28About us: The Active Community Initiative, launched by activists of the Respublika Institute after the Euromaidan (2014), focused on activating and involving Ukrainians in the decision-making process. In the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were found.
In the northern direction, the enemy continues to provide enhanced protection of the Ukrainian-Russian border. It fired on civilian infrastructure in the areas of the settlements of Stari Vyrky, Atynske and Starykove.
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy carried out artillery shelling of civilian and military infrastructure in the areas of the settlements of Kharkiv, Ruska Lozova, Pechenyhy, Khrestyshche, Mospanove, Stary Saltiv, Ruski Tyshky, and Pryshib.
In the Slovyansk direction, the enemy fires on civilian infrastructure from artillery and rocket-propelled grenade launchers in the areas of Bohorodychny, Adamivka, Dibrivny, Kurulka, Petrovsky, Virnopillya and Mazanivka. Our soldiers repulsed an enemy assault near Dolyna and Bohorodychny and forced the occupiers to withdraw.
In the Donetsk direction, the enemy continues to fire on units of the Defense Forces with artillery and jet artillery, mortars and tanks along the line of contact. It focused its main efforts on the Severodonetsk and Bakhmut areas in order to establish control over the settlements of Severodonetsk and Mykolayivka. It is fixed on previously captured positions in the districts of Loskutivka and Rai-Oleksandrivka. It is trying to make up for losses.
The enemy did not take active action in the Kramatorsk direction.
In the Severodonetsk direction, the enemy fired from tanks, mortars, artillery and jet artillery in the areas of the settlements of Sirotyne, Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, Voronovo and Myrna Dolyna. Units of the 2nd Army Corps, with the support of Rosguard units, carried out assault operations in order to establish full control over Severodonetsk. The fighting continues.
Our soldiers stopped the offensive in the direction of the southern outskirts of Lysychansk, inflicted losses on the enemy and forced them to retreat. To resume the offensive, the occupiers put forward reserves. The Ukrainian defenders also stopped the enemy’s offensive near Borivsky.
The enemy conducted reconnaissance by fighting in the area of the settlement of Bila Gora. The offensive continued near the settlement of Rai-Oleksandrivka, fighting continues.
In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy fired artillery of various calibers at our positions in the areas of the settlements of Mykolayivka, Berestove, Klinove, Toretsk, Novolugansk, Pokrovsk, Luhansk, and Kodem. The army aircraft of the invaders struck near Klinovy.
The occupiers are trying to establish control over the village of Gorske. The forces of assault groups from the 1st Army Corps captured Mykolayivka. The failure of the enemy ended the reconnaissance battle near the village of Vershina.
The enemy tried unsuccessfully to block the actions of our units in the Klinovy area.
In the Novopavlovsk direction, the enemy fired at the positions of our troops from tanks and artillery near Pavlivka, Vuhledar, and Prechistivka. He struck air strikes in the areas of Pavlivka, Vuhledar and Shevchenko. Near the latter, our soldiers gave the occupiers a fierce battle and forced them to retreat.
To identify weaknesses in our defense, the occupiers used sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the areas of the settlements of Vremivka, Novosilky and Neskuchne. Ukrainian soldiers successfully discovered them – the enemy withdrew with heavy losses.
In the Avdiivka, Kurakhiv and Zaporizhia directions, the enemy did not wage active hostilities. In order to prevent the transfer of reserves to other areas, he fired at the positions of our troops from tanks, mortars, artillery and jet artillery in the areas of Avdiivka, Pisky, Opytny, Marinka, Hrushovo and Novopol.
Our soldiers brutally suppressed the enemy’s attempt to attack Marinka.
Northern Oblasts
Kyiv Oblast
Air alarms have been sounding since the evening.
Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional Administration Vitaliy Vlasyuk met with members of the Supervisory Board of the Yalta European Strategy (YES). The session of the Kyiv Oblast Council adopted two programs that will help people who have lost their homes as a result of the war to get housing faster. Zhytomyr Oblast

In the Siversk direction, enemy units continue to be located in the border areas of Bryansk and Kursk regions. The enemy is improving its defensive position in the area of the settlement of Tiotkino, Kursk region.
The russians continue to fire on the borders of Chernihiv Oblast. In the afternoon of June 22, eight explosions were recorded by border guards near the village of Hremiach from the village of Sluchevsk in the Bryansk region.
In Chernihiv, reconstruction after hostilities is underway. The local council plans to allocate 100 million hryvnias for the restoration of houses damaged by the russians. Utilities are repairing roofs and replacing windows now. They plan to complete the work by autumn.
Investigators are revealing the facts of russian crimes against civilians in the region. A Russian serviceman is suspected of abusing a large family from Lukashivka. Sumy Oblast
A patrol police car exploded on a mine last night. Two police officers were injured. When explosives technicians and investigators arrived at the scene, a second explosion occurred. As a result, five more people were injured and one died on the spot.

