satisfactory, he does not require hospitalization.

Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion

The enemy is concentrating its efforts on restraining the actions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in certain directions. It is trying to hold the temporarily captured territories. It conducts offensive operations in the Avdiivka direction.

In the east of the Pokrovsk Raion, two people were injured in Krasnohorivka. Shelling was recorded in Maryinka and Heorhiivka. In Avdiivka, there were isolated hits over the old and central parts of the city at night. There are no casualties.

Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the areas of Krasnohorivka and Mariinka settlements.

The beginning of the heating season in the Selidovo community of the Pokrovsky Raion is under threat of disruption. Due to damage to the gas main, the boiler house does not receive blue fuel. The leadership of the military administration met with the heads of condominiums to discuss ways to solve problems at the local level.

Bakhmut

In the direction of Bakhmut, this day the enemy fired in the areas of Andriivka, Soledar, Yakovlivka, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Opytne, Maiorsk, Chasiv Yar, Klishchiivka and Zelenopillia. Information about damage and casualties is being clarified.

Mariupol

The occupiers began to build a defense line around Mariupol. Two mini-plants for the production of concrete, which were installed in Mariupol, are working at the front. Anti-tank concrete “pyramids” are being produced, which are partially transported to the direction of Zaporizhzhia/Kherson. They are partially installed in the area of ​​the highway between Mariupol and the village of Nikolske. Also, the direction from the north to the village of Stary Krym is significantly strengthened.

Zaporizhzhia Oblast

During the past 24 hours, the russian military shelled 16 peaceful settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. At the same time, the occupiers block the exit of civilians from the occupied territory. In particular, only 28 people were able to leave in the past day.

Today, around eight o’clock in the morning, the occupiers fired S300 missiles at the village of Kushchove of the Zaporizhzhia Raion. The building of the cultural center, the warehouse of the farm and private buildings were damaged.

During the day the pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service discovered three cluster munitions in populated areas of the Zaporizhzhia and Pology raions. All discovered explosive objects were destroyed by pyrotechnic specialists.

After the arrest of Viacheslav Boguslaiev and his accusation of treason, the “Motor Sich” Zaporizhzhia enterprise was transferred to state ownership. The same fate awaits “Zaporizhtransformator” PJSC, “Ukrnafta” PJSC, “Ukrtatnafta” PJSC and “AvtoKraZ” PJSC.

Odesa Oblast

Kherson Oblast

The military of the russian federation destroyed a nursery-kindergarten with “Grad” in the Beryslav Raion. Due to shelling, the roof and walls of the building were significantly damaged, windows were broken, and beds were mutilated. Previously, 60 children were educated here. 

The occupiers left Beryslav without heat, water and electricity. The city lacks equipment and specialists to carry out repair work.

In the Kherson Oblast, the russian military damaged a high-voltage power transmission line, and also blew up 1.5 kilometers of poles and lines in Beryslav.

The so-called “authorities” of the Kherson Oblast deported more than 100 wards of the Dnipro psychoneurological boarding house, which is located near Nova Kakhovka. People were forcibly taken to the temporarily occupied Crimea. Only a part of the staff and more than 30 wards, who cannot move on their own, remained in the institution.

Russian propaganda journalists are preparing to shoot a series of videos in Kherson about the alleged “destruction of the civilian population by the Defense Forces of Ukraine.”

Russian occupying troops are sending a message to the residents of Kherson with a “warning” about shelling of the city.

On November 7, a russian Su-25 attack aircraft was shot down in the Kherson Oblast by a unit of the Kherson anti-aircraft missile brigade of the “Pivden” (“South”) air command.

The Operational Command “Pivden” (“South”) confirmed the attack of the Defense Forces of Ukraine on the base building of about 200 russian soldiers in Kakhovka, Kherson Oblast. After that, the russian occupiers strengthened the administrative and police regime in the city and pressure on the locals.

The members of the civil resistance movement “Yellow Ribbon” continue to remind the occupiers that Kherson is Ukraine, and the people of Kherson are indomitable. Posters and ribbons in the colors of the Ukrainian flag are hung around the city.

Mykolaiv Oblast

At night, russian shelling was recorded between and outside the settlements of the Shyrokove community. There were no injuries or damage.

Kirovohrad Oblast 

Three soldiers from Bobrynets and Svitlovodsk communities (Kirovohrad Oblast) died in the war with russia. Yurii Moseichuk, Ihor Izumrudov and Vasyl Kovalenko gave their lives for Ukraine. Eternal glory to the Heroes.

Roman, a scout of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who before the full-scale russian invasion taught the subject “Defense of Ukraine” in one of the lyceums of Kropyvnytskyi, collects military artifacts for the school museum. Roman collects things left by the russian occupiers at the positions during the Kharkiv counteroffensive. He notes that modern children should know against whom and for what values Ukrainians are fighting.

Novomyrhorod community (Novoukrainka Raion, Kirovohrad Oblast) continue to support defenders who risk their lives every day. At the beginning of September, the Novomyrhorod City Council and the Humanitarian Center of the Novomyrhorod Community initiated a fundraising effort to purchase a car for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result, it was possible to purchase a HYUNDAI TUCSON car with the collected funds, which has already been handed over to one of the military units.

Khmelnytskyi Oblast

Kamianets-Podilskyi

Thanks to cooperation with the Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development of France ACTED, internally displaced persons are able to receive multi-purpose cash assistance. To do this, they need to visit the website of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council and register via the QR code.

In Kamianets-Podilskyi, last night the police together with the National Guard detained a man who was walking around the city center with a grenade in his hands.

The NGO “Women’s Hundred of Kamianets-Podilskyi” handed over a large batch of camouflage nets to the front. 

Western Oblasts

Rivne Oblast

Rivne Oblast received support from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. These are things that will help internally displaced persons living in the Rivne Oblast to survive the winter comfortably. Depending on the needs, the IDPs will be given mattresses, blankets, pillows and kitchen sets.

Vitalina Horopakha, a schoolgirl from Radyvyliv, raised funds for a thermal imager and more. At the beginning of the summer, the girl decided to make and sell patriotic jewelry in order to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the proceeds. Vitalina also made chevrons for defenders. And they are already on the front line.

Since the beginning of the summer, the girl first collected $900 and with the help of her parents, purchased a thermal imager. She also transferred $500 for a car for the military. So far, the schoolgirl has collected another 650 dollars to help the Ukrainian army. 

Chernivtsi Oblast

Bukovyna paid their last respects to the Heroes who protected Ukraine from the russian invaders at the cost of their lives. Leonid Krents was laid to rest in the city of Novodnistrovsk, and Dmytro Chekotilo was solemnly buried on the Alley of Glory of the Central Cemetery in Chernivtsi. Eternal glory to the Heroes.

Specialists of the Chernivtsi Oblast Center for Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine conduct trainings for employees of law enforcement agencies. Instructors teach how to provide care using the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) protocol, which can be used in both combat and civilian settings. Training has already been held for police officers, court officials and other security forces.

Grzegorz Dominik, the burgomaster of the city and gmina Narol (Poland), visited the Hlyboka community on a humanitarian mission last weekend. He and his colleagues delivered hygiene products, food, an electric generator, sleeping bags and other things for Ukrainian soldiers and internally displaced persons.

Zakarpattia Oblast

Two-day training on cyber security started in Uzhhorod for Zakarpattia educators. This is a two-day seminar “Basics of cyber security: cyber hygiene and teaching methods”, which began in the oblast center of Zakarpattia. This is the first phase of CRDF Global’s cyber security course. Methodists from the Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers and Methodist teachers from general secondary education institutions of the oblast take part in the training.