Kharkiv Oblast
Yesterday, russian shelling killed 12 people in the villages of Pryshyb, Zolochev and Chuhuiv. 10 civilians of Kharkiv Oblast were injured.
Last night, the occupiers continued to terrorize and fire on civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast. As a result of the shelling of Kharkiv, a fire broke out in warehouses. The occupiers also fired again at Dergachi, where they partially damaged the office building.
At night and in the morning, Pechenigy in the Chuhuiv Raion came under russian fire. A private enterprise and civilian houses were damaged. It is currently known about 7 wounded civilians, two of them are children.
Active fighting continues on the line of contact. In the Kharkiv direction, the russian occupiers are trying to prevent the Armed Forces from entering the rear of the russian group operating in the Sloviansk direction. The enemy conducted air reconnaissance in the areas of Bayrak and Rubizhne.
In the Izium area, the enemy is trying to create conditions for the resumption of the offensive in the Izium-Barvinkove and Izium-Sloviansk directions.
Donetsk Oblast
On June 22, the russians killed four civilians in Donetsk: 2 in Prechistivka, 1 in Krasnohorivka, and 1 in Zalizny. 5 more people were injured.
Since the beginning of the russian invasion of Ukraine, 520 civilians have been killed and 1,357 wounded in shelling and bombing in the Donetsk Oblast.
Pokrovsk and Pokrovsk Raion
In the Avdiivka and Kurakhiv directions, the enemy continues systematic fire attacks.
Avdiyivka, Kurakhove, and Ocheretyne are under enemy fire.
The enemy launched air strikes near Avdiivka and Shevchenko.
The town of Kurakhivka, Pokrovsky district, came under fire. There is a wounded man.
The situation on the territory of the Pokrovsky community is tense, but under control. No emergencies have been reported in the past 24 hours. Critical infrastructure companies operate on a full-time basis.
An explosion took place in Pokrovsk today. The cause of the explosion was the work of air defense. The enemy missile was shot down.
Pokrovsky district received a consignment of humanitarian aid from partners from Great Britain. These are long-term storage products that will be distributed between Hrodivska, Novogrodivska, Kurakhivska and Myrnohradska communities. According to the head of the Pokrovsky district military administration Andrey Bondarenko, first of all this help will be received by socially unprotected layers of the population and migrants.
In case of disappearance of mobile communication, radio stations will be installed in the most crowded places of Pokrovsk to immediately respond to emergencies and notify citizens.
At the expense of the city budget, 20 means of radio communication were purchased, which will ensure reliable communication between the city authorities, public utilities and local residents.
The situation in the Pokrovsky district remains tense.
Bakhmut
In the Bakhmut direction, the occupiers are conducting offensive operations in the directions of the settlements of Zolote and Vovchoyarivka. They are trying to seize the dominant heights in the area of Berestovo in order to establish control over the Bakhmut-Lysychansk highway. To strengthen the group in this direction, in the area of the settlement of Novotoshkivske, the enemy transferred to one battalion tactical group from the Central Military District.
The Department of Social Protection of the Population of Bakhmut City Council does not stop its work and provides social support to all residents of the community under martial law. Mariupol
The situation in Mariupol is extremely difficult. Control groups of occupiers move through the city. The checkpoints have been closed because russian personnel are being transferred to other areas.
Demolition of houses continues. At the entrance doors, the occupying “authorities” stir handwritten messages about the planned demolition. In the best case, residents are given a few days to take out their personal belongings. Alternative housing is not offered.
The occupiers sent doctors from Abkhazia, Chuvashia and other depressed regions of russia to the Mariupol hospital.
In Mariupol, the water situation is difficult and the occupying “authorities” are not trying to take action. Citizens collect rainwater for domestic use. The left-bank area is cut off from any water supply.
Luhansk Oblast
The situation is extremely difficult. The russians collected all the reserves and sent all this to the assault on Severodonetsk and the direction of Zolote-Toshkivka. The russians captured two more settlements – Loskutivka and Rai-Oleksandrivka. The Lysychansk-Bakhmut route is impassable.
The occupiers are destroying industry in Severodonetsk. This time the fire affected the territory of the brick factory, “Fiberglass”, as well as the plant of chemical equipment. The “Azot” plant building was damaged.
Lysychansk suffers from heavy fire from russian invaders. In this direction, the occupiers concentrated more than a hundred MLRS units. Destruction was recorded in one of the city’s schools. Numerous casualties among civilians. Despite the total fire, the city is at the forefront of Ukrainian resistance to the occupiers. Authorities are conducting covert evacuations and delivering humanitarian aid.
Yesterday, the russian army launched air strikes on Verkhnokamyanka, Severodonetsk and Sirotin, and air and missile strikes on Gorsky. 25 houses in Novoivanivka, Gorsky, Zolotye were damaged.
On June 22, SES officers delivered 48 tons of water and 500 kg of food to Lysychansk residents.
Southern Oblast
Zaporizhzhia Oblasts
In the Zaporizhia Oblast, the occupiers fired on civilian infrastructure in the areas of the settlements of Huliaipole, Orikhiv, and Chervone.
In particular, yesterday the enemy fired at Orikhiv for several hours in a row. As a result, houses and roads were destroyed, and electricity and gas supply lines were destroyed. Also, the russian invaders once again fired on the Pologi Raion. The rockets hit the homes of civilians.
The guerrillas are working hard in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhia Oblast. The Ukrainian partisan movement is active, in particular in Berdyansk, Primorsk and Melitopol. Pro-Ukrainian leaflets are distributed.
The russian occupiers continue to intensify terror against the local population in the village of Velyka Bilozerka. Today, they abducted two doctors: Olena Gurieva, a pediatrician, and Volodymyr Matsko, a therapist. On June 20, the couple, Nina and Oleg Kobchenko, a Ukrainian language teacher and entrepreneur, were abducted from their home.
Kherson Oblast
The Ukrainian army continues to move to liberate the Kherson Oblast. Guerrilla activity in the Kherson Oblast complicated the establishment of the occupation regime, according to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
The russian military fired on the territory of the Kochubeyev community from “Urahan” volley fire missile systems. As a result of the shelling, there was a fire in the woods. Explosions were heard in Kherson in the evening.

Central regions
Dnipropetrovsk
Late last night, the occupiers fired on the city of Apostolovo from the “Hurricanes” missles. Two people were injured by cluster munitions. Several houses and a gas pipeline in the city were damaged. People are being evacuated.

Posthumously, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky awarded six servicemen from the Kirovohrad region with the Order of Courage of the Third Degree. In Svitlovodsk, a mural is planned to be painted on the embankment on June 25-26, Constitution Day. Those interested are invited to join in creating a patriotic mural. The drawing will take place within the framework of the all-Ukrainian action on drawing murals from the volunteer movement Building Ukraine Together (BUR).
The regional coordinator held an event on art therapy “Together – we are strength!” in the Kirovohrad Regional Library for Youth named after E. Malaniuk, which was attended by children – migrants and children from Kropyvnytskyi. In total, about 22 people took part.
Poltava

Critical infrastructure companies operate on a full-time basis

Three medical cars were transferred from Sweden to Rivne region. In the form of humanitarian aid, 1 ambulance and 2 ambulances arrived. Kamenets continues to help people fleeing the war. Now it is mainly residents of Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Every day the city gives out about 4 thousand free hot lunches to the needy.
Thanks to the cooperation with the regional state administration, 4 more washing machines and 4 dryers were received for the service of internally displaced persons in the communal institutions of the community.
As of today, out of the total number of deputies of the city council – 38 people, 8 are mobilized to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
A modern Medical and Social Rehabilitation Center may appear in the Old Town in the near future. The project is a pilot and very important. Here, specialists will provide medical, rehabilitation and social services, including to war veterans and people who suffered in the war. Here you can organize educational work, lectures, conferences and workshops. The center will be located in the monument of the 18th century. – Theological Seminary.

Transcarpathian

The Svalyava Territorial Community in Zakarpattia has created a second foster family This time a girl from the regional orphanage was placed in the newly formed family. According to S. Yakimelina, two more such families are planned to be established in Transcarpathia in the near future. Patronage provides for temporary care, upbringing and rehabilitation of the child. If it is impossible to return her to her native family, they will look for a new one.
On June 30, at 11 am, the Transcarpathian Regional Drama Theater in Uzhhorod will host a presentation of the International Comprehensive Travel Exhibition on 100 Days of Russia’s War against Ukraine. The exhibition is prepared for demonstration and holding 3-4 day actions and meetings in 15 sister cities and partners of the border regions of Slovakia, Poland, Romania and Hungary within the initiative “European routes for victory”.
